We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the triplex.
The accommodation complied in every respect with the many descriptions provided (in particular the immediate proximity to the beach and to the city center, the many facilities, etc.).
The triplex was very clean and the decoration is really superb and very tasteful.
Merville Franceville is a very charming little town, and close to other places to discover.
We will return with pleasure to this triplex and strongly recommend the rental.

I had a pleasant stay in June with a great weather. The apartment was spotlessly spacious with good bedding and everything needed for a fun stay. The beach, shops and restaurants are all next to the residence and the car is not necessary, just to visit the surroundings. The owners are very friendly and listening to us. I hope to return soon.
J'ai passé un agréable séjour en juin avec un très beau temps. L'appartement était impeccable spacieux avec une bonne literie et tout le nécessaire à un séjour sympa.
La plage, les commerces et les restaurants sont tous à côté de la résidence et la voiture n'est pas nécessaire, juste pour aller visiter les environs.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à notre écoute.
J'espère y revenir bientôt.

Friendly welcome from the owner. We have received many explanations about the various appliances and sites to visit in the region. Heating very appreciated given the fantasies of the time. The food was a bit small but well stocked with well thought out items and gadgets. Good appreciation in the whole housing and surroundings. Only regret: not being able to enjoy the sea baths. Accueil sympathique du proprietaire. Nous avons reçu de nombreuses explications sur les différents appareils ménagers et sur les sites à visiter dans la région. Chauffage très apprécié vu les fantaisies du temps.
La cuisine était un peu petite mais bien équipée avec éléments et gadgets bien pensés. Bonne appréciation dans l’ensemble du logement et des environs. Seul regret: n'avoir pas pu profiter des bains de mer.

this is the third time we go to this charming location. The garden is enclosed. The owners are extremely nice. The beach is really 200 meters. The shops are within walking distance 5 minutes from home. We will return again and again .....
