We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Andrano. Big clean, and Luigi and Lucilla were so nice to us. It was close to the sea, and some bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend this house!
A clean and well maintained apartment. Spacious both inside and out. The owner was very attentive to our requirements as a large family with 2 adults, three children and a baby. The apartment included all cooking appliances, plus towels and bedding on request. Located less than five minutes from the quiet and pristine sand/stones beach, the local area provided many family activities such as water sports, horse riding, go karting, boat trips and cave visits.
A fantastic villa, located close to Lake Garda (3km). The property is spacious and rented with everything you could want. We rented the villa for two weeks and could not find any fault during our stay. The villa is in the town of Costermano, which has a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The villa's location is perfect to explore the area and Venice is only an hour away. I would recommend the villa and we look forward to going there again.
The garden and and pool area are definitely the best in this property. It is located close to Garda, and the local supermarket is also located nearby.
We had some small problems during our visit, but the owners were VERY quick to respond and help us resolve the issues.
We will definitely recommend this house to our Family and friends.

The property is even better then presented in the pictures. Everything is very new and clean. The owners are very attentive to any requests. The nearest beach is far from ideal, but in 5 minutes ride you'll find one of the best beaches in Italy - lido Pizzo.
The apartment is very nice and has a great balcony.
The pool makes the apartment complete.
The swimming pool is fantastic! There are plenty of seats.
The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the shops and the seafront promenade.
Unfortunately it is not possible to park the car at the apartment. Parking is available at a public car park a little further. This is free of charge.
On only a distance of about 2 kilometres of Italy’s most beautiful lake, you find this great holiday villa. It is easy accessible, located near Costermano and Garda, but however in a very quiet small street. There is a nice restaurant on only 5 min walking, and by car you are very fast in the supermarket of Costermano or at the lake where you can find an abundance of typical Italian restaurants with wonderful views and picturesque streets. The house has a large, well maintained garden which is completely fenced including an automatic gate. There is enough parking space for multiple cars and you can even park one car in the garage. Moreover, there are a lot of sun beds and chairs, and also two covered terraces where it’s nice to sit when it’s too hot in the sun or in the evening with a good glass of wine. You can even find a hammock attached to palm trees! The swimming pool is perfect, with 2 different areas (deep and less deep for children) and with a comfortable temperature. Even late in the evening the pool is ideal to get some refreshment after a hot day. The house consist of two parts: on one hand you have the house with the kitchen, bathroom (toilet and shower), living room (with sleep sofa) and master bedroom and on the other hand you find the garage with second bedroom and another bathroom (toilet and shower). In all the rooms you find window shutters witch make the rooms very dark, perfect for a good sleep and to keep the heat outside. Indeed, even with temperatures of 34° C during the days, we all slept very good at night (there is also a ventilator if you need it). There is certainly nothing to remark concerning the accommodation of the house. Radio’s, flat screen television, a net for playing badminton, towels, pillows for the sun beds in the garden, board games, and of course pots for cooking, dishes, washing machine, etc... in short: everything you need. The owner of the house speaks good English and is very helpful when you need something or when there might be a problem. The region is marvellous, with a lot of possible activities like boat rental, shopping, windsurfing (northern part of the lake in Riva del Garda, Torbole,... where you are in less than one hour by car), visiting the famous city Verona, or you can even go into the mountains where it’s colder and where you have beautiful views of the lake. More southern, there is a theme park “Gardaland” and closer to the house (Lazise) there is “Caneva World” wich is a theme park with only water attractions... great for young and older people during the hot days! What you certainly have to visit is the “Speck Stube” in Malcesine located in the middle of olive trees were you can eat typical dishes of Tirol. In short, you are never bored at Lago di Garda! We rented the house for two weeks and had a good time. We liked it so much that after one week we contacted the owner to book the house already for the summer of 2013... the best evidence that we had a great holiday!
The property is excellent value for money. It has a wonderful private swimming pool on the roof and a spacious apartment the floor below.
The two double bedrooms were both good size and there is a shared shower room. There is also a nice balcony area for BBQs.
The landlord was pleasant and attentive.
It is at the top of a residential block but close to Porto Azzurro's many restaurants and bars. It is also close to a beach but there are nicer beaches on the island. I'd recommend anyone staying here to take a car so they can explore the rest of this beautiful island.
I'd go back here in a heartbeat.

Your property was great value for our large family and is beautifully maintained with all the necessary requirements. We especially enjoyed being able to stay within an apartment of the old 'Liberty' style and your personal interest in helping us get settled was very much appreciated.
I will recommend "Villa Liberty" to any others that I hear are travelling to Catania- Sicily was marvellous to visit!

Very good ! We had all the necessary stuff we needed, even bed linen and bath towels were available. It was also very private, although the landlord lives right above they didn't bother us at all. It was very clean too and airy. The only thing I really really hated was that there where trees left to grown that kept us from seeing the sea view behind them, from the terrace right where we could have enjoyed our meals. If the landlord trims them, it would be just perfect.
The house looked exactly like in the photo, welcoming and spacious, perfect for welcoming more people and spending time together. The owner Claudia is very kind and super helpful.

The rental was as advertised? It deserves a general refresh? The fridge and freezer are a little small for 9 people? The location is ideal and the terrace is very pleasant? We had a pleasant stay in this rental and the owner was available to answer any questions.

The house is very beautiful and well-kept, super suitable for two families like us and the shower outside was an added value. Furthermore, the seafront location and the parking spaces inside the garden are very convenient... highly recommended!!!

First time in Termoli, we chose the structure for its proximity to the sea and for the characteristics of the apartment which perfectly matched the requests of our 2 families 4 adults and 3 children. We were welcomed by Pietro and his wife Franca who showed us all the potential of the structure and subsequently we met their children Maria, Enrico and their cute grandmother. The owners live in the property and are always present for any requests or simply to recommend restaurants or excursions. The structure is well looked after and clean: a covered car park with shade cloth, a reserved place for eating outside and a barbecue available, 3 outdoor showers with hot water at any time. The access to the sea is enviable but the most appreciated thing is the tranquility of the beach, furthermore for each apartment there is an umbrella and 2 deckchairs available. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you might need on holiday, there is the rental of bed linen and towels available, which is not a given but much appreciated thing that we found and hadfound the beds ready. There are also washing machines available and a place to hang out your laundry. Franca managed to make us feel at home, always present and punctual, she also delighted us with her cheese and egg meatballs, what can I say are spectacular other than a restaurant...... Our experience was very positive, beautiful area, excellent restaurants and excellent people. Franca and her family have remained in our hearts.
Prima volta a Termoli , abbiamo scelto la struttura per la sua vicinanza al mare e per le caratteristiche dell’appartamento che si abbinavano molto con le richieste delle nostre 2 famiglie
4 adulti e 3 bambini .
Siamo stati accolti Da Pietro e dalla moglie Franca che ci hanno illustrato tutte le potenzialità della struttura e successivamente abbiamo conosciuto i figli Maria ,Enrico e la carinissima nonna.
I proprietari abitano nella struttura e sono sempre presenti per eventuali richieste o semplicemente per consigliare ristoranti o escursioni.
La struttura si presenta bene molto curata e pulita: un parcheggio auto coperto con telo ombreggiante un posto riservato per mangiare fuori e a disposizione un barbecue ,3 docce all’esterno con acqua calda a qualsiasi ora .
Lo sbocco sul mare è invidiabile ma la cosa più apprezzata è la tranquillità della spiaggia , inoltre per ogni appartamento c’è un ombrellone e 2 sdraio a disposizione.
L’appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di tutto quello che possa servire in vacanza , c’è a disposizione il noleggio di biancheria da letto e asciugamani , cosa non scontata ma molto apprezzata che abbiamo riscontrato e aver trovato i letti già pronti.
A disposizione ci sono anche delle lavatrici e un posto dove stendere il bucato.
Franca è riuscita a farci sentire a casa , sempre presente e puntuale inoltre ci ha deliziato con le sue polpette cacio e ova che dire spettacolari altro che ristorante ……..
La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva , bellissimo territorio , ottimi ristoranti e ottime persone.
Franca e la sua famiglia ci sono rimasti nel cuore .
We stayed only one night in this structure, a kind welcome, a spacious room equipped with all comforts. Excellent breakfast with seasonal fruit, hot pancakes for the kids. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely be back.
Siamo stati una sola notte in questa struttura accoglienza garbata, camera spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione eccellente con frutta di stagione pancake caldi per i bambini. Grazie per la cordialità sicuramente ritorneremo.
The structure, made up of two separate units, is located in an excellent position, a few meters from the green grotto and a fantastic pastry shop. The apartments are large and spacious, very airy, with small terraces, and hot outdoor showers. The only flaw, in the apartment below, is the shower next to the toilet. Luigi is a very kind and very helpful person. All very nice. Strategic position to visit other places in Salento.
La struttura, composta da due unità distinte, si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochissimi metri dalla grotta verde e da una fantastica pasticceria. Gli appartamenti sono ampi e spaziosi, molto arieggiati, con terrazzini, presenti docce esterne calde. Unica pecca, nell'appartamento sotto, la doccia a ridosso del gabinetto. Luigi è una persona molto gentile e molto disponibile. Tutto molto bello. Posizione strategica per visitare altre località del Salento.
