Very nice apartment, quality services, direct access to the slopes, near the center of the village (10 min walk, free shuttle every 18 minutes).

Beautiful house in Val d'Isere, not missing any detail, all I had to take the bus to go downtown, but a couple of minutes. Would repeat, accommodation without any hesitation.
Preciosa casa en Val d'Isère, no faltaba ningún tipo de detalle, lo único que había que coger el autobús para ir al centro, pero son un par de minutos. Volvería a repetir, alojamiento sin ninguna duda.
Every now and then you get lucky and find an amazing home-from-home rental accommodation. Trust me, this is one of those 5* gems! Where do I start?
Clearly Marc & Patricia have put an enormous amount of thought and effort into making this chalet a home with everything you could possibly want. I believe this chalet was recently renovated during 2021 and so everything feels new.
The kitchen is truly well equipped…plenty of large and small plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses (both wine glasses and flutes, tumblers and pint glasses), mugs, cups, cooking utensils, pots and pans, to cater for ‘WELL OVER’ 12 people (we were 8, so plenty to spare). There is a dishwasher and also both a Fondue and Raclette set for those adventurous cooks, oh….and a sandwich toaster. Also provided is a Nespresso machine…we took our coffee pods but I believe you can buy pods in Tignes Le Lac if you forget to take your own. Our favourite kitchen device however was the table top ice maker…. perfect for that G&T after a hard day on the slopes!
The chalet has 4 large bedrooms all with en-suite with plenty of storage space. The beds were very comfortable. Three of the bedrooms have additional beds - two of those bedrooms having slightly smaller mattresses large enough for say a 13/14 year old depending on their height.
The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and a huge dining table overlooking the enormous outside terrace and the beautiful views across the lake to Val Claret and the mountain beyond. The lounge has an open fire and plenty of wood to burn is supplied. The lounge also has a Bluetooth speaker to connect your own devices to (we hard wired our mobile phones as we couldn’t figure out the Bluetooth connection after a few glasses of wine!! Likely it was the wine which affected our senses than the speaker itself, so I’m sure anyone that’s tech savvy would be able to figure it out and if not, Marc is always available to help!). The lounge is also equipped with a smart TV and DVD and also has the ability to connect up a laptop.
The outside terrace is huge and we were lucky enough to bask in glorious sunshine for 4 days out of the 6 when we returned from the slopes. There is an outside BBQ (gas I think) and Wood Burner that unfortunately we didn’t get to try, but great as an option should you wish to use them.
There is plenty of WIFI throughout the chalet and not once did anyone moan about poor connectivity….not even when all 8 of us were on our devices!!
The chalet has it’s own private cinema room and sauna (for use solely by the occupants of this chalet…i.e. not shared with anyone) – additional towels are provided for the sauna. The cinema room has great surround-sound and you can connect to pretty much anything…Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, Disney, your own laptop and there are plenty of DVDs to choose from in the chalet should you not want to bring your own.
The chalet has its own private (not shared) boot warmer and ski rack, enough for at least 12 sets, conveniently positioned inside the chalet by the front door.
The owners Marc and Patricia are extremely welcoming and friendly. They are very close by should you need anything. Should you arrive in Tignes early before check-in or leave Tignes later after check-out, they will try and be as flexible as possible but if it’s not possible you can safely store your luggage in Marc and Patricia’s locked garage and head into town.
The walk into town where the ski schools meet takes no more than 5 minutes. Here you’ll also find a great supermarket with plenty of choice as well as plenty of restaurants nearby (I suggest you book 3-4 days in advance in peak season).

Very nice, modern and perfectly well equipped apartment, it was even better than expected! Nice large couch. We used the low terrace chairs inside so that we had a comfortable reading chair for everyone. Perfect location, ski out/ski in. Enough space for 6 adults (the cabin was of course a little small for 2 almost 2m tall guys... but they knew on forehand and slept well). We loved our stay here. Communication with owner was good.
We were 5 youngsters and 2 adults that had a wonderfull sommer vacation in Tignes. The apartment is very nice with lots of space where everything just works - also wifi. It has a excellent location towards all the sommer activities and we can highly recommend this apartment.
Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment in an ideal situation for the ski slopes, shops and bars. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to use this apartment again if we return to Arc 2000.
For the 2nd time we are coming as a family to this chalet where we feel at home. It is very well equipped, well located, shops are close and departure and return are ski-in/ski-out. The decoration in the "modern mountain" style provides a very cozy atmosphere. The "independent studio" side of the ground floor is very popular with young people. The owners are attentive and take care to check on us during our stay to find out if everything is going well. Unheard of for us and we really appreciate this attention. Pour la 2ème fois nous venons en famille dans ce chalet où nous nous sentons comme chez nous. Il est très bien équipé, bien placé, les commerces sont proches et départ et retour se font skis aux pieds. La décoration dans le style "montagnard moderne" procure une ambiance très cosy.
Le côté "studio indépendant" du rez-de-chaussée de chaussée est très apprécié par les jeunes.
Les propriétaire sont à l'écoute et prennent soin de prendre de nos nouvelles en cours de séjour pour savoir si tout va bien. Du jamais vu pour nous et nous apprécions beaucoup cette attention.
Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Really a great rental. A spacious and very practical apartment for a large family. The owner is really friendly and even let us stay in the apartment a little longer. We are saving the address for next year!
Vraiment une super location. Un appartement spacieux et très pratique pour une famlille nombreuse. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et nous a même laissé rester dans l'appartement un petit peu plus longtemps. Nous gardons l'adresse pour l'année prochaine !
The lighting in the living room and mezzanine is a little poor. The apartment is very pleasant and well located. The availability and responsiveness of the owners should also be highlighted. Excellent stay.

The apartment was not very clean on our arrival. There was dust everywhere and the floor was dirty. Exactly as if it had not been cleaned after the previous rental. Furthermore, the apartment met our needs.
Het appartement was niet heel proper bij onze aankomst.
Er lag overal stof en de vloer was vuil. Precies of er was niet gekuist na de vorige verhuur.
Verder voldeed het appartement aan onze wensen.

A wonderful apartment, we came there for the fourth time. Spacious, very well equipped, close to shops and ski school. Ski in and ski out. Pleasant contact with the landlady. A nice large sofa where you can sit and read with 4 people. Because there were six of us, we had brought 2 folding chairs ourselves.

Ruim, heel goed geoutilleerd, dichtbij winkels en skischool. Ski-in en ski- out. Prettig contact met de verhuurster.
Een fijne grote zitbank waar je met 4 personen lekker op kunt zitten lezen. Omdat wij met ons zessen waren hadden we nog wel zelf 2 opklapstoelen meegenomen.
The apartment is perfect, very well exposed, crossing, beautiful terrace and a superb view. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and tastefully renovated with quality materials. Many practical and clever storage spaces that allow several people to work easily. Everything is very well thought out. The departure and return ski-in ski-out is great. We had a great time
L’appartement est parfait, très bien exposé, traversant, belle terrasse et une vue superbe. L’appartement est très confortable, spacieux et rénové avec beaucoup de goût dans des matériaux de qualité. Nombreux rangements pratiques et astucieux qui permettent de fonctionner aisément à plusieurs. Tout est très bien pensé. Le départ et retour ski aux pieds est super.
