Great location - a minute walk from the lake and 5 minutes walk to the old town. Very comfortable accommodation and everything you need for your stay. Supermarket in walking distance - 10 minutes.
Parking fees have been introduced so there is a slight extra cost if you have a car but it was 7 Euro per day and free Sunday. There are a few free parking spaces in the next road but there was an event on by the lake so it was closed off for a few days. However it is easy to pay with an app and I paid the night before if we didn't want to head out before 9 a.m.
Lovely area and the apartment was a good base for us.
This was a lovely property and the owner was very welcoming, everything was very clean, shops and bus stop a 5/10 min walk - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Excellent location in old part of Annecy, with running water right below the windows. Requires climbing two flights of stairs. No A/C, but none was needed during our stay. Outside noise was not a problem even though this is a heavily tourist and nightlife district. Ample restaurants within walking distance. Public parking garage available about a six minute walk away. A five day parking fee cost 45 euros. No free parking anywhere near except from 7PM to 9AM and except Sundays. Seven minute walk to the lake, but no view of it from the apartment. There were two bedrooms, but we only used one and the bed quality was good. The owner was very accommodating.

Perfect chalet and location. well equipped, perhaps missing a TV for rainy days. As for the owners, they are really lovely people. Extremely kind and gives very good advice on the entire region. No doubt we will return to this chalet.

Charming mazot equipped as it should be. We were a couple and the accommodation can easily accommodate 1 or even 2 additional people. Louis, the owner takes great care and his advice is golden if you are curious and, above all, a nature lover. The location is ideal for accessing all the surrounding sites without suffering the tourist crowds. It's just perfect, to do and redo. We highly recommend it!

Nous étions en couple et l'habitat peut facilement accueillir 1 voire 2 personnes supplémentaires.
Louis, le propriétaire est au petit soin et ses conseils sont d'or si vous êtes curieux et, surtout, amoureux de la Nature.
L'endroit est idéal pour accéder à tous les sites des alentours sans pour autant subir la foule touristique.

This Savoyard mazot is worth 4 stars for us, although it is narrow it is friendly, very well equipped and very well located!
Besides, the owner is definitely a person to know in his life! Passionate about mountains, bees, paragliding, the city of Faverges, we could listen to him for hours! With him we fell in love with the mountain and the activities associated with it, in addition to having received a warm welcome!

Par ailleurs, le propriétaire est définitivement une personne à connaître dans sa vie ! Passionné des montagnes, des abeilles, de parapente, de la ville de Faverges, on pourrait l’écouter pendant des heures ! Avec lui on est tombé amoureux de la montagne et des activités qui y sont liées, en plus d’avoir reçu un accueil chaleureux!

We confirm all the other comments, very warm welcome from Maryse and Eric. We had a great vacation in their rental where we had everything, just like at home! The 2 showers, the 2 bodies of water as well as the 2 toilets were a real comfort for us especially when we have 3 grown children. The swimming pool was a real treat for the whole family, it's a real plus! Maryse is really a very nice person who spoiled us throughout our stay, especially her famous gratin of zucchini, potatoes and tomatoes that she prepared for us one evening cooler than usual, we really appreciated it! Not to mention his little crunchies and cakes, a real delight! We recommend this vacation spot 100%, a true art of living and the region is magnificent!! The Britons!
Nous confirmons tous les autres commentaires, très bel accueil de Maryse et Éric. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans leur location dans laquelle nous disposions de tout, comme à la maison ! Les 2 douches, les 2 plans d'eau ainsi que les 2 WC ont été un véritable confort pour nous surtout lorsque l'on a 3 grands enfants. La piscine a été un vrai bonheur pour toute la famille, c'est un vrai plus !
Maryse est vraiment une très belle personne qui nous a gâté tout au long de notre séjour, notamment son fameux gratin de courgettes, pommes de terre et tomates qu'elle nous a préparé un soir plus frais que d'habitude, nous avons vraiment apprécié ! Sans parler de ses petits croquants et gâteaux, un vrai délice !
Nous recommandons à 100% ce lieu de vacances, un vrai art de vivre et la région est magnifique !!
