We rented it for one week at the beginning of August. The owners paid a particular attention to hygiene due to covid19m which is really appreciated. We were two families with in total 3 children and another family would easily fit the house. The house was very spacious, very bright and modernly designed. Everything has been thought to make the families with children comfortable. It is close to sea-side 5-10 min; and a super market 10-15 min walking. There are couple of places to eat around and a close by patisserie. The city is very quite and nice and gives you the feeling of a relaxing family holiday atmosphere. It is easy to go to next village, which has more restaurants, by bike or walking. Owners were very helpful and nice with everything we asked before and at the arrival. They provided a lot of useful info on what to do where in and around Ambleteuse. We also had a very good and positive exchange at our departure and smooth processing of all payments and other arrangements. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent position for the beach and the town . A really good venue for children. Well equipped and very comfortable. Would recommend it for a true beach holiday. It also had a good garden for the children to play in. Overall a very good holiday home.

Gorgeous cottage- much bigger than it seems-3 good sized bedrooms, huge bathroom, 2 living areas, downstairs shower & loo.... great kitchen & super sheltered outside space. We know the area well- so just spent our week walking .... the car did not move at all. The seafood of the area is outstanding and great value... the steam train to St Valerie is a must- get the 11am, have another lovely lunch there and catch the train back- a simple but great day out. The beach is sandy and clean- huge tidal flow... amazing sunsets The shopping in Le Crotoy is more than adequate- a good Carrefour and some local speciality shops... and a good market too. We had a super week ... really relaxing- a total step back to simple stuff. The lack of internet and reliable phone signal was a bit of annoyance- but only because my husband needed to keep in touch with work... but it didnt bother me or the kids too much. Martine was very friendly with good communications, she met us at the house at the start and end of our break - made everything so easy Would definately recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Hardelot. The house was perfect, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather was sunny and we loved the fact we could walk to the huge beach from the back gate. The area was great for us, we cycled everyday on the long cycle ways and the quiet back lanes. All in all a perfect holiday !

We chose this apartment because we were let down on an earlier booking, but we were so pleased! On entering the building and indeed when first going into the apartment, it feels very utilitarian and bare but don't be put off! The apartment is so close to the beach and its biggest plus is the huge balcony which catches the sun for most of the day. The apartment is very well equipped with plenty of glasses and crockery and everything you might need in the kitchen - except maybe a kettle. There are plenty of chairs inside and out. The beds are comfy and we all slept well. The 'cabine' with the bunkbeds is in a section of hallway near one of the bedrooms but cosier than it sounds and my 12 yr old son was very happy with it. We loved the town of Fort Mahon Plage, plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops, plus a good boulangerie. The restaurants were not cheap but the food was of a high quality. The beach is Fort Mahon's biggest attraction - a long, wide and very sandy beach with plenty of space and the sea was warm too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment, and would happily visit again in the future. One tip - email the owner in French for a prompt and helpful reply.

An excellent property with great access to the beach, the town and the local area. In a very quiet location but walking distance to everything you need. The property was very well maintained, with every comfort taken care of and really good lay out and room size. View from the back garden is superb and you could relax in the sunshine outside or watch the coast from behind the patio windows if you're unlucky with a wet day. Would highly recommend this house to families with children of all ages. The owner has made the rental experience extremely easy and provides all the information you could want (both before arrival and in a pack left in the house). Liked it so much we have already enquired about booking again for next year!

We have passed a great time in the Beach House. The house is provided of everything, especially for little children: chair, toys, little bikes and so much more. Our little son of two years old enjoyed the playtable at his lovely room. And our daughter of 7 years felt her like a little princess in her rose sleeping room. The house is very kindfriendly, comfortable and clean. I recommanded to everyone!

Christopher from UK We were very pleased with the house. Very clean and very well equiped. The location is superb. A very quiet area but within a few minutes walk of shops and restaurants. From the garden there is a path to the beach and dunes and if the weather is not so good a walk in the opposite direction takes you into the forest. Found plenty to do in the area and easy access onto the motorways for visiting Boulogne and LeTouquet. We would certainly return and recommend the villa for families who want a beach holiday with lots of other diversions.

Location was great - we had a great holiday helped by wonderful weather. View from the flat over the beach is wonderful. Property needs a little attention: bunk bed very creaky - top bunk not really useable and sofa cover needs replacing. Surprising lack of many basic kitchen utensils. I feel the advert should state that it is a second floor flat accessed only by a steep staircase.
