Characteristic bungalow in a small-scale neighborhood with comparable bungalows. Beautiful view with panoramic view of the sea and sunset. Life mainly takes place outside, inside is only used for sleeping and cooking. Also no air conditioning, only ventilation. Plenty of outdoor space, plenty of shade, parking is fine. The outdoor shower is ideal! The kitchen has recently been renewed. The bed in the bedroom is not large (max 180 cm long). Part of the neighborhood is dilapidated and abandoned, which is a pity. The bungalow itself also has some cracks that have been neatly removed ;-) The quality of the stuff of the bungalow has also had its longest time (unfortunately the owner still thinks that everything is brand new ;-(
The beach is about a 3-minute walk away, but lying there is almost impossible. There is a better option if you walk a few minutes further. Or just get in the car and drive to one of the many beautiful beaches! Every day at the end of the morning, bread can be bought from a bakery that visits the grounds. The bungalow is secluded. That's a quality, but keep in mind that everything (restaurant,supermarket, provincial road, etc.) is at least about 10-15 minutes away. Central location to visit towns and sights.
Karakteristieke bungalow in een kleinschalig buurtje met vergelijkbare bungalows. Prachtig uitzicht met panoramisch zicht op de zee en zonsondergang. Het leven speelt zich vooral buiten af, binnen wordt enkel gebruikt om te slapen en te koken. Ook geen airco aanwezig, enkel ventilatie.
Voldoende buitenruimte, voldoende schaduw, parkeergelegenheid is prima. De buitendouche is ideaal! De keuken is onlangs vernieuwd. Het bed in de slaapkamer is niet groot (max 180 cm lang).
Een deel van het buurtje is vervallen en verlaten, dat is jammer. De bungalow zelf heeft ook enkele scheuren die keurig zijn weggewerkt ;-) Ook de kwaliteit van de spullen van de bungalow hebben hun langste tijd gehad (helaas denkt de eigenaar nog dat alles spiksplinternieuw is ;-(
Het strand is zo'n 3 minuten lopen, daar liggen is echter bijna niet mogelijk. Een paar minuten verder lopen is er een betere mogelijkheid. Of even de auto in stappen en naar een van de vele mooie stranden rijden! Iedere dag aan het eind van de ochtend kan er brood worden gekocht bij een bakkertje dat terrein bezoekt.
De bungalow is afgelegen. Dat is een kwaliteit, maar houd er rekening mee dat alles (restaurant, supermarkt, provinciale weg, etc.) minstens zo'n 10-15 minuten rijden is. Centrale ligging om stadjes en bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken.
Unusual accommodation, well equipped, very pleasant, facing the sea allowing you to enjoy the sunset every night, by the sea ideal for swimming. We were very well received by Enrica, we recommend "the igloo " which was great !!
Logement atypique, bien équipé, très agréable, face à la mer permettant d'apprécier le coucher de soleil tous les soirs,en bord de mer idéal pour les baignades.

Lovely place, away from the buzz of Sciacca, with plenty of space for outdoor living. They only hear the waves and the chirping of birds. With a few steps, in a tree-scented oleanders, you reach a clean sea on a beach gathering, not too crowded. The owners are available (they lent us buckets and spades for the baby), and everything is in line with announcement.
Luogo incantevole, lontano dal brusio di Sciacca, con molto spazio per vivere all'aperto. Si sentono solo le onde del mare e il cinguettio degli uccellini. Con pochi passi, in un viale profumato di oleandri, si raggiunge un mare pulito su una spiaggetta raccolta, non troppo affollata.
I proprietari sono disponibili (ci hanno prestato secchiello e palette per il bambino) e tutto è conforme all'annuncio.
Structure located in a natural environment very nice, sufficiently cured and still has what it takes for a period longer or shorter vacation. Space outside the bungalow very comfortable and beautiful, both as regards services and privacy. Owners very kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Enrica, generous with advice and suggestions. Access to the sea very comfortable and quiet even for children, sea water beautiful. I want to go again ...
Struttura posta in un contesto naturalistico molto bello, sufficientemente curata e comunque dotata di quello che serve per un periodo più o meno lungo di vacanza. Spazio esterno al bungalow molto confortevole e bello, sia per quello che riguarda i servizi che la privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, in particolare la Sig.ra Enrica, prodiga di consigli e suggerimenti. Accesso al mare molto comodo e tranquillo anche per bambini, acqua del mare stupenda. Voglio ritornarci...
The villa was exactly as described on the rental site. It was great to have breakfast or an evening drink sitting on the baloney which was about 50 meters from the sea. Nice location for day trips in south central sicily.
A holiday in the district Maragani was fabulous ... a crystalline sea like this rarely you can see ... the surrounding countryside is a marvel for the eyes and for the heart. As regards the bungalow, we have stayed in that from 4 places. The facility is very nice and is arranged so that all activities can take place both inside and outside. Given the bright sunshine we cooked, ate lunch, dinner, had breakfast and even had a shower out of the bungalow ... we only stayed inside. For the kind of life we ??enjoy doing for us it was the best, dine seeing beautiful sunsets over the sea and enjoy the beach in the morning when you wake up with swimmers there are few was amazing. The family Campanella is very helpful, they are shown both before and kind of vacation time during the week that we spent in the bungalow.
La vacanza in contrada Maragani è stata favolosa... un mare cristallino come questo raramente si può vedere... la campagna circostante è una meraviglia per la vista e per il cuore. Per quanto riguarda il bungalow, noi abbiamo soggiornato in quello da 4 posti. La struttura è molto carina ed è sistemata in modo che tutte le attività si possano svolgere sia dentro che fuori. Visto lo splendido sole noi abbiamo cucinato, pranzato, cenato, fatto colazione e persino fatto la doccia fuori dal bungalow... all'interno abbiamo solo dormito. Per il tipo di vita che ci piace fare per noi è stato il massimo, cenare vedendo splendidi tramonti sul mare e goderci la spiaggia al mattino appena svegli quando di bagnanti ce ne sono pochi è stato splendido. La famiglia Campanella è molto disponibile, si sono mostrati gentili sia prima del periodo di vacanza sia durante la settimana che abbiamo trascorso nel bungalow.
Scenery guaranteed in this house dome. Life is outside, in the sun, with a small beach just 150 meters from the house ... But it is small. Only downside, the distance ... It is far from everything, Sciacca is a good twenty miles and 1 village at least 5km ... But great for lovers of peace!
Dépaysement garantie dans cette maisonnette en forme de dôme. La vie se fait dehors, au soleil, avec une petite plage à peine 150 mètres de la maison... Mais elle est petite. Seul bémol, l'éloignement... On est loin de tout, Sciacca étant à une bonne vingtaine de kilomètres et le 1er village à au moins 5km... Mais super pour les amoureux du calme !
