Jasmine who takes care of the key collection is very very friendly and available.
Thank you for these 15 days of vacation.
The house is a very well maintained, quiet and close to public transportation (bus and tram) to the center of Alicante in 25 minutes. Different supermarkets at distance of 800 - 1000 meters.
We found a great apartment, clean and tidy, with a very sunny room and a fully equipped galley. Beautiful sea view from the terrace. Internet Wi-Fi great.
Unfortunately there is no heating system, but only a spot air conditioner in the room that it was not necessary to use because this environment, together with the kitchen, is the hottest. The useful electric heaters in both bathrooms.
Fortunately the outdoor temperature has been fairly mild, and we felt a bit 'cold only a few days in the bedroom.
We had the pleasant surprise to find the two bathrooms equipped with bidet (which was not reported in the ad). Unfortunately they were not well-functioning and therefore not usable.
Overall great value / price. Recommended certainly all.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils.
I was charming and undoubtedly will recommend.
I will recommend it to anyone.

We also liked the proximity to the beach and the tram to get to the center of Alicante.
The welcome from the owner, the availability of the lady who takes care of the keys (and other small issue that can be) were particularly appreciated.
