Very comfortable and pleasant, well situated very close to small beach and a short walk to a larger beach. The pool is very nice as well. Also, the close proximity to a tram station makes it easy to visit Benidorm and Alicante. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.
We were satisfied with our stay. We were nicely greeted and the place was really, really clean! Nice swimming pool and neighborhood. Only downside: the beds were a bit hard.
A very spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location, handy for local shops, bars and restaurants. About 15 minutes walk to nearest beach, or buses outside the apartment will take you to La Mata beach or centre of Torreviecha for €1.35 each way. Communication with Stephane was excellent. We found the apartment clean. Its on the fourth floor (there are two lifts) and has great views from the three balconies, two of which had outside dining tables. No aircon but has fans in the bedrooms. Overall, perfect for us.

We spent our vacation there from August 31st to September 25th. It was very nice and quiet, the peace we are always looking for. The bungalow was perfect, the facility was very nice and clean. Our expectations were met, even exceeded Patrick, the landlord, is very friendly, helpful and always responded immediately and answered questions. Thank you very much for this, Patrick! We will certainly come back.

Excellent. Apartment very well located, very comfortable and clean. The urbanization is very quiet and the pools are excellent. From the balcony there is a very beautiful view. Don Jesús provided us with a lot of useful information about restaurants, stores and walks near the area.

When we arrive, Hélène welcomes you, with two bottles of fresh water in the fridge, thank you because given the heat, it's appreciable, large fridge with large freezer section, the air conditioning (room and upstairs bedroom) work wonderfully, we put them on some nights during very hot weather. The swimming pool at 32° for both weeks is great, the outdoor pallet lounge is comfortable and nice, in short, not much to complain about. Thank you Jean-luc and who knows .........
À notre arrivée, Hélène vous accueille, avec deux bouteilles d'eau fraiche dans le frigo, merci parce que au vu de la chaleur, c'est appréciable, grand frigo avec grande partie congélateur, les clims ( salle et chambre du haut) fonctionnent à merveille, nous les avons mis certaines nuits lors de grandes chaleurs.
La piscine à 32° les deux semaines est géniale, le salon extérieur en palette est confortable et sympa, bref pas grand chose à reprocher. Merci Jean-luc et qui sait .........
Apartment with a spectacular cleanliness is very careful and equipped with everything you need and more. It has a height of 11 which makes it have great views. Valle is a very accessible hostess and she makes everything easier for you, grateful for the detail she had with us and accepting all the members of the family. Private parking in the same urbanization and concierge. I totally recommend it.

Apartment recently renovated with great taste and top amenities: 2 bathrooms (if 2 families), dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer, programmable air conditioning, access to the swimming pool according to the residence (lifeguard supervision and cleanliness of the swimming pool guaranteed), very beautiful wooded park around the swimming pool for a pleasant nap in the shade or in the sun, outdoor terraces with furniture, easy parking around the residence, a small accessible shopping center on foot, near sea with various types of beaches. Cleaning at the end of the stay is practical, we leave with peace of mind. A correspondent on site who speaks French for the delivery of the keys, practical explanations and help if needed is a significant plus. The owner has taken the trouble to gather all the practical information (shops, restaurants, emergency number on site, ...) but also suggestions for visits to do in the region (brilliant idea and rarely encountered in rental). You just have to put down your suitcases! I recommend !
Appartement rénové récemment avec beaucoup de goût et prestations top : 2 sdb (si 2 familles), lave-vaisselle, four, four micro-ondes, machine à laver, frigo et congélateur, air conditionné programmable, accès à la piscine selon les horaires de la résidence (surveillance maître nageur et propreté de la piscine garantie), très beau parc arboré autour de la piscine pour sieste agréable à l'ombre ou au soleil, terrasses extérieures avec mobilier, parking facile autour de la résidence, un petit centre commercial accessible à pieds, mer proche avec types de plages variés. Le nettoyage en fin de séjour est pratique, on repart l'esprit tranquille. Un correspondant sur place qui parle français pour la remise des clés, les explications pratiques et une aide en cas de besoin est un plus non négligeable. Le propriétaire a pris la peine de rassembler toutes les infos pratiques (magasins, restos, numéro d'urgence sur place, ...) mais aussi suggestions de visites à faire dans la région(idée géniale et rarement rencontrée en location). Y a plus qu'à poser ses valises ! Je recommande !
