The accommodation is recommended. Everything was there that you need, even with children. (toys) Is a bit old fashioned but that was not a problem. The landlady was very friendly and helpful.

The house is very well prepared. The kitchen is reasonably equipped (above average) and the mattresses are good (two rooms with a large bed in each). The house has two facades (north and south) with a terrace on each side. This makes cross ventilation much easier and eliminates the need for air conditioning and allows for a good night's sleep. On the beach (very crowded, but good). Several supermarkets less than a 5-7 minute walk away and many restaurants and bars next door (although of mediocre quality, on the promenade).
La casa está muy bien preparada. La cocina está razonablemente equipada (por encima de la media) y los colchones son buenos (dos habitaciones con una cama grande en cada uno). La casa tiene dos fachadas (norte y sur) con una terraza en cada lado. Esto facilita mucho la ventilación cruzada y hace que no sea necesario usar el aire acondicionado y permite dormir bien. A pie de playa (muy concurrida, pero buena). Varios supermercados a menos de 5-7 min andando y muchos restaurantes y bares al lado (aunque de calidad mediocre, en el paseo maritimo).
We have stayed as a couple, with two small children, and we have been very happy. The apartment is according to the photos, very spacious and very clean, from the two windows overlooking the sea. The complex is also very good, with direct access to the beach and 3 very accessible pools. The owner, Mr. Emile, very correct and solving our doubts. If we return to Calpe, we will stay there without hesitation.
Nos hemos alojado un matrimonio, con dos hijos pequeños, y hemos estado muy contentos. El apartamento esta según las fotos, muy amplio y muy limpio, desde las dos ventanas vistas al mar. El complejo también esta muy bien, con acceso directo a la playa y 3 piscinas muy accesibles.

The holiday home is functionally furnished. There is enough seating for 10 people. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had agreed with the owner that we could stay until the afternoon as our flight on the day of departure was not until the evening.

Wir hatten mit der Eigentümerin vereinbart, dass wir bis zum Nachmittag bleiben dürfen, da unser Flug am Abreisetag erst am Abend ging.

El apartamento está genial, la ubicación es perfecta, tiene dos terrazas desde las que se ve el mar, incluso por la noche se oyen las olas.
Es tal cual está en las fotos, súper limpio, y con todo lo necesario para la estancia.
Emile, el propietario ha estado pendiente en todo momento, nos dio facilidades para poder llegar e irnos a cualquier hora.
Dispone de plaza de garaje.
La playa genial, arena fina, sin piedras.
La zona es súper tranquila pero con muchas tiendas y zonas de restaurantes y copas
Ya lo he recomendado para mis amigos para el año que viene.

Clean and nice apartment, ideal for 3-4 persons. Directly on clean sand - beach in Calpe and close City. Supermarket, restaurants and a pharmacy are within easy reach on foot. Sauberes und schönes Apartment, ideal für 3-4 Personen. Direkt am sauberen Sand - Strand in Calpe sowie City nah. Supermarkt, Restaurants und eine Apotheke sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, wie zu Hause. z.B. Bügeleisen, Sat TV, Küche ist voll ausgestattet und vieles mehr. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und zuverlässig. Das Internet ist ausbaufähig und funktioniert nicht störungsfrei. Ansonsten alles top.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber und groß, liegt direkt am Strand und es ist alles Notwendige (und mehr) vorhanden (SAT-TV = Astra). Das Apartment hat 2 Balkone, was sehr angenehm ist, um der Sonne zu entfliehen. In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheken, Restaurants, der Hafen und das Zentrum ist auch nicht weit (gut zu Fuß zu erreichen). Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch. WLAN ist ausbaufähig.
Just returned from a 15 day stay. (From 13 / 08-27 / 08) We were 4 people and the apartment was perfect, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great location, the 3 bottom pools are perfect. The beach is 20 meters walk, you can see it from the balcony. The number of towels is sufficient. A hand carry you: - Beach, Water Activities "pedal boats, bouncy castle ... .." restaurant, small shops of clothes, large and small supermarkets, tourist cabin to help and find whatever we want on Calpe (on !! the dike, he speaks French if it is in Spanish) - + - 10 min walk to see the harbor -A Little more to the center. (There is a nice little train to take us there 4 euro / person and you can go up and down for a day). -There's Market on Saturday morning in two places. -N'hésitez Not to visit the surrounding towns, they are superb.
Oh, take the on-site parking (this will avoid to look for) and then really not need a car, you can do a lot of things without moving ... Owner very friendly and attentive. I recommand itstrongly because for me it is a great place to land with family Good value for money
Nous rentrons d’un séjour de 15 jours. (Du 13/08-27/08)
Nous étions 4 personnes et l'appartement était parfait, confortable, propre et bien équipé.
Très bien placé, les 3 piscines en bas sont parfaites. La plage est à 20 mètres à pied, on la voit du balcon. Le nombre de serviettes est en nombre suffisant.
A porter de main vous avez :
- Plage, activité dans l’eau « pédalos, château gonflable ….. « Restaurant, petits magasins d’habits, grandes et petites supérettes, cabine tourisme pour nous aider et trouver tout ce que l’on désire sur Calpé (!! sur la digue, il parle le Français sinon c’est en Espagnol)
-+- 10 min de marche pour voir le port
-Un peu plus pour le centre-ville. (Il y a un petit train sympa pour nous y emmener 4 euro/personne et vous pouvez monter et descendre pendant une journée).
-Il y a le marché le samedi matin à deux endroits.
-N’hésitez pas à visiter les villes aux alentours, elles sont superbes.
Ah oui, prenez le parking sur place, (cela vous évitera d’en chercher) et puis vraiment pas besoin de voiture, vous savez faire pas mal de chose sans la bouger…
