Hi, the owners were really helpful right from our first contact via email with regards to booking the villa. After travelling down from Calais to the villa we were keeping our fingers crossed the villa was nice. When we arrived, Dennis, the owner's contact, met us as arranged and showed us around the villa. The villa is big, modern and very clean. The grounds are secure and there is private gated parking in the villa grounds. The private pool was big and a pleasure to use on the frequent hot winter days. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need! All the bedrooms are smart and all living spaces are heated. The bathrooms are modern and really nice. The villa is just around the corner (about 5 minutes walk to a few local bars and eating places). This is a really good base for a family or group holiday. The beaches are either about a half-hour walk away or 10 minutes by car. The beaches are unspoiled, great for surfing and wild swimming. I could go on and on, this place is a dream. Just great! Everything in the villa was even better than we could have expected on the basis of the photos and the description on the Internet.

Location very well located, beach, shopping nearby, staying in El Campello you do not need a car. At the level of the apartment, the bathroom lacks small bins and shelves to put the products, otherwise everything is perfect.
Location très bien situé, plage, courses à proximité, en restant à El Campello on n'a pas besoin de voiture.
Au niveau de l'appartement il manque au niveau salle de bain des petites poubelles et des étagères pour mettre les produits, sinon tout est parfait.
The apartment is very good, it is very comfortable, with air conditioning in all rooms and two terraces. Very well equipped although a small cabinet in the bathrooms would be good to store the toiletries. Very close to the beach. We have been very satisfaced!!!!

We were absolutely delighted with this apartment. The facilities are complete, the night area overlooking the interior park of the residence allows to be quiet to sleep, the day part directly overlooking the sea with a magnificent view that the bay of San Juan. Jasmine who takes care of the key collection is very very friendly and available. Thank you for these 15 days of vacation.
Nous avons été entièrement ravis de cet appartement. Les équipements sont complets, la partie nuit donnant sur le parc intérieur de la résidence permet d'être au calme pour dormir, la partie jour donnant directement sur la mer avec une vue magnifique que la baie de San Juan.
Jasmine qui s'occupe de la remise des clés est très très sympathique et disponible.

Superb apartment, very large, very good quality of finish etc ... The proximity to the beach: great! Small problem: extremely busy street so very very noisy even at night! a lot of motorcycles and cars! Apart from this problem, everything is perfect and in line with the description of the ad! We enjoyed the garage in the basement to park our bike cool! The reception was perfect by Patricia, very competent! Location to recommend! cordially

The apartment is located in a beautiful building, located a few meters from the sea and close to any commercial activity you need during your holidays (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc ..). The ad corresponds to what was found; we found the apartment clean and we were greeted at the established time. I highly recommend to those who want to take a holiday in the Alicante area: it is not necessary to have the car as a few meters there is also the tram stop that connects all the towns and cities of the coast (about 150/160 km) .
L'appartamento si trova in un bellissimo palazzo, situato a pochi metri dal mare e vicino a qualsiasi attività commerciale che serve durante le vacanze ( supermercati, negozi, ristoranti, ecc..). L annuncio corrisponde con quanto trovato; abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e siamo stati accolti all'orario stabilito. Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole fare una vacanza nella zona di Alicante: non è necessario avere l'automobile in quanto a pochi metri c'è anche la fermata del tram che collega tutti i paesi e le città della costa ( circa 150/160 km).
We spent 40 nights in this property, from 14 December '15 to 23 January '16. The house is a very well maintained, quiet and close to public transportation (bus and tram) to the center of Alicante in 25 minutes. Different supermarkets at distance of 800 - 1000 meters. We found a great apartment, clean and tidy, with a very sunny room and a fully equipped galley. Beautiful sea view from the terrace. Internet Wi-Fi great. Unfortunately there is no heating system, but only a spot air conditioner in the room that it was not necessary to use because this environment, together with the kitchen, is the hottest. The useful electric heaters in both bathrooms. Fortunately the outdoor temperature has been fairly mild, and we felt a bit 'cold only a few days in the bedroom. We had the pleasant surprise to find the two bathrooms equipped with bidet (which was not reported in the ad). Unfortunately they were not well-functioning and therefore not usable. Overall great value / price. Recommended certainly all.
Abbiamo trascorso 40 notti in questo alloggio, dal 14 dicembre '15 al 23 gennaio '16.
L'alloggio si trova in un complesso molto ben tenuto, tranquillo e vicino ai mezzi pubblici (bus e tram) per raggiungere il centro di Alicante in 25 minuti circa. Vari supermarket a distanza di 800 - 1000 metri.
Abbiamo trovato un appartamento grande, pulito e in ordine, con una sala molto soleggiata e una cucina super accessoriata. Vista mare stupenda dal terrazzo. Collegamento Internet Wi-Fi ottimo.
Purtroppo non c'è l'impianto di riscaldamento, ma solo un condizionatore posto nella sala che non è stato necessario utilizzare perché questo ambiente, assieme alla cucina, è il più caldo. Utilissime le stufette elettriche nei due bagni.
Fortunatamente la temperatura esterna si è mantenuta abbastanza mite ed abbiamo avvertito un po' di freddo solo un paio di giorni nella camera da letto.
Abbiamo avuto la gradita sorpresa di trovare i due bagni forniti di bidet (peraltro non segnalati nell'annuncio). Purtroppo non erano ben funzionanti e quindi non utilizzabili.
Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da consigliare certamente a tutti.
