We were very satisfied with this rental occupied for 3 weeks. The accommodation is very clean, pretty and very well equipped: cooler, folding seats and beach towels etc?. A warm welcome from Anita and Frédéric with a welcome planter. The necessary for breakfast and much more. They are very caring and available. Important bedding in 160 very comfortable. Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location occupée pendant 3 semaines. Le logement est très propre, coquet et très bien équipé : glacière, sièges pliants et serviettes de plage etc….
Un accueil chaleureux d’Anita et Frédéric avec un planteur de bienvenue. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner et bien plus encore. Ils sont très attentionnés et disponibles.
Important la literie en 160 très confortable. La piscine est grande et propre.
Le marché du Diamant est tout proche à pied.

Excellent. The owners are super nice. Heartwarming welcome. If possible, I would rate it 6 stars. In reality it is better than like on the pictures. The studio is very spacious. All are in immaculate condition. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing. The house is located a few minutes walk above the town. Car really not essential. All is close. Restaurants, bakery, supermarket. The view of the boats is exceptional. And it's still quiet. To conclude, an unforgettable stay in Sainte Anne. I recommend this accommodation without a doubt!
Excellent. Les propriétaires sont super gentils. Accueil chaleureux. Si ça serait possible je voudrais indiquer 6 étoiles. En réalité c'est mieux que comme sur les images. Le studio est très spacieux. Tous est dans une état impeccable. La cuisine est équipée parfait. Il manque rien. La maison est située quelques minutes au pied au dessus de la ville. Voiture vraiment pas essentiel. Tous est proche . Les restos, boulangerie, supermarché. La vue sur les bateaux est exceptionnelle. Et c'est calme quand même.
Pour conclure, un séjour inoubliable à Sainte Anne. Je recommande ce hébergement sans aucun doute!

Small apartment on the 1st floor with a pretty terrace which allows you to relax and have lunch there. Air conditioning appreciated. The rental had everything you need to cook and feel comfortable there. The place is quiet despite the neighbor's 3 dogs barking constantly when they are outside and as soon as they sense the presence of neighboring tenants. The rental is ideal for enjoying swimming in the lagoon. Very friendly and efficient owner.
Petit appartement au 1er étage avec une jolie terrasse qui permet de s'y détendre et d'y déjeuner.
Climatisation appréciée. La location possédait tout ce dont on a besoin pour cuisiner et s'y sentir à l'aise.
L'endroit est tranquille malgré les 3 chiens du voisin qui aboient sans cesse lorsqu'ils sont à l'extérieur et dès qu'ils sentent la présence de locataires voisins.
La location est idéale pour profiter de la baignade dans le lagon.

The view from the terrace will allow you to escape, the location of this property is really good, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, you can walk around without problem. Cet appartement a été notre coin de Paradis le temps de notre séjour. Tout y est, il ne manque rien, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous.
La vue de la terrasse vous permettra de vous évader, la situation de ce bien est vraiment bonne, proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants, vous pouvez vous déplacer à pieds sans problème.
Et le plus de cette location est sa propriétaire. Merci à Nicole pour sa grande gentillesse, comme tu le sais, nous reviendrons chez toi!!!
Functional bungalow with a beautiful terrace. 2 bathrooms on each side very practical. Comfortable beds with mosquito nets and fans. All the necessary utensils for cooking and ready for an insulated bag for picnics ?? ideally placed to visit mainland. Henri is an adorable and very welcoming person as we rarely meet, he was able to give us the best advice for our long stay in Guadeloupe and was able to help us out when necessary. If we come back to Guadeloupe one day, we would book with Henri!

Henri est une personne adorable et très accueillante comme on en croise rarement il a su nous donner les meilleurs conseils pour notre long séjour en Guadeloupe et a su nous dépanner quand cela était nécessaire.
Si on revient un jour en Guadeloupe nous réserverions chez Henri !
