Rental according to description, very well located, 200 m from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The building is secure and the apartment is very clean and functional, with a beautiful terrace, sunny, quiet, very friendly home by the owner's mother who is attentive to the tenant, very kind and helpful. I recommend this rental for a vacation in Trou aux Biches.
Location conforme à la description, très bien située, à 200 m de la plage, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. L'immeuble est sécurisé et l'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, avec une belle terrasse, ensoleillée, au calme, Accueil très sympathique par la maman du propriétaire qui est à l'écoute du locataire, très gentille et serviable.

Ideally located walking distance from the beach and shops. On a side street, quiet and without noise. The courses in the surrounding area could be better maintained, but this is out of the owner's responsibility. polite and friendly welcome, continuous presence and availability when needed. Recently built, the apartments are clean and comfortable. Nice for a short stay and ideal for a long stay. A great stay that I highly recommend.

Very nice new apartment, very comfortable and perfectly equipped, rented by a Mauritian family lovely and very helpful. The house is in the center of Trou-aux-Biches, behind in Popo, in a very quiet street and within 2 minutes walk of the best beach of the island. We had a wonderful time! Very pleasant stay in this lovely little apartment. Everything has been planned for one comfort. What a pleasure to find in the morning and evening on the terrace with this lovely well maintained garden. All amenities are within 100 meters: the bus stop, the supermarket "at Popo " where you can find everything and the beautiful beach at the end of the street ... Having stayed at other locations in Mauritius, we particularly enjoyed the experience and we highly recommend this property, perfect in every way. The home of Cyril and kindness Noorani bonus and we leave already nostalgic.

Tout a été prévu pour 1 maximum de confort. Quel plaisir de se retrouver le matin et le soir sur la terrasse avec ce joli jardin très bien entretenu.
Toutes les commodités sont à 100 mètres : l'arrêt de bus, la supérette "chez Popo " où l'on trouve tout et la superbe plage au bout de la rue...
Ayant séjourné dans d'autres locations à Maurice, nous avons particulièrement apprécié ce séjour et nous recommandons chaudement cette location, parfaite sur tous les plans. L'accueil de Cyril et la gentillesse de Noorani en prime et nous partons déjà nostalgiques.

We enjoyed our stay in Virginia and Gilles who welcomed us. The rental perfectly fits the description and I would even say that in reality it is much better. We loved the beautiful well emménagée terrace and the apartment comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The completely independent access is also appreciable. Cleaning is done three times a week and towels and house changed many times. We also took advantage of the beautiful pool. We are delighted to have met Virginia and Gilles and Lia are really welcoming and helpful while being discreet. thank you again for your kindness and Gilles for the baguette made every morning. It really was a pleasant stay! We will return as soon as possible, for sure!
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Virginie et Gilles qui nous ont chaleureusement accueillis.
La location correspond parfaitement à la description et je dirai même qu'en réalité elle est beaucoup mieux. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la belle terrasse très bien emménagée et l'appartement confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé.
L'accès complétement indépendant est également appréciable.
Le ménage est fait trois fois par semaine et le linge de toilette et de maison est changé autant de fois.
Nous avons aussi profité de la magnifique piscine.
Nous sommes ravis d'avoir rencontré Virginie et Gilles ainsi que Lia qui sont vraiment accueillants et serviables tout en étant discrets.
Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et à Gilles pour la baguette de pain apportée chaque matin. Ce fût vraiment un agréable séjour ! Nous reviendrons dés que possible, c'est sûr !

We were very well received by Gilles and Virginia (coffee, fruit basket, a beautiful bouquet of exotic flowers) !! The apartment is in accordance with description of the ad, very clean and functional. Thank you to Gilles who showed us the spice cake, bread and butter, a true delight !!! And we had fresh bread delivered daily. The place is quiet and secure, with the bus just 5 minutes, in short a great location with close proximity to pastry, greengrocer, butcher, supermarket ... Thank you to the whole family !!!! Gilles, Virginia Valentine, Lilou, Margot and the cleaning lady. You can rent the apartment eyes closed because you will not be disappointed !! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Gilles et Virginie ( café, panier de fruits, un magnifique bouquet de fleurs exotiques) !! L'appartement est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce, très propre et fonctionnel.
Merci à Gilles qui nous a fait découvrir le gâteau piment, du pain et beurre, un vrai délice !!! Et nous avions le pain frais livré tous les jours.
L'endroit est calme et sécurisé, avec le bus à seulement 5 minutes, bref très bien situé avec à proximité proche pâtisserie, primeur, boucherie, supérette...

The rental was compliant, Gilles is very attentive to his guests, very nice it brought us bread each morning. There are two bus stops (bakery and Momo Store) the nearest being Momo Store. I recommend his hiring.
La location était conforme, Gilles est très attentif à ses hôtes, très gentil il nous apportait du pain gratuitement tous les matins. Il y a 2 arrêts de bus ( boulangerie et Momo Store ) le plus proche étant Momo Store.

Rental comply with the description. Ludovic and Wendy who manage rented on site are always available. Car rental outlet through them without a problem. For we have taken against Uma, the person responsible for the household, for the preparation of a meal, but it is not interesting, because the price is the same as the restaurant and taxi at our expense to receive the dinner at the apartment.
Location conforme au descriptif. Ludovic et Wendy qui gèrent la location sur place sont toujours disponibles. Location de voiture prise par leur intermédiaire, sans problème. Par contre nous avons pris Uma, la personne responsable du ménage, pour la préparation d'un repas, mais ce n'est pas intéressant, car le prix est le même qu'au restaurant et le taxi est à notre charge pour la réception du diner à l'appartement.

We were received with great warmth by Virginia and Gilles who knew overcome all difficulties facing small tourist in a foreign country. But a friendship is born from this experience and we will return again.
