Detached house with garden 5 minutes from the sea, well-finished and carefully furnished.
Large shady garden in a very quiet and restful area.
It has a bedroom, a living room with three beds, a built-in kitchen, a porch with a table and garden furniture, a bathroom with a washing machine and a large garden with an olive grove.
House and garden are fully fenced.
Two reserved parking spaces on the property. The house is located in the village of S. Leonardo, 6 km from the town center of Ortona and 3 km from the beach of the Saracens.
From the house you can reach bars, minimarket/grocery and tobacconist in 3/4 minutes on foot.
