No observation since 2016 which tends to confirm that this negative opinion is not justified...
In the mountains you hear the sounds of water, it's normal.
We occupy the apartment very often and we have never noticed any odor problems!!!
There has never been a lack of hot water, except clearly abusive use.
As for storage, it is manifestly abusive to claim that they are insufficient; there are two cupboards and that has always been more than enough for a family for a whole winter.

En montagne on entend les bruits de l'eau, c'est normal.
Nous occupons l'appartement très souvent et nous n'avons jamais constaté de problèmes d'odeurs !!!
Il n'y a jamais eu insuffisance d'eau chaude, sauf utilisation nettement abusive.
Quant aux rangements, il est manifestement abusif de prétendre qu'ils sont insuffisants ; il y a deux placards et cela a toujours été largement suffisant pour une famille pendant tout un hiver.
