We stayed two weeks in this wonderful villa, which provided all the luxury we needed (and more!). We especially enjoyed the beautiful view and the pool, which is refreshing, clean and fun, as we even had good music and a refrigerator there. Except for some dogs barking once in a while (which can be annoying during the night), it is a very peaceful and quiet environment. With a supermarket in Fiorentino, plenty of restaurants in San Marino and entertainment (beach and amusement/waterparks) at ~45-60 min drive to Rimini and Ravenna), we had everything we needed. You do need a car and be willing to drive up and down hills, but you will get beautiful views and a quiet environment in return. All in all a great holiday! Thanks also to Luca, who was very nice and always responded very quickly to e-mail or text messages. P.s. we enjoyed your wine suggestion.

Apartment is excellent! The view from the window is wonderful. Everything in the kitchen work, room was clean, bathroom was clean too. In the apartment there are two beach chairs and one umbrella, so you don't have to buy it in the supermarket. Also you can have dinner on the roof of this appartment, where you can watch a wonderful view on the sea, or just can take a sunbathing. So, I recommend this appartment to stay in!

We spent one fantastic week in Apulia. The property is comfortable, in very good location. The owner helpful and pleasant. Really nothing to complain about. From the appartment you have a sea view. We didn't use the terrace, being busy with travelling. Monopoli is a fantastic place to stay - beautiful, calm and well communicated.

Good afternoon. Lucy from 17/06 to 07/01. Lucy with three children (2, 4, and 10 years). The apartment in reality was better than in the photo. Without problems. We have travelled at night, without problems. The owners gave us a lift from the station, absolutely free!!!! And all the hosts are very pleasant people, always ready to help and talk! The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For the younger child a baby cot was provided. It is a little bit far from the beach, but for everyone the concept of "far" is different. Shops are nearby. We are very satisfied with this apartment !

Nice and complete villa overlooking green area and San Marino. House is on the top of a mountain ( curvy road up/down ) so it takes some time to reach supermarket etc. A car is essential for staying here . Driving distances Rimini about 45 minutes and Cattolica 55 minutes. Downside: the swarms of flies in and around the house. Air-conditioning (first floor) at 120 euros per watt and WiFi 30 euros p.w. Very nice and helpful home-owner.

Good food, clean sea, nice beaches. Suitable for family holidays. The apartment is more suitable for a 4-member than a 5-member family. The owner was willing to help in all matters.

“The apartment was very tidy and everything was present. The location was also very central in a way everything could be visited by foot. The only minor point is that the street where the apartment is situated, can sometimes be noisy. Maybe a tip for the kitchen: a (bread)toaster would be handy.”

Very good and nice apartment with 2 balconys at the sun side. All the rooms are nicely furnished, nice paintings, all well cared for. In preseason it is very quiet and in the village there is still much closed (restaurants, shops). We missed internet connection in the apartment and even in the village.
