The house is beautifully located and offers a wonderful view of Frigiliana and the valley to the sea in Nerja. The entire building, the garden and the pool are very clean and well maintained. All facilities work without any problems. Thanks to the landlord for the quick answers to questions. We can only recommend a stay in this holiday villa.

Really we spent 15 dream days. Everything was perfect. Superb interior, sublime exterior and swimming pool and the view of Frigiliana and the magnificent sea. the region is very beautiful. The only really small downside is the very steep path. but that won't stop us from coming back. Congratulations to the owners for your superb villa.

Intérieur superbe, extérieur et piscine sublime et la vue sur Frigiliana et la mer magnifique. la région est très belle .Seul vraiment petit bémol ,le chemin d’accès très pentu . mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir. Superb vacation home. This is consistent with the photos. The garden is beautiful and the pool is great for cooling off in the summer heat.

We have just spent 3 weeks in this wonderful Andalusian villa. Everything is really perfect, the interior of the house is nicely decorated and everything is impeccable both in cleanliness and comfort. The garden is really idyllic with its flowers and its beautiful swimming pool. We enjoyed the quiet, sea views and we are delighted with the great vacation. Nous venons de passer 3 semaines dans cette merveilleuse villa Andalouse. Tout est vraiment parfait, l'intérieur de la maison est joliment décoré et tout est impeccable tant au niveau propreté que confort.
Le jardin est vraiment idyllique avec ses fleurs et sa magnifique piscine.
Nous avons apprécié le calme, la vue sur la mer enfin nous sommes enchantés de ces superbes vacances.

Great place, a nickel house, we had a pleasant stay in this lovely villa, very quiet place to rest. We enjoyed the pool to cool off after a day walking around this beautiful region, you can not be disappointed !!! And the view from the villa is really great, breathtaking !!! From the first contact with Mr. Martin, the owner, until we left, everything was perfect. The directions to and take the rent is accurate. The house is better than in the descriptions. We were 6 adults and we had a perfect stay. From each terrace from every window, the proposed view is magnificent. The indoor and outdoor facilities make the stay pleasant and nothing is missing. So much so that it is difficult to leave the house to explore the surroundings. Yet those are beautiful, and the little white in the mountain villages worth visiting. The beaches around are very accessible, and some, they are looking for little, very quiet and sheltered coves. If all vacation rentals could be at this level .....
Depuis le premier contact avec Monsieur MARTIN, le propriétaire, jusqu'à notre départ, tout a été parfait. Les indications pour rejoindre et prendre la location sont précises. La maison est mieux que dans les descriptions.
Nous étions 6 adultes et nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. Depuis chaque terrasse, depuis chaque fenêtre, la vue proposée est magnifique. Les équipements intérieurs et extérieurs rendent le séjour agréable, et il ne manque rien.
A tel point que l'on peine à partir de la maison pour découvrir les environs. Pourtant ceux ci sont magnifiques, et les petits villages blancs dans la montagne méritent le détour.
Les plages aux environs sont très accessibles, et certaines, pour peu qu'on les cherche, très calmes et abritées dans des criques.
Si toutes les locations de vacances pouvaient être à ce niveau.....
We have, for the fourth time, spent 3 weeks in Los Almendros, always with great pleasure and always much regrets starting again! Everything is perfect and it really is the ideal place to relax. A haven of peace in an idyllic setting and the sun always there! Everything is programmed for comfortable and carefree vacation. This location is a paradise for vacationers. Everything is very well equipped quality and lacks nothing. You really feel that everything is done for the welfare of the occupants. The place is magical. A place where we struggled to leave. Absolutely recommended.

We have traveled extensively throughout the world to find paradise close to home in Nerja Mr and Mrs Martin. A paradise where everything has been thought to feel at home (one is tempted to stay there): quiet, frame and 5-star comfort, the view, the cleanliness. What can I say? Oh yes, we would like to install one thinks seriously for serenity and quiet life in this enchanting Andalusia. The villa Almendros won us over.
Nous avons beaucoup voyagé à travers le monde pour trouver le paradis près de chez nous à Nerja chez Mme et Mr Martin. Un petit paradis ou tout a été pensé pour se sentir chez soi (on serait tenté d'y rester) : le calme, le cadre et le confort 5 étoiles, la vue, la propreté.
Que dire ? Ah si, on aimerait s'y installer on y réfléchit très sérieusement pour la sérénité et la vie douce dans cette Andalousie envoûtante.

It did not have a contact person with the owners, but only telephone contact, e-mail and post office, I was very satisfied, full correspondence between announcement and reality, including landscape and surroundings, good value for money, I spent a really nice week in a hospitable and relaxing, I was looking for. Pur non avendo avuto un contatto di persona con i proprietari, ma unicamente contatti telefonici, e mail e postali, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, piena corrispondenza tra annuncio e realtà, panorama e ambiente circostante compreso, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ho passato veramente una bella settimana in una casa ospitale e rilassante, quello che cercavo.
Le mie figlie di 9 e 13 anni avendo usufruito della piscina esterna e degli spazi all'aperto per i loro giochi sono dello stesso parere. Grazie.

Mr. MARTIN AND you respond quickly, the lease is clear, everything is planned to return the keys at the end of our holiday. No surprise if it is part of their beautiful villa. The property is very well maintained, clean, with nice decor, everything is there for a pleasant stay. I thank them for giving us such a safe haven, it's nice to relax in such a small corner of paradise. I hope to return, it's even better in real life than in photos.

Everything exudes elegance and sense of hospitality of its owners. Every corner is a gem. A very romantic patio is surrounded by a very functional room in the house elegantly furnished and decorated. The exterior is also very neat with its terraced gardens with multiple gates and wrought iron gates dark blue and silver ... N'ayez pas peur du chemin d'accès qui vous mènera dans un petit coin de Paradis ! Ce domaine implanté dans les amandiers est une pure merveille tant coté jardin que pour son élégante villa. Tout respire le raffinement et le sens de l'accueil de ses propriétaires. Chaque recoin est un petit bijou. Un très romantique patio est entouré de façon très fonctionnelle des pièces de la maison élégamment meublées et décorées. L'extérieur est aussi très soigné avec ses jardins en terrasse aux multiples portillons et grilles en fer forgé bleu foncé et argent... Cet endroit a beaucoup de classe et offre un cadre de rêve pour des vacances en Andalousie. Mais prévoir 15 jours pour profiter à la fois des visites et de la beauté et du calme des "Amandiers" !!!

Here one day we got back from vacation: a great holiday thanks in large part to the exceptional quality of rental los VILLA IN SPAIN ALMENDROS to NERJA belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Bernard MARTIN. This house, very functional, nothing is missing (perhaps a dishwasher, but with good organization and bearings ...), decorated with great taste, very family opening onto a garden full of trees, very flowery by many varieties that should benefit from the moisture of the pool ... This very well maintained, around which sun beds and parasols allow rest and relaxation much appreciated.
Andalusian heat does not bother us absolutely nights are "fresh " and fans enough, over the villa is located on a hill overlooking the sea, the air is not stuffy.

Voici 1 jour que nous sommes rentrés de vacances : d'excellentes vacances grâce en grande partie à l'exceptionnelle qualité de la location de la VILLA los ALMENDROS à NERJA EN ESPAGNE appartenant à M. et Mme Bernard MARTIN. Cette maison, très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque (peut-être un lave-vaisselle, mais avec une bonne organisation et des roulements...), décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très familiale s'ouvrant sur un jardin très arboré, très fleuri par de nombreuses variétés qui doivent bénéficier de l'humidité de la piscine... Celle-ci très bien entretenue, autour de laquelle bains de soleil et parasols permettent un repos et farniente des plus appréciés.
La chaleur andalouse ne nous a absolument pas gênés, les nuits sont "fraîches" et les ventilateurs suffisent, de plus la villa étant située sur une colline dominant la mer, l'air n'y est pas étouffant.
On peut être surpris par l'accès dès qu'on le découvre, surtout bien suivre les indications du propriétaire et vous arriverez dans ce havre de paix, qui nous en sommes certains, va en ravir plus d'un. BONNES VACANCES AUX SUCCESSEURS.
