We spent a wonderful week at this house. It is an excellent rental: exceptionally well constructed, well furnished and well equipped. It is one of the very best holiday rentals we have found during a long history of renting. It is in a lovely situation with views out to sea and over the cliffs to the south of Bréhec. It is close to the port (with two very welcoming restaurants) although making the journey on foot involves a steep descent and return.
The house was exactly as advertised and the owner provided helpful support and advice throughout (there is also a very helpful guide to the house and the area in the villa itself). The garden is also a pleasure, including the fruit trees.
The owner has a local representative who provided all the support that we needed - and we appreciated the welcoming delicacies that greeted our arrival
Although there are no shops in Bréhec itself, there is a bakery and pharmacy in the nearest town (Plouezec) and more shops and a substantial (Wednesday) market at Plouha.

Outstanding in all regards. This is a spacious, well appointed, well maintained and attractive property. The location is perfect and very quiet. The owner and his representative were attentive and efficient. All the arrangements were eminently satisfactory.

House with everything available, comfort and cleanliness. Small inconveniences with sink and shower drainage due to non-respect by a previous tenant. Positive response from the owner to these issues. Rental really recommended 500 meters from the beach!

Large spaces both in the garden and in the house allowing everyone to live at their own pace. Satisfactory equipment. Pleasant environment: wooded area, sea, pleasant places for walks. A nice place for a cool time.

Very beautiful house of character located in a picturesque village, in the heart of the land of megaliths, on the edge of a forest. and a few minutes from Erdeven beach. The house is very well equipped and you can take full advantage of the garden to relax, have lunch or (and) dinner when the weather is nice, which was our case. From the village of Keroret, several hiking trails allow you to discover the surrounding countryside and an interesting rural heritage (chapels, wash houses, fountains) and of course dolmens, alignments of menhirs and cromlech which in some way mark out all these paths. I highly recommend this rental.
Très belle maison de caractère située dans un village pittoresque, au coeur du pays des mégalithes, à la lisière d'une forêt. et à quelques minutes de la plage d'Erdeven.
La maison est très bien équipée et l'on peut profiter pleinement du jardin pour se détendre, déjeuner ou (et) dîner quand la météo est clémente ce qui fut notre cas.
A partir du village de Keroret, plusieurs sentiers pedestres permettent de découvrir la campagne environnante et un intéressant patrimoine rural (chapelles, lavoirs, fontaines) et bien sûr dolmens, alignements de menhirs et cromlech qui balisent en quelque sorte tous ces chemins.
Je recommande vivement cette location.

Rental this summer between friends (8 adults and 5 children), the house corresponds perfectly to the description and is a beautiful place to live where we had a very good stay. Ideally located in a quiet area on the edge of a pretty castle park but close to everything you need and the beaches (5-10 minutes by car). We recommend without hesitation.

We had a great vacation in the beautiful, well located villa. It has a fantastic view of the sea, the beach is within walking distance. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and the contact with the landlord is super professional and very helpful. For children and teenagers there is a ping pong table, l, dartboard, tabletop football and more. We enjoyed every moment!

The landlord responded to our questions very quickly. The first meeting was problem-free and the handover in the house also went very well. The house was very clean. Everything was as described. Great house in a very quiet location. Just a few meters to the beach. The beach was very clean and suitable for small children as the water is very shallow. Nice gesture from the landlord, we were given some drinks and cake. We can highly recommend this house and the landlord. Thank you for the lovely time with you.
Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Das erste Treffen war problemlos und auch die Übergabe in dem Haus verlief sehr gut. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Alles entsprach wie in der Beschreibung. Tolles Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Der Strand war sehr sauber und für kleine Kinder geeignet da es sehr flach ins Wasser geht. Nette Geste vom Vermieter, etwas Getränke und Kuchen wurde uns geschenkt. Wir können dieses Haus und den Vermieter sehr empfehlen.

We fell in love with the region, the view and... the owners (if I dare say ;-))... The house offers maximum comfort, the view is simply exceptional and the hosts really took great care of us. The documentation of the region sent in advance (including the agenda of guided tours and local festivals) allowed us to prepare our week as much as possible in advance, the attentions on our arrival warm the heart after a day of travel and the welcome by Gaël is really friendly. Either way, we?ll come back to it, that?s for sure! We have only done half of our program ;-)

La maison offre un confort maximum, la vue est juste exceptionnelle et les hôtes ont réellement été aux petits soins pour nous. La documentation de la région envoyée à l'avance (y compris l'agenda des visites guidées et des fêtes locales) nous a permis de préparer un maximum notre semaine en amont, les attentions à notre arrivée font chaud au cœur après une journée de voyage et l'accueil par Gaël est vraiment sympathique. Soit, nous y reviendrons, c'est certain ! Nous n'avons fait que la moitié de notre programme ;-)
Very functional and pleasant house. The veranda is a plus especially with the capricious weather! Well-suited house for family vacations. Close to the beaches and the GR 34, the nearby bay of Saint-Malo. Very good stay and warm welcome.

The house is very good, we had everything we needed: quality equipment (appliances, kitchen essentials, bathroom...), leisure activities for young and old (board games, table football, ping pong, petanque , books..). Sheets service (with bed made) + provision of towels ? In addition, a magnificent sea view from the terrace and even through the bay window! The small port of Brehec is very nice and there are many beautiful things to see around! We had a very good week. Thank you for the welcome and all the good advice to discover Brittany!
La maison est très bien, nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait: équipement de qualité (électroménagers, nécessaire de cuisine, salle de bain...), loisirs pour petits et grands (jeux de société, baby foot, ping pong, pétanque, livres..).
La prestation draps (avec lit fait) + mise à disposition de serviettes de toilette 👍
De plus une magnifique vue sur mer de la terrasse et même à travers la baie vitrée !
Le petit port de Brehec est très chouette et il y a beaucoup de belles choses à voir aux alentours ! Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Merci pour l'accueil et tous les bons conseils pour découvrir la Bretagne !
Very good stay, the house is pleasant and functional, the garden is superb. The rooms are very spacious and the house corresponds well to the description. We had a wonderful weekend in this house. The person who takes care of the rental on site was very friendly and present to answer our questions. I recommend this rental.

We had a very pleasant stay over the long Pentecost weekend in this pleasant rustic house. This one is particularly spacious to accommodate a large family, we had a good time there as well as in the garden to rest and also play table tennis. Claude was perfect for stewardship, friendly and available. The only downside, the kitchen was not clean (crockery, dishes and utensils poorly washed - strong smell of fish in the fridge - freezer not cleaned) But that won't stop us from coming back if the opportunity presents itself!!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour le long week-end de Pentecôte dans cette agréable maison rustique. Celle-ci est particulièrement spacieuse pour accueillir une grande famille, nous y avons passé du bon temps ainsi que dans le jardin pour nous poser et aussi jouer au ping-pong.
Claude a été parfait pour l’intendance, sympathique et disponible.
Le seul bémol, la cuisine n’était pas propre (vaisselle, plats et ustensiles mal lavés - forte odeur de poisson dans le réfrigérateur - congélateur non nettoyé)
Mais cela ne nous empêchera de revenir si l’occasion se représente !!
