James, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful with us making us not miss anything!
From the terrace, albeit shared, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and sunset .. definitely well worth exploiting.
From where is the house is all easily accessible on foot. The machine, however, can be parked in the harbor and only three minutes from the apartment. Excellent quality / price ratio, highly recommended to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday in Monopoli!
The apartment, the place, the sea, the people were all one in a context rich in history, art, sounds, flavors, colors and smells that magically penetrated our bodies and minds producing, in each of them us, emotions and strong well-being.
We invite anyone to live this experience, where our guest represented the icing on the above but a icing that didn't happen by chance.
For those who come across the various sites in viewing the images that belong to the structure, even if they are easily kidnapped, they can hardly imagine the multiplier effect of living them live.
After having crossed the whole historic center, walking on a white stone pavé, dazzled by the sun, along a terrace above an intense blue sea that gently beats on the rocks below pouring out a breeze that immediately makes you partaker of all the beauty, you arrive at a small square where the medieval castle resides ethe arch of access to the characteristic and picturesque port, all this in the company of our host Giacomo, an exquisite person in his simplicity and strongly attentive and sensitive to the needs of those who stand before him without imposing anything, even the whole context could lead to demonstrations of pride and pride that would risk making anyone fall into a form of pride. Giacomo who waited for our arrival at the gates of the village after having ensured a safe parking for us arrived with his own vehicle and who, during the journey to the structure, immediately immerses you in the mechanisms that will act for your pleasant holiday.
Finally arrived at the foot of our structure, and it is appropriate to say at the feet because by opening the green entrance door, which blends well with the surrounding white, it opens in front of a cloister in which a stone staircase rises. that takes you up and into an apartment whose windows dominate all the most characteristic views of the place: from the quiet alleys of the village to the immense views over the sea whose perspectives betray the idea such as to make it seem to be above it
Lessentiality of the apartment translates into the presence of every comfort proposed and offered in the announcements where, we repeat, it is obligatory to try live what words, alone, cannot do.
Monopoli is a beautiful, old city! The location is very central to see much of the entire region.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea, but there is no direct access from the apartment but a small, narrow staircase. The owner is very friendly, reliable and cares.

I stayed in this appartment for about a week. And I have to say That I could not have found a better place for my vacation. I came onto this homepage by accident, and basically chose this appartment, Because of the terrace and its stunning view across the harbor and the sea. It is a beautiful, warm place That Is equipped with everything you need, in a quiet area, but yet right in the center of everyhing. Supermarkets, nice restaurants and bars are within walking distance. I felt at home right away, Also Because of the great hospitality of the owners ...
Monopoly is a beautiful, small town right by the sea with a pittoresque, historic center and warm, friendly people That will make you forget your worries and your every day life in no time.
The whole region has a lot to offer. Apart from all the small beaches you will find a lot of nice places to discover in the area, whatever your wishes may be.
I can only recommend this appartment to anyone and I know for sure That I will return!
