We had a great time in the house with our two children. The house is really great and tidy. Everything you need is available. We felt very comfortable. We hope that we will have the chance to come back again. Thanks for your hospitality!
We spent a wonderful week at this house. It is an excellent rental: exceptionally well constructed, well furnished and well equipped. It is one of the very best holiday rentals we have found during a long history of renting. It is in a lovely situation with views out to sea and over the cliffs to the south of Bréhec. It is close to the port (with two very welcoming restaurants) although making the journey on foot involves a steep descent and return.
The house was exactly as advertised and the owner provided helpful support and advice throughout (there is also a very helpful guide to the house and the area in the villa itself). The garden is also a pleasure, including the fruit trees.
The owner has a local representative who provided all the support that we needed - and we appreciated the welcoming delicacies that greeted our arrival
Although there are no shops in Bréhec itself, there is a bakery and pharmacy in the nearest town (Plouezec) and more shops and a substantial (Wednesday) market at Plouha.

The property is exactly as described in the prospectus. It has a sensational location overlooking the bay of Le Loc'h - where the harbour is a source of constant interest. The views to the sea from all the rooms - and from the south facing terrace are wonderful. A thoughtful touch was the provision of a pair of binoculars.
The house is well equipped (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and the domestic facilities are to a good standard (well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc).. The house is furnished in a comfortable style (again as visible in the photos).
The village has an excellent creperie, and Plogoff (at 3km) has an exceptional bakery together with a small friday morning market..
Finally, we were delighted to meet the owners who were charming and thoughtful.
Outstanding in all regards. This is a spacious, well appointed, well maintained and attractive property. The location is perfect and very quiet. The owner and his representative were attentive and efficient. All the arrangements were eminently satisfactory.
Wonderful location overlooking the beach of St Columban in Carnac. There are amenities closeby but you are only five minutes cycle distance from Carnac YC and Carnac Plage.

After an excellent welcome, we spent a week in the heart of Dinard, and the exceptional location of the accommodation allows you to do everything on foot. The firmest mattress is that of the convertible sofa, of excellent quality.

Villa very well located. Magnificent view of the bay. Very well equipped and very clean. The plus the jacuzzi and the sauna. On the other hand, for a luxury villa, routine maintenance should be checked more thoroughly: heating was not working when we arrived on Saturday, repairs on Monday. As the radiators were not purged, they did not work. The towel dryer in the bathroom did not work. Lamps were broken. The upstairs shower difficult to use (mechanism perhaps forced). The bedding needs to be reviewed, back pain throughout the stay. Thanks to Sophie who was always available and responsive.
Villa très bien située. Magnifique vue sur la baie. Très bien équipée et très propre. Le plus le jacuzzi et le sauna. Par contre pour une villa de luxe, l'entretien courant devrait être plus profondément vérifié : chauffage ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée le samedi, dépannage le lundi. Les radiateurs n'étant pas purgés ils ne fonctionnaient pas. Le sèche serviettes de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Des lampes étaient HS. La douche de l'étage difficile à utiliser (mécanisme peut-être forcé). La literie doit être revue, mal de dos pendant tout le séjour. Merci à Sophie qui a toujours été disponible et réactive.

The apartment is very quiet and high above the sea. The view is wonderful!! The photos correspond to the apartment and the surrounding area.
The bathroom is very very small and narrow. The kitchen is also very small, but is well equipped. The negative point is the stove. There are only two hotplates and unfortunately they don't allow for proper cooking.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, und hoch gelegen über dem Meer. Die Aussicht ist dafür Wunderschön!!

Die Küche ist auch sehr klein, ist aber gut ausgestattet. Negativpunkt ist der Herd. Es gibt nur zwei Herdplatten und die erlauben leider kein richtiges kochen.
House with everything available, comfort and cleanliness. Small inconveniences with sink and shower drainage due to non-respect by a previous tenant. Positive response from the owner to these issues. Rental really recommended 500 meters from the beach!

The rental is ideally located by the sea and beautiful beaches. The view is superb. We had a very good stay, the apartment was functional, clean with the added bonus of a pool table which allowed us to have some great games! Patricia was always available to make our stay pleasant.
La location est idéalement située au bord de la mer et de belles plages. La vue est superbe. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement était fonctionnel, propre avec en bonus une table de billard qui nous a permis de faire de belles parties !
