Holiday House by the sea in a prestigious area!
Apartments in the marina area. Discounts depending on length of stay. Ideally located between sea and mountains, Hyblaean Canyon is near the third largest in Italy known as the "lakes". Location in a very quiet place, 300 meters from the sea. Nearby towns: Noto, Syracuse. Possibility of transfer to and from the airport!
Close to the property there are bars and restaurants and a children's playground (pedestrian-friendly area).
It's possible to park the car in front of the house at 10 meters. You can see it at any time. Parking is free. The area is very quiet. There is an additional charge for linen and bath towels (€10/person for 1 set of bathroom (3 bath towels: large, medium and small) and one pair of sheets).
Upon arrival you must pay a security deposit in case of serious damages (100€). The deposit will be returned on departure if there is no damage.
The distance from the center of town (shopping center) is 600 meters and 300 meters from the beach.
Bars and restaurants are nearby.
