The house is near the third beach. The kitchen is very equipped with a new dishwasher and a large fridge. In the upper bedrooms, air conditioning and large wardrobes. The living room is comfortable and spacious. The upper bathroom needs a makeover. The owner is a very helpful and kind person. I recommend it.
La casa è vicino alla terza spiaggia. La cucina molto accessoriata con lavastoviglie nuova e un frigo capiente. Nelle camere superiori aria condizionata e armadi capienti. Il salotto bello comodo e spazioso.
Il bagno superiore avrebbe bisogno una ristrutturazione.
Il proprietario una persona molto disponibile a modo e gentile.

I was in this house with another family of our friends from 16 to 30 July. We were 4 and they were 5. The house is large and spacious and gave each family privacy. Well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), comfortable veranda for eating, large rooms (I would only change the mattresses). We had 2 bathrooms (therefore 1 per family), but with 5 kids at home.... the third outdoor shower was very useful! Thanks to the table football, the kids had a lot of fun and for those who love to read .... there is plenty of choice! From the terrace on the first floor in the morning you can see a splendid sunrise. We only turned on the air conditioning / fan at night. The owner was really courteous and always available and I apologize again for the inconvenience I had with the garden umbrella. The location is convenient to get to the beach (which is really beautiful). It takes a little longer to get to the center, but you can easily get there on foot. Anyway, nearby there is a deli/bakery, a pastry shop/bar and some restaurants. In the area there are beautiful beaches that can be reached by car in a few minutes and for those who lovewalking / running you can also walk to the splendid Cala Moresca. In Golfo Aranci we also rented a dinghy to visit nearby Tavolara (wow!!) It was a fantastic vacation and I recommend this location!!
Sono stata in questa casa con un'altra famiglia di ns amici dal 16 al 30 Luglio. Noi eravamo in 4 e loro in 5.
La casa è grande e spaziosa e ha dato ad ogni famiglia la giusta privacy.
Cucina ben attrezzata (con lavastoviglie!), veranda comoda per mangiare, camere ampie (cambierei solo i materassi).
Avevamo 2 bagni (quindi 1 per famiglia), ma con 5 ragazzi per casa.... la terza doccia esterna è stata utilissima!
Grazie al bigliardino i ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo e per chi ama leggere.... c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta!
Dal terrazzo al primo piano la mattina si vede una splendida alba.
L'aria condizionata/ventilatore li abbiamo accesi solo la notte.
Il proprietario è stato davvero cortese e sempre disponibile e chiedo ancora scusa per l'inconveniente avuto con l'ombrellone del giardino.
La posizione è comoda per arrivare alla spiaggia (che è davvero bella) . Per il centro ci vuole un po' di più, ma si può arrivare tranquillamente con una passeggiata a piedi. Cmq vicino c'è una gastronomia/panetteria, una pasticceria/bar e dei ristoranti.
In zona ci sono spiagge bellissime raggiungibili con la macchina in pochi minuti e per chi ama camminare/correre si può arrivare anche a piedi alla splendida Cala Moresca. A Golfo Aranci abbiamo affittato anche un gommone per visitare la vicina Tavolara (wow!!)
E' stata una vacanza fantastica e consiglio questa location!!
Giudy is a very friendly, pleasant and available person. The apartment is well located 10 minutes from the city center on foot, parking spaces in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets, all free. The apartment corresponds to the description. A small flat on the lack of air conditioning but Giudy was able to respond to our request by bringing us a second fan in the afternoon of our arrival. WiFi would have been welcome because depending on the day the data connection was complicated. Overall it was a very very pleasant stay especially since with the price of the rental we were able to benefit from a day trip by boat, their boat, the Marinelka to Giudy and Gabrielle. Meal offered for 4. Very nice service, visit of some islands with 3 stops to enjoy swimming and diving with masks and snorkels with the fish. I highly recommend. Estelle and Didier
Giudy est une personne très sympathique, agréable et disponible. L'appartement est bien situé 10 mn du centre ville à pieds, des places de parking devant le logement ou dans les rues avoisinantes toutes gratuites. L'appartement correspond au descriptif.
Un petit bémol sur l'absence de climatisation mais Giudy a su répondre a notre demande en nous apportant un deuxième ventilateur dans l'après-midi de notre arrivée. Le WiFi aurait été le bienvenu car selon les jours la connexion aux données était compliquée.
Dans la globalité ce fut un séjour très très agréable surtout qu'avec le prix de la location nous avons pu bénéficié d'un tour sur la journée en bateau, leur bateau, le Marinelka a Giudy et Gabrielle. Repas offert pour 4.
Très belle prestation, visite de quelques îles avec 3 arrêts pour profiter de la baignade et plongée avec masques et tubas avec les poissons.
Je recommande vivement.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks, the house is equipped with everything you need, away from the noise but close to every service ... we spent a day aboard the house owners' boat in the enchanting archipelago of La Maddalena .. we saw beaches and places that we will remember for a lifetime .... we sincerely thank Mrs. Giudy and Captain Gabriele for these holidays... ours is not a goodbye but a see you soon.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane meravigliose , la casa è attrezzata per tutto il necessario , lontana dai rumori ma vicina ad ogni servizio... abbiamo trascorso una giornata a bordo della barca dei proprietari della casa nell'incantevole arcipelago de La Maddalena..abbiamo visto spiagge e luoghi che ci ricorderemo per tutta la vita.... ringraziamo di cuore la sig. Giudy e il capitano Gabriele per queste vacanze... il nostro non è u addio ma un un arrivederci a presto.

Gorgeous home in a dream location!! Very clean house, equipped with everything inside. Spectacular and well-kept garden! The most beautiful part of the house that makes it unique is a large covered veranda where you can eat and equipped with a large outdoor sofa where you can relax in the fresh air. Mr. Edoardo is very kind and present. We were satisfied with all the communication with the serious and super precise owner. Also welcome are the files that were sent to us by email in advance with useful advice for enjoying the house to the fullest. Convenient parking and fantastic possibility to load and unload the car in front of the house. We'll be back! Marianne and Andrew

Casa molto pulita, fornita di tutto all’ interno. Giardino spettacolare e curato!
La parte più bella in assoluto della casa che la rende unica è una grande veranda coperta dove mangiare e dotata di un grande divano esterno dove rilassarsi al fresco.
Il signor Edoardo è molto gentile e presente. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutta la comunicazione con il proprietario serio e super preciso. Graditi anche dei file che ci sono stati inviati per mail anticipatamente con consigli utili per vivere la casa al meglio. Parcheggio comodo e fantastica la possibilità di caricare e scaricare l’ auto davanti casa. Torneremo! Marianna e Andrea
The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very airy. It is close to the beach and a stone's throw from the centre. We found it clean and with every comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, air conditioning...). The owners are very kind and helpful, we found ourselves very well. We hope to return soon....
L'appartamento è spazioso, comodo e molto arieggiato. E' vicino alla spiaggia e a due passi dal centro.
L'abbiamo trovato pulito e con ogni confort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata...).
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Speriamo di tornarci presto....
A small support equipped with everything you may need, good location, enough garden you need, hanging out and cooking everything more than practical, more than satisfactory cleaning, you can reach what you need in a few minutes by car, fridge with freezer, TV, linen, everything is there for the summer period, my opinion is 4 STARS, a good place to spend a short vacation in a magnificent area. TIPS: respect the environment that is offered to you. WE HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD FOR COUPLES. Definitely a great impression! Cindy
Un piccolo appoggio provvisto di tutto quello che ti può servire, posizione valida, giardino il sufficente che serve, stendere e cucinare tutto più che pratico, pulizia più che soddisfacente, con pochi minuti in auto raggiungi ciò che ti serve, frigo provvisto di freezer, TV, biancheria c'è tutto per il periodo estivo, il mio parere è di 4 STELLE un buon posto per passare una piccola vacanza in un magnifico territorio. CONSIGLI : rispettate l'ambiente che vi viene offerto. SIAMO STATI MOLTO BENE OTTIMO PER COPPIE. Decisamente un ottima impressione! Cindy
We stayed in four people, the apartment we found ourselves at ease. All good, even beyond expectations. All as described on the site. Mr. Edoardo very kind and helpful. We would stay there again, highly recommended.

We stayed as a family with children, 15 days in July, and we had a great time right away. The house as described, 4 comfortable bedrooms, with everything you need for anything, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, drinking water, coffee maker, fans, ceiling fans, iron, games, books, movies ... A 5 minute walk from a wonderful beach (third beach Golfo Aranci), it is just a few kilometers by car from many other spectacular beaches. Easy parking in the front door. Restaurants, pastry shops, playgrounds and shops very close on foot. Very kind and helpful owner. I highly recommend it for families looking for relaxation, a very quiet area, but with all the amenities within walking distance.
Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia con bambini, 15 giorni in luglio, e ci siamo trovato benissimo da subito. La casa come da descrizione, 4 camere da letto confortevoli, con tutto l'occorrente per qualsiasi cosa, aspirapolvere, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, acqua potabile, macchinetta per il caffè, ventilatori, ventilatori nel soffitto, ferro da stiro, giochi, libri, film...
A 5 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia meravigliosa ( terza spiaggia golfo Aranci), è a pochissimi kilometri in macchina di altre tante spiagge spettacolari. Parcheggio facile nella porta di casa. Ristoranti, pasticcerie, parco giocchi e negozi vicinissimi a piedi. Propietario molto gentile e disponibile.
La consiglio vivamente per famiglie che cercano relax, zona molto tranquilla, ma con tutte le comodità a tre passi.

newly renovated apartment, comfortable and 40 m. from the sea and the port. Adequate facilities and very courteous and hospitable owners. Some finishes (furniture for outdoor spaces) nearing completion, but satisfactory. I found myself very well and I recommend the structure.

La casa è provvista di tutto il necessario. Il propietario molto gentile e disponibile, io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti!
