A small support equipped with everything you may need, good location, enough garden you need, hanging out and cooking everything more than practical, more than satisfactory cleaning, you can reach what you need in a few minutes by car, fridge with freezer, TV, linen, everything is there for the summer period, my opinion is 4 STARS, a good place to spend a short vacation in a magnificent area. Un piccolo appoggio provvisto di tutto quello che ti può servire, posizione valida, giardino il sufficente che serve, stendere e cucinare tutto più che pratico, pulizia più che soddisfacente, con pochi minuti in auto raggiungi ciò che ti serve, frigo provvisto di freezer, TV, biancheria c'è tutto per il periodo estivo, il mio parere è di 4 STELLE un buon posto per passare una piccola vacanza in un magnifico territorio. The apartment totally corresponds to the announcement. The studio is in a great location, close to the city center and supermarket, very convenient. The small terrace is very appreciable for the beautiful evenings. Also Giuliano is available, he picked us up at the arrival of the boat to take us to the studio, he advised us the good restaurants and the beaches not to miss. Giuliano also tells the news during the stay to know if everything is okay, it is very appreciable and nice of him.
We had an unforgettable stay at La Maddalena and in this studio. You can go there with your eyes closed.
L'appartement correspond totalement à l'annonce. Le studio est très bien situé, proche du centre ville et d'un supermarché, très pratique. La petite terrasse est très appréciable pour les belles soirées.
De plus Giuliano est disponible, il est venu nous chercher à l'arrivée du bateau pour nous conduire au studio, il nous a conseillés les bons restaurants et les plages à ne surtout pas louper. Giuliano prend également des nouvelles durant le séjour pour savoir si tout va bien, c'est très appréciable et gentil de sa part.
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à la Maddalena et dans ce studio. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

The house was perfectly adherent to the description, well furnished and fully equipped, clean and tidy. L 'location is in an elegant and very quiet, the owner friendly and helpful. I recommend seam 'else this house for those who want a holiday away from the noise, although of course this implies the need to travel by car to reach the beaches or services of the town of La Maddalena.
La casa era perfettamente aderente alla descrizione, ben arredata e completa di tutto, pulita ed in ordine. L' ubicazione è in un ambiente signorile e molto tranquillo, la proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Raccomando senz' altro questa casa a chi desidera una vacanza lontana dal frastuono, anche se naturalmente questo implica la necessità di spostarsi in auto per raggiungere le spiagge o i servizi del centro abitato della Maddalena.
I stayed in this house for 2 weeks end of August. There is little to say, the stay was very comfortable, the house is as described and includes all the comforts described. Confidentiality is its main feature, as the tranquility that reigns in the village. Ms. Tiziana, who is the owner is very nice person who has indulged my every request. C'è poco da dire, il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole, la casa è come descritta e contiene tutti i confort descritti.
La riservatezza è la sua caratteristica principale , come la tranquillità che si respira nel villaggio.
La signora Tiziana, che è la proprietaria è persona squisita che ha assecondato ogni mia richiesta.
Di sicuro ci tornerei, anzi spero proprio di tornare il prossimo anno.
