Only downside a water break following pipeline break in the basement of the building on Monday afternoon (warned by phone by the owner), repaired on Tuesday late afternoon this is since everything works wonderfully!
Good points: Very nice view, the resort of Sainte Cécile is very nice for a family, all shops a few steps, parking for vehicles, clean residence, very nicely decorated apartment, very soft and soothing, nice master bedroom with a good mattress, very functional kitchen area, ditto for the bathroom, lounge area with sea view and balcony. Very nice pied a terre for a stay at the sea! We really recommend !!!!
Negative point: Absence of an inventory in good form and the arrival, made visu in 3 minutes chrono !! By cons inspection much more meticulous on the day of departure, a written and signed comparison of the 2 parts would have been interesting on the day of departure, a little more sympathy too! Complicated for owners who do not live on-site to find a person available to hand overthe keys and make an inventory which is quite understandable for the tenants, so far as the objective being to ask for holidays, the tenants do not necessarily have the wish to be welcomed and escorted without way.
Despite all we had a very good week and recommend this rental, very friendly owner.

As for the inventory, it is true that I do not ask the person who makes the entries to count each glass on arrival, because in my opinion, it spoils the beginning of the holidays.

Quant à l'état des lieux, il est vrai que je ne demande pas à la personne qui fait les entrées de compter chaque verre à l'arrivée, car selon moi, cela gâche le début des vacances.
Tout est question de confiance ...
Nous en avons rediscuté avec elle et nous avons redéfini les modalités et surtout la manière.
