We spent an excellent week in this very family-friendly chalet, where we immediately felt at home among the family photos and other personal objects. The large living room is very bright with a magnificent view. You will find all the necessary comfort both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The bedding is also very good. The small downside of this chalet would perhaps be the creaky parquet floors upstairs. We were warmly welcomed by Gloria who gave us the keys and prepared the beds. The contact with Matthieu was perfect. We will definitely come back. To recommend
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce chalet très familial, où l’on s’est senti tout de suite bien au milieu des photos de famille et autres objets personnels. La grande pièce à vivre et très lumineuse avec une vue magnifique. Vous trouverez tout le confort nécessaire autant dans la cuisine que dans les salles de bain. La literie est également très bonne. Le petit bémol de ce chalet serait peut-être les parquets qui grincent à l’étage.
Nous avons été bien accueillis par Gloria qui nous a remis les clés et préparé les lits.
Le contact avec Matthieu était parfait.
Nous reviendrons certainement.

Super nice house for 8 people! Beautiful view, spacious and cozy. The Christmas tree was ready when we arrived. House is well furnished. Located a 3-minute drive from Flegere. But also conveniently located for other ski areas.
Super fijn huis met 8 personen! Mooi uitzicht, ruim en gezellig. De kerstboom stond al klaar toen we aankwamen. Huis is goed ingericht. Bevindt zich op 3 minuten rijden van Flegere. Maar ook gunstig gelegen voor andere ski gebieden.
We spent Christmas with the family in the Chalet des Dhuis. Warm and caring welcome from Gloria who gave us many tips to make the most of our stay. Very authentic Savoyard style chalet, spacious and comfortable, well heated, well equipped, no nuisance. The services provided are very significant. Very large terrace with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc, the panorama is simply magical. Very well located the chalet is 10 minutes walk from Chamonix, which is very significant. Thanks again to Mr Matthieu M., the owner for his kindness and the attention he reserved for us. It is with great pleasure that we will renew this stay. Evelyn and Alain.
Nous avons passé Noël en famille dans le chalet des Dhuis. Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de Gloria qui nous a prodigué de nombreux conseils afin de profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Chalet très authentique style savoyard, spacieux et confortable, bien chauffé, bien équipé, aucune nuisance. Les prestations fournies sont très appréciables.Très grande terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc, le panorama est tout simplement magique. Très bien situé le chalet est à 10 minutes à pied de Chamonix, ce qui est bien appréciable. Merci encore à Mr Matthieu M., le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et l’attention qu’il nous a réservée. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous renouvellerons ce séjour.

We had a great week end in your lovely chalet. Thank you again for the excellent welcome you gave us and for the delicacies which were greatly appreciated. We will be back with pleasure because we loved the chalet and its breathtaking view as well as all the equipment and amenities. Indeed, the shuttle located at the bottom of the chalet was very useful for both skiers and "tourists " to get quickly to town or to the slopes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous avons adoré le chalet et sa vue à couper le souffle ainsi que tous les équipements et commodités. Effectivement la navette située en bas du chalet a été très utile tant aux skieurs qu'aux "touristes" pour se rendre rapidement en ville ou sur les pistes. Merci encore ainsi qu'à Gloria qu'on a eu le plaisir de rencontrer lors de la remise des clés et qui est une personne charmante. Martine
A swarm of bees had settled in a small bedroom. The owner resolved the same day we gave the notice, which we appreciate but we no longer use that room.
En un dormitorio pequeño se había instalado un enjambre de abejas. El propietario lo resolvió el mismo día que dimos el aviso, lo cual agradecemos pero ya no usamos esa habitación.
Very nice chalet, superb location and well equipped. The contacts with the owner were always easy and pleasant, this one had appreciated attentions, welcome package, presence of a Christmas tree. The family stay was totally successful. Congratulations and thank you.
Chalet très agréable, emplacement superbe et bien équipé. Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été toujours faciles et agréables , celui-ci a eu des attentions appréciées, colis de bienvenue, présence d'un sapin de Noël.

This cottage is very comfortable, consistent with the description. The view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi is just sublime. The terrace in the sun at noon, is very nice. A little way along the Arve To go down in the center of Chamonix without rub cars. Very good contact with the owner by email and by phone. We had a great time. Matthew thank you ;-)
Ce chalet est très confortable, conforme à la description. La vue sur le mont blanc et L'aiguille du midi est juste sublime. La terrasse, au soleil dès midi, est très agréable. Un petit chemin le long de L'Arve permet de descendre dans le centre de Chamonix sans côtoyer les voitures.
Très bon contact avec le propriétaire par mail et par téléphone.

The cottage has a beautiful view of the Drus, the Grandes Jorasses and Mont Blanc. It is 15 minutes walk from the center of Chamonix through the trail along the Arve. The cottage is beautifully renovated with new bedding and all the necessary kitchen equipment for ten people. In October, we made beautiful hikes and will certainly be back skiing in winter. To recommend.
Le chalet a une vue magnifique sur les Drus, les Grandes Jorasses et le Mont Blanc. Il est à 15 min à pied du centre de Chamonix en passant par le sentier le long de l'Arve. Le chalet est joliment rénové avec une literie neuve et tout le matériel de cuisine nécessaire pour une dizaine de personnes. Au mois d'octobre, nous avons fait de belles randonnées et reviendrons certainement faire du ski en hiver.

We stayed in the chalet with 8 adults and 6 children. The chalet was comfortably furnished. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The location close to the Chattrix lift is perfect. The contact with the landlord was impeccable. Thank you for the lovely time in this chalet.
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Chalet. Das Chalet war gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die nahe Lage zum Lift Chattrix ist perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war tadellos.

Large chalet, very well located, well appointed for 13 people with a large living-dining room, 6 bedrooms and basement for ski equipment. The kitchen is a little small but nothing prohibitive. Little extra, a beautiful terrace. The owners are really very available and responsive. We really had a great stay as a family. THANK YOU I would definitely recommend it.
Grand chalet, très bien situé, bien agencé pour 13 personnes avec un grand salon-Salle à manger, 6 chambres et sous-sol pour les matériels de skis. La cuisine est un peu petite mais rien de rédhibitoire. Petit plus, une belle terrasse.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment très disponibles et réactifs.
Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour en famille. MERCI

A chalet with a splendid view, the services are great: bedding, crockery, outdoor facilities, everything is there to have an excellent stay. The location of the chalet allows you to do lots of activities, we went there with our 3 children and they had a great time. Excellent value We will come back to that for sure.
Un chalet avec une vue splendide, les prestations sont supers : literie, vaisselle, aménagements extérieurs, tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. L'emplacement du chalet vous permet de faire pleins d'activités, nous y sommes allés avec nos 3 enfants et ils se sont régalé.

Very nice chalet, very well equipped. We had a very good stay. A few points of vigilance: - remember to have the mandatory cleaning fee specified beforehand - the shuttle is ready but does not run often...another alternative: walk to the center to catch the other shuttle which is much more frequent. - 1 covered parking space not accessible with a roof box We are however very satisfied and recommend the rental.
Très beau chalet, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Quelques points de vigilance :
- pensez à vous faire préciser au préalable le tarif du ménage obligatoire
- la navette est tout prêt mais ne passe pas souvent...autre alternative : marcher jusqu'au centre pour attraper l'autre navette qui est beaucoup plus fréquente.
- 1 place de parking couverte pas accessible avec un coffre de toit
Nous sommes cependant très satisfaits et recommandons la location.
