The apartment is self contained with gate, porch and fully independent private driveway, located in a villa on a wide tree-lined avenue that leads directly to the beautiful beaches of Avola, in an ideal geographic situation, as a starting point to explore the natural and cultural beauties of the area.
The house is newly renovated, spacious and comfortable and features a comfortable and elegant lobby lounge with tv, two stylish bedrooms, one double with possibility to easily add two single beds, and one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa which converts into a bed with one or two places.
The kitchen is very large, equipped with all comfort and facilities, rigorously clean and disinfected. Bath and laundry closet with large walk-in closet.
The outdoor area is surrounded by green plants and trees for total relaxation and quiet moments outdoors, especially in the area equipped with table and chairs with the opportunity to dine out comfortably.
