Port area in centre of Nice: a flat with comfort, calm and close to everything
Ideally located in the heart of Nice in the Port district. Our condo was been completely renovated in March 2013, resulting in a warm and contemporary living environment Is is located on the 2nd floor of a very peaceful "Niçoise house". It is very bright and sunny (south-facing). Most of all, you will appreciate its warm and contemporary living environment, a very quiet place, the views of the port/sea (photo) and the closeness to the beaches.
Particular attention was paid to optimizing comfort: storage space, new quality bedding and selected furniture. This flat is well distributed with a large living-room (20 m2) and an open plan kitchen. The bedroom contains a double bed and large storage places; it opens to the bathroom (shower) which, like the bedroom, has a large window. Designed for two to four people maximum, you will appreciate the comfort of the living room (large sofa/bed in 160 cms), the complete kitchen amenities and the tastefully decoration including TV/DVD and access to internet.
