Very comfortable and pleasant, well situated very close to small beach and a short walk to a larger beach. The pool is very nice as well. Also, the close proximity to a tram station makes it easy to visit Benidorm and Alicante. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

We were satisfied with our stay. We were nicely greeted and the place was really, really clean! Nice swimming pool and neighborhood. Only downside: the beds were a bit hard.

A very spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location, handy for local shops, bars and restaurants. About 15 minutes walk to nearest beach, or buses outside the apartment will take you to La Mata beach or centre of Torreviecha for €1.35 each way. Communication with Stephane was excellent. We found the apartment clean. Its on the fourth floor (there are two lifts) and has great views from the three balconies, two of which had outside dining tables. No aircon but has fans in the bedrooms. Overall, perfect for us.

Hi, the owners were really helpful right from our first contact via email with regards to booking the villa. After travelling down from Calais to the villa we were keeping our fingers crossed the villa was nice. When we arrived, Dennis, the owner's contact, met us as arranged and showed us around the villa. The villa is big, modern and very clean. The grounds are secure and there is private gated parking in the villa grounds. The private pool was big and a pleasure to use on the frequent hot winter days. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need! All the bedrooms are smart and all living spaces are heated. The bathrooms are modern and really nice. The villa is just around the corner (about 5 minutes walk to a few local bars and eating places). This is a really good base for a family or group holiday. The beaches are either about a half-hour walk away or 10 minutes by car. The beaches are unspoiled, great for surfing and wild swimming. I could go on and on, this place is a dream. Just great! Everything in the villa was even better than we could have expected on the basis of the photos and the description on the Internet. All 8 of us were very satisfied with everything. Our special thanks to Mr.Sergio and his son who provided excellent extra services for us.
