Pretty house, convenient to services, clean and typical of the mountains. Propretari precise and available to recommend places to visit. I highly recommend it also because in Val di Susa you don't have time to get bored.

We are a family with a child of two years. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with all the amenities needed to enjoy a pleasant stay. It is located in a sunny area that has a wonderful panaroma and a lovely peace! The giadino is very well maintained and spacious. The owners are discreet, polite and friendly. Excellent starting point for excursions and certainly ideal to stay here in the winter. Highly Recommended!

A pleasant spartan studio with what you need for a week of ski holidays. Super close to ski lifts. Ski equipment lockers on premises. Depending on your internet equipment, if the owner's WiFi doesn't work, you may need to purchase a local WiFI service, which is about 30 eur/ week, not bad.
Very good apartment, nice and clean - easy to park the car. Skylift is only three minutes away from the apartment, 15 minutes of walk to the center of Sauze D'Oulx - the only thing mising was Wi-Fi - weather and ski area perfect.
Good location in village near the main ski lift, shops, bars etc. Apartment very nice, bunks work well, pull-out bed okay but as a sofa it's comfort is a bit compromised by the cushions and the shelf, as your head is at shelf level! That said, would happily return and use again. Owner good to deal with, agent on site very good and helpful.
We had an excellent stay in this human-sized resort. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and the detailed description provided by the owner with whom we were able to communicate and exchange regularly; which was a real pleasure. We will most likely come back whether in winter or summer!

The kitchen is relatively small for accommodation designed for 12 people. The chalet is not really close to the ski lifts which take you to the Arrondaz plateau (departure from the ski schools and the Piou Piou club). When there are young children with the shoes and equipment it is a bit complicated. We discovered at the end of the stay that there was a free locker in the village to drop off equipment at the end of the day. It might be interesting to point this out in the advert, it can be very useful when there are children. The return to the chalet will be made easier.
La cuisine est relativement petite pour un logement prévu pour 12 personnes. Le chalet n'est pas vraiment proche des remontées mécaniques qui permettent de monter au plateau d'Arrondaz (départ des écoles de ski et du club Piou Piou). Quand il y a de jeunes enfants avec les chaussures et le matériel cela est un peu compliqué. Nous avons découvert à la fin du séjour qu'il y avait dans le village une consigne gratuite pour déposer le matériel en fin de journée. Il serait peut-être intéressant de le signaler dans l'annonce, cela peut être très utile quand il y a des enfants. La remontée vers le chalet en sera facilitée..

Apartment almost at the foot of the slopes. Very sunny and crossing. Also very close to the lively shopping center, the ice rink and the swimming pool which is very pleasant after a day outdoors.
Appartement quasiment au pied des pistes. Très ensoleillé et traversant. Très proche aussi du centre commercial vivant , de la patinoire et de la piscine ce qui est bien agréable après une journée en plein air.
