Functional and well maintained house. It is at the entrance of the village, easily reachable on foot in 15 minutes. Quiet, cool location and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. Cinzia was very helpful, even for unexpected busy office hours. The only thing we missed a bit was not being able to take advantage of the veranda at least for breakfast: a small table would have been handy. small coffee table. Overall a good establishment.
Casa funzionale e ben tenuta. È all'entrata del paese, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi in 15 minuti. Posizione tranquilla, fresca e dotata di tutto il necessario, compresa lavatrice. Cinzia è stata molto disponibile, anche per imprevisti florida orario d'ufficio. L'unica cosa che un po ci è mancata è stato il non poter sfruttare la veranda almeno per la colazione: sarebbe stato comodo un piccolo tavolino.

Beautiful house in an excellent and convenient location for the sea and the evening stroll. We had no parking problems. The house is cared for in the furniture and furnishings, I found the sofa uncomfortable and would recommend replacing it. I missed some natural light due to the fact that there was little privacy when opening the blinds.
Bella casa in una posizione eccellente e comoda per il mare e la passeggiata serale. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio. La casa è curata nel mobilio e nelle suppellettili, ho trovato il divano scomodo e consiglierei di sostituirlo. Mi è mancata un po’ di luce naturale dovuta al fatto che aprendo le persiane c’era poca privacy.
The perfect accommodation for us as a nature-loving, sporty family with children. Optimally located in the nature reserve of Capo Testa - quiet, secluded, with a perfect view of the bay. Nearby hiking trails and bathing opportunities away from mass tourism. Some tours are also possible with a mountain or gravel bike. Around the house is maquis, so you can see many many animals (lizards, geckos, turtles, snakes, donkey family, etc.). For us environmentally conscious vacationers, the house is an ideal opportunity to relax perfectly. We also chose the house because it has no pool and no air conditioning (environmentally friendly/ better CO2 footprint).
Für uns als naturverbundene, sportliche Familie mit Kindern die perfekte Unterkunft. Optimal gelegen im Naturschutzgebiet von Capo Testa- ruhig, abgelegen, mit perfektem Blick auf die Bucht. Nahe gelegene Wanderwege und Bademöglichkeiten abseits des Massentourismus. Auch mit dem Mountain oder Gravel Bike sind einige Touren möglich. Rund um das Haus ist Macchia, dementsprechend sieht man viele viele Tiere (Eidechsen, Geckos, Schildkröten, Schlangen, Eselfamilie, etc.). Für uns umweltbewusste Urlauber ist das Haus eine optimale Möglichkeit um sich perfekt zu erholen. Wir haben das Haus auch deswegen ausgewählt weil es keinen Pool und keine Klimaanlage hat (umweltfreundlicher/ besserer CO2 footprint).
The house is located in a complex near Santa Teresa, the road to get there is not very nice, it is partially uneven and quite rough to exchange with other cars. The residence is very quiet, just for the view from the terrace directly on the sea and in front of Corsica, it is worth it; we greatly appreciated the beach and the rocks under the house, the water was very clean.
La casa si trova in un complesso vicino a Santa Teresa, la strada per arrivarci non è molto bella, è parzialmente dissestate e abbastanza stratta per lo scambio con altre auto.
Il residence è molto tranquillo, solo per la vista dal terrazzo direttamente sul mare e davanti alla Corsica, vale la pena; abbiamo molto apprezzato la spiaggetta e gli scogli sotto casa, l'acqua era pulitissima.
Everything perfect, clean, efficient, well-kept house and equipped with every comfort! The washing machine, the dishwasher and above all the private parking in the square with automatic gate under the house directly in the center are very appreciated: very convenient! Everything perfect, highly recommended also because Cinzia and her staff are very kind, prepared and extremely available! If we return to Santa Teresa they will certainly be the first to be contacted!

We were 6 girls and we stayed in this apartment for 7 nights, we had a very good, well-stocked apartment with a great location, located in the center of Santa Teresa. Very kind owner, I would gladly stay there again in the future.

Discreet structure for a stay of 7 nights, comfortable home as it has all the comforts to better enjoy the holiday. Excellent location, close to the beach and the center of Santa teresa di Gallura. I highly recommend this establishment. No defects to report apart from the very low fence if you have animals with you.

The house is delightful and most importantly very clean. The location is perfect to reach any destination: city center, roads leading to the sea, port, supermarkets. Cinzia was very kind, she gave us lots of advice and was always available for any request. Thank you! We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Excellent location, apartment very close to both the Rena Bianca beach than in the center of S. Teresa. Dear owners. New and clean apartment. We suggest changing a couple of breakfast cups that have broken handles and providing the flat with a juicer to dry the salad.

Really nice property and in a very convenient position to reach the beautiful and numerous beaches, in the area there are beautiful ones. Immobile veramente carino e in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le bellissime e numerose spiagge, in zona ce ne sono di bellissime. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa propria. La proprietaria, il sig.ra Maria G., è veramente gentile è disponibile. We had spent 10 great days in the house and nothing was missing. The view is a dream, and the swimming facilities are just wonderful. The landlord and the agency were also very courteous and were very helpful with questions. Thank you for this successful vacation.
Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in dem Haus verbracht Und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, auch die Bademöglichkeiten einfach nur wunderschön. Auch der Vermieter sowie die Agentur waren sehr zuvorkommend und waren bei Fragen sehr behilflich. Vielen Dank für diesen gelungenen Urlaub.
Splendid solution overlooking the bay of S. Reparata, furnished in a modern style, with large outdoor areas and barbecue available. There are two air conditioners both in the bedroom and in the living area, very comfortable even if the house is ventilated (unfortunately the mosquito net is missing). Mrs. Cinzia is very kind and always available to solve any problems and provide advice on neighboring places !!! The only flaw to report is the entrance to the house, very uncomfortable to use and not recommended for those with strollers and / or the like. Everything else is gorgeous!
Splendida soluzione con vista sulla baia di S.Reparata, arredata in stile moderno, con ampi spazi esterni e barbecue a disposizione. Presenti due condizionatori sia in camera da letto che in zona giorno, molto comodi anche se la casa è ventilata ( manca purtroppo la zanzariera). La Sig. Cinzia è gentilissima e sempre a disposizione per risolvere eventuali problematiche e fornire consigli sui luoghi limitrofi!!!
Unica pecca da segnalare è l'ingresso all' abitazione, molto scomodo da utilizzare e sconsigliato a chi ha passeggini e/o simili. Tutto il resto è stupendo!
The villa in Capo Testa is truly a dream! We didn't do many excursions, it was so nice to take advantage of the terrace with the splendid view, the garden and the beach and the nearby cove. The rooms are nice and well supplied with everything you need. The owner is very nice and obliging. Really to recommend!
La villa a Capo Testa è veramente un sogno! Non abbiamo fatto tante escursioni, è stato così bello godersi la terrazza con la vista splendida, il giardino, la spiaggia e la caletta vicino. Le camere sono belle e ben fornite, con tutto il necessario.
