Some caveats regarding the very steep stairs to get to the housing and pull-out bed which is not one, it is a bed that stays on the ground ... really not so comfortable. Beddings deserve to be changed.

The situation on the 2nd floor and the stiffness of the staircase are detrimental.
Beware the sofa begins to age.
