The availability and the discretion of the owners have made us live a serene and beautiful holiday. The house is comfortable and well equipped, the gravel beach is also within walking distance from home and Sicily will remain in our fondest memories.
La disponibilità e la discrezione dei proprietari ci hanno fatto vivere una serena e bellissima vacanza. La casa è comoda e ben accessoriata , la spiaggia di ghiaia è raggiungibile anche a piedi da casa e la Sicilia rimarrà nei nostri più bei ricordi.

A beautiful terrace with sea view and very comfortable outdoor space for lunches and dinners, comfortable for our group. Ignatius and Ylenia available. Pebble beach, clear sea great for snorkelling, our teenage children really enjoyed. There is no wi-fi. Advice to those who want to spend quiet days and relaxing. wonderful sea!

Una bellissima terrazza con vista mare e spazio esterno molto comodo per pranzi e cene, confortevole per il nostro gruppo. Ignazio ed Ylenia sono disponibili.
Spiaggia con sassolini, mare trasparente ottimo per praticare snorkeling, i nostri figli adolescenti hanno gradito molto. Non c'è wi-fi.
Consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere giorni tranquilli e rilassanti. Mare meraviglioso!
Hi we went from Rome to this wonderful land ... we stayed at 8 at this wonderful property. Salve siamo partiti da Roma verso questa terra meravigliosa... abbiamo soggiornato in 8 in questa meravigliosa struttura. Villa in piena regola con l'annuncio, tutto perfetto con tutte le comodità immaginabili, insomma non dovete portare assolutamente nulla. Proprietari Ylenia e Ignazio, UNICI! Gente stupenda, che ci ha fornito tutte le in formazioni per muoverci e cosa vedere. Insomma una vacanza ad hoc... posto meraviglioso, villa stupenda e proprietari unici. Mi auguro di ritornare di nuovo il prossimo anno. COMUNQUE SUPER CONSIGLIATA....
Excellent choice !! The house was really nice, well maintained and equipped with all the comforts (air conditioner must have seen the week of hot!). The location is nothing short of perfect for those who want to leave the car and go for a week relaxing, the sea is on your doorstep! The hospitality and the availability of Rosalba and her husband ... the icing on the cake !! Absolutely recommended !! ... And we will be back next year!
Ottima scelta!!La casa era veramente carina, ben curata e dotata di tutti i confort (condizionatore necessario visto la settimana di caldo!). La posizione è a dir poco ideale per chi vuole lasciare l'auto e fare una settimana in completo relax, il mare è a due passi!

We had a wonderful time in this very quiet holiday home. Despite the tranquility, you are quickly in the center of Castellamare del Golfo, where you will find all shops for daily needs, as well as a variety of restaurants and places to go out. The house was extremely clean, the terrace with a view of the sea and the pool was fantastic. The owner and his wife are incredibly nice, courteous, friendly and immediately available if there are any questions. We would go back to this wonderful place anytime!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Trotz der Ruhe ist man schnell im Zentrum von Castellamare del Golfo, wo man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, sowie eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten findet. Das Haus war außerordentlich sauber, die Terasse mit Meerblick und Pool phantastisch. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind unglaublich nett, zuvorkommend, freundlich und sofort zur Stelle wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub an diesem wundervollen Ort machen!

Nel sito la vedi, se ci vai la gusti in tutti i suoi confort nella bellezza senza pari del paesaggio e poi ad un passo...quel mare quei faraglioni che ti fanno innamorare e che appena torni già ti mancano.

Stayed at this property the last week of June, we were 2 families for a total of 7 people. The apartment was very welcoming, equipped with everything you need and above all very clean. The location is fabulous, close to the sea and not far from the center, with its private open space also equipped, it ensures moments of relaxation even outdoors. The special note is due to the owners: extremely nice and above all helpful (they provided, as soon as we arrived, our supply of wine for the week, which is essential for us Venetians.) Nino: a gentle giant and King of the cookers who has often delighted us with his cuisine. Antonella who will share with you a corner of peace that she herself takes care of for the love of her land, where you can enjoy the magnificent blue sea. Magnificent experience, absolutely recommended.
Soggiornato presso questa struttura l'ultima settimana di giugno, eravamo 2 famiglie per un totale di 7 persone. L'appartamento si presentava molto accogliente, dotato di tutto l'occorrente e soprattutto molto pulito.
La posizione è da favola, a ridosso del mare e non distante dal centro, col suo scoperto privato anch'esso attrezzato, assicura momenti di relax anche all'aperto.
La nota speciale la si deve ai proprietari: estremamente simpatici e soprattutto disponibili (hanno provveduto, appena arrivati, alla nostra fornitura di vino per la settimana, cosa imprescindibile per noi veneti.)
Nino: un gigante buono e Re dei fornelli che ci ha deliziato spesso con la sua cucina.
Antonella che condividerà con voi un angolo di pace che lei stessa tiene curato per amore della sua terra, dove godere del magnifico mare blu.

As soon as we arrived we knew immediately that it was going to be a holiday to remember. The location respects the description, excellent cleanliness and enjoys a well-kept independent garden to relax and enjoy intoxicating sunrises and sunsets. The proximity to the sea gives the opportunity to dive into the Sicilian sea at any time of the day, in peace and away from the chaos of crowded beaches even if the center of San Vito is easily reachable on foot. The kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Antonietta and her husband Nino, an excellent cook, enriched the evenings with pleasant chat, good wine and excellent pasta alla Norma.
Appena arrivati abbiamo capito subito che sarebbe stata una vacanza da ricordare. La location rispetta la descrizione, ottima la pulizia e gode di un curato giardino indipendente per rilassarsi e godere di albe e tramonti inebrianti. La vicinanza al mare dà la possibilità di tuffarsi nel mare di Sicilia in ogni momento della giornata, in tranquillità e lontani dal caos delle spiagge affollate anche se il centro di San Vito é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La gentilezza e la disponibilità della Signora Antonietta e del marito Nino, ottimo cuoco, hanno arricchito le serate con piacevoli chiacchiere, buon vino e un'ottima pasta alla Norma.
