Today is our last day in this beautiful place where we spent two lovely weeks. The location is perfect , walking distance to the seaside and close to the village. The modern design of the house is great, it was just renovated and you appreciate being among the first tenants! Plenty of space inside with very comfortable bedrooms.
We liked the inside / outside living room which was so enjoyable in the evening . But the best is definitely the pool area and the view over the sea in the evening!
We will definitely come back if we can!!
We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all.
However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat.
All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.
We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!
We were 2 families (8 persons) and had a great time in this wonderful house. Everything is very clean and sober. The house is fully equipped and the garden is a gem. We enjoyed hiking in the forest behind the house. Great view over the lake site. Very calm neighborhood. Thanks again to Claude and Sylvie !
Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!
The house is very spacious and there was plenty of room for our party (6 adults and 5 teenagers) - a bathroom for every bedroom was perfect! Very well equipped kitchen and the house stayed nice and cool inside on a hot day.
Outside space is amazing! Expansive gardens, beautiful pool and comfortable seating areas for outside dining.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday with enough room to be together while still having our own space. Would recommend!
We spent a lovely week in Montgenevre with friends skiing. Four of us stayed in this apartment. It was even better than described and was very well equipped. The owner met us on arrival and was so welcoming and helpful. He even left us a fruit tart and box of chocolates, so kind. The location of the apartment was brilliant. Slopes were only about 50-70 metres away , supermarket was next door and plenty of restaurants nearby. Perfect! Would definitely recommend.
Lovely house with fantastic view! We were 9 persons and there was plenty of space for all of us. The children (4, 9 and 14) enjoyed the pool.

It's a very pleasant house with style and charme. The view over the golfe is wonderful. Most of the equipment in the house was in order and functioned well. One must understand, that this is not trivial, when a location has been occupied during the summer months by many different people and one arrives towards season's end. There was no major defficiency and we enjoyed our stay very much.
A long, timeless weekend with friends in the Les petits souliers chalet. Unique atmosphere with Richard who takes great care of us. We even ate oysters delivered to our homes. Unique experience that we will repeat Thanks again to you Richard

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour.
A spacious chalet where everyone can rest peacefully. Sheltered from all noise. The car is parked the entire time thanks to free parking provided by the owner. Everything is done on foot to reach the slopes 5 minutes away, do your shopping or take a walk. Mrs. A. is incredibly kind and always reachable. We have adored.

La voiture est garée pendant tout le temps grâce à des parkings gratuits mis à disposition par le propriétaire.
Tout se fait à pieds pour rejoindre les pistes à 5mn, faire ses courses ou se promener.
Mme A. est d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours joignable.

We had an excellent week, the apartment ideally located for skiing, Esf and shops. The station is very pleasant and lively. The apartment is as advertised, a table large enough to accommodate 9 people at the table, which is not always the case. And finally, we had very good discussions with the owners, friendly, accommodating and ready to help us

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, une table suffisamment grande pour accueillir 9 personnes à table, fe qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Young and old, we all had an excellent family stay in this friendly house, very well located since it is close to the slopes, the ski school and the shops. Very warm welcome from the owners, very pleasant old village and ski area. In short, we were all won over by Montgenèvre and we will come back!
Grands et petits, nous avons tous fait un excellent séjour en famille dans cette sympathique maison, très bien située puisque proche des pistes, de l’école de ski et des commerces. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, vieux village et domaine skiable très agréables. Bref, nous avons tous été conquis par Montgenèvre et nous reviendrons !
Spacious and comfortable house, 300m from the Vauban city and shops and restaurants. A garden terrace where children can play in complete safety and the owners take great care of their guests. Very pleasant stay. I recommend without reservation.

Since our last visit in 2021, this house is still as pleasant and that is why we returned. The proximity to the old town is very pleasant because there are many good regional restaurants. The house is always very well equipped and corresponds, both in quantity of dishes and beds, to one or two families. Unlike some rentals which limit plates and glasses to the number of beds, here everything is in duplicate or triplicate. The bedding is well maintained and very comfortable. For skiing, the station is high enough to have good snow and the lifts are very fast. We will come back to this house without hesitation... Thank you to the owner for her availability, because she answered our questions very quickly.
Depuis notre dernière visite en 2021, cette maison est toujours aussi agréable et c'est pour cette raison que nous y sommes retournés.
La proximité de la vielle ville est très agréable car il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants régionaux.
La maison est toujours très bien équipée et correspond, aussi bien en quantité de vaisselle que de lit, à une ou deux familles. Contrairement à certaines locations qui limitent les assiettes et les verres au nombre de lit, ici tout est en double ou triple exemplaires.
La literie est bien entretenue est très confortable.
Pour le ski , la station est assez haute pour avoir de la bonne neige et les remontées sont très rapides.
Nous reviendrons dans cette maison sans hésiter...

Chalet for 12 people in the middle of the top mountains! We came 7 years ago and we really liked it and with the few new amenities, we loved it! Leaving on skis in the morning to be the first to descend the Luc Alphand slope in the powder, the 6 cousins were delighted to sleep in the same dormitory, and the new Norwegian bath to relax from skiing in the evening: the best of the best! !! And an owner who is always so friendly and generous: nothing to complain about! Come without hesitation!!!
Chalet pour 12 personnes au milieu des montagnes au top! Nous étions venus il y a 7 ans et nous avions beaucoup aimé et là avec les quelques nouveaux aménagements, nous avons adoré!
Partir skis aux pieds le matin être les 1ers à descendre la piste Luc Alphand dans la poudreuse, les 6 cousins ont été ravis de dormir dans le même dortoir, et le nouveau bain norvégien pour se délasser du ski le soir: le top du top!!! Et un propriétaire toujours aussi sympathique et généreux: rien à redire! Venez sans hésiter!!!
