The apartment is very nice and has a great balcony.
The pool makes the apartment complete.
The swimming pool is fantastic! There are plenty of seats.
The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the shops and the seafront promenade.
Unfortunately it is not possible to park the car at the apartment. Parking is available at a public car park a little further. This is free of charge.
The property is excellent value for money. It has a wonderful private swimming pool on the roof and a spacious apartment the floor below.
The two double bedrooms were both good size and there is a shared shower room. There is also a nice balcony area for BBQs.
The landlord was pleasant and attentive.
It is at the top of a residential block but close to Porto Azzurro's many restaurants and bars. It is also close to a beach but there are nicer beaches on the island. I'd recommend anyone staying here to take a car so they can explore the rest of this beautiful island.
I'd go back here in a heartbeat.
We stayed 14 days in 8 people, 6 adults and two children we had a great time the owner very welcoming and attentive to any request. Even without air conditioning the house is very cool thanks to its location. Super terrace used for both dinner and lunch due to its shady position. Both internal and external equipment as described. The three bathrooms are very useful. Super recommended !!!
Abbiamo soggiornato 14 giorni in 8 persone, 6 adulti e due bambini ci siamo trovati benissimo la proprietaria molto accogliente e attenta a qualsiasi ns richiesta. Anche senza aria condizionata casa molto fresca grazie alla sua posizione. Terrazzo super utilizzato sia per cena che per pranzi data la sua posizione ombreggiata. Attrezzature sia interne che esterne come da descrizione. E molto utili i tre bagni. Super consigliato!!!
The house is very comfortable; in a quiet, familiar and green setting. We stayed there in two families (up to 10 people) and it was adequate thanks to the presence of three bathrooms with shower. The veranda, spacious, well equipped and, very importantly, always shaded, is certainly the most exploited space. The kitchen, although small, is equipped with everything (dishes in abundance). The free beach, at an effective 250 m, is very wide and clean. All the strictly necessary services are present; ideal place for families and for those who want a relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature with the song of cicadas and crickets! No nightlife or noisy clubs! The only flaw ... the annoying noise of the frequent fighter exercises of the nearby military airport ... Mrs. Raffaella, resident on site, kind and available for every need.
La casa è molto confortevole; in un contesto tranquillo, familiare e ricco di verde. Noi vi abbiamo soggiornato in due nuclei familiari ( fino a 10 persone)ed è risultata adeguata grazie anche alla presenza dei tre bagni con doccia. La veranda, spaziosa, ben attrezzata e,cosa importantissima, sempre ombreggiata, è sicuramente lo spazio più sfruttato. La cucina, benché piccola, è fornita di tutto ( stoviglie in abbondanza). La spiaggia libera, a 250 m effettivi, è molto ampia e pulita.Sono presenti tutti i servizi strettamente necessari; posto ideale per famiglie e per chi desidera una vacanza di relax, nella natura con il canto delle cicale e dei grilli! Niente movida o locali chiassosi! Unica pecca...il fastidioso rumore delle frequenti esercitazioni dei caccia del vicino aeroporto militare...la signora Raffaella, residente in loco, gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità.
Very large house with a fantastic super-equipped terrace (deckchairs, barbecue etc ...). The place is very quiet ideal for a relaxing holiday. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and is very beautiful. The free one (natural park) has huts built by fishermen with wooden logs located on the beach that can be used to protect themselves from the sun or with other logs you can easily build one. Very very beautiful and different from the usual beaches. We visited the Isola del Giglio which is fantastic and also some small beaches half an hour from the apartment which have nothing to envy to the Caribbean. Dear Mrs. Raffaella.
Casa molto grande con un terrazzo fantastico super attrezzato (sdraio, barbecue ecc...).
Il posto è molto tranquillo ideale per una vacanza in stile relax.
La spiaggia dista 10 minuti a piedi ed è molto bella. Quella libera (parco naturale) ha delle capanne costruite dai pescatori con i tronchi di legno che si trovano in spiaggia che si possono usare per proteggersi dal sole oppure con altri tronchi si può tranquillamente costruirsene una. Molto molto bella e diversa dalle solite spiagge. Abbiamo visitato l'Isola del Giglio che è fantastica e anche alcune piccole spiagge a mezz'ora dall'appartamento che non hanno nulla da invidiare ai Caraibi.

The holiday home responds perfectly to the photographs shown on the site. We really enjoyed our stay, especially enjoying our large veranda with our kids !!! Perfect location just a few minutes walk to the beach. The gentleman gave us the apartment in advance at the time indicated! Highly recommended !!!

Après journée de visite, relaxation dans la piscine, et repas sous les arbres. Superb house, great location, ideally large pool and secure: We rented the entire house for the whole family (more difficult if promiscuity "foreign " in the other apartments.). Mr Pasquini is a very friendly and helpful owner. Attention to the blackhead we experienced: a lot of aggressive mosquito think guard and talk to your doctor before you go!
Superbe maison, superbe endroit, piscine idéalement grande et sécurisée : nous avions loué la maison entière pour toute la famille (promiscuité plus difficile si "étrangers" dans les autres appartements.). Monsieur Pasquini est un propriétaire très sympathique et prévenant.
Attention au point noir que nous avons vécu : beaucoup de moustiques agressifs : penser à se prémunir et en parler à son médecin avant de partir !
