Very nice villa with large rooms, kitchen with all amenities, nice pool... it is actually better than in the pictures. The area is very quiet, ideal for relaxing holidays (need a car, it is in a housing development in the countryside)
Not far from Fuseta and Olhao, with nice beaches (islands).
Way much better than a house in the middle of the city, as you have a great villa to relax, and the beach and the city 10min distance.
And, from our point of view, Olhao and Tavira are maybe the best in Algarve...

The house was cosy and well equipped with plenty of outside space.

It was without any doubt an unforgettable week. The house is perfect, has a huge Swimming Pool, the rooms are big and have a great AC system, the Kitchen fully prepared for a daily routine, you have supermarkets 10min away from the house, the surrounding are calm. I strongly recommend this place. Pascal and Ines were always available for any request during all the reservation process and during our week at the house.

The property is a lovely place with a very spacious ground, lovely swimming pool area, BBQ area and all rooms with air conditioning which it was great.
The house had everything that we needed or wanted, beautiful and peaceful place to recharged our batteries, I would very highly recommend it, only about 1 hour from Lisbon quite easy and quick on the motorway, we had the most beautiful and relaxed time, thank you to Ms Albertina, that made our stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat is brilliant and excellent value. Great location, just a short walk from Pombal and Saldanha and a 2-3 minute walk from Picoas metro station, but the flat is really nice and quiet. Kitchen area is compact but had what we needed. Great views over the rooftops. Adelina was the perfect host, very thoughtful, kind and helpful. The flat has a great little library and Adelina had left lots and lots of travel books and leaflets, which were really useful. We are already looking forward to returning!

From this house you have a lovely view on the centre of Funchal, Luiz can indicate where to go and what to visit. Nice restaurants have aslo been on our menu and there are lots of occasions to eat also recommended by our host.
No effort is too much for this multi language speaking lovely Portugees.
If ever we were to go back to Funchal we know where would be staying!
Very cozy and warm apartment, perfectly equipped, quiet from street noise, extremely well served: bus and metro take you to tourist areas in 20 minutes, direct bus to Belem. A big thank you to Adelina for the quality of her welcome, her kindness, her availability, her good advice and her availability (very late arrival for us and departure at 4 a.m.) Rental to recommend 200%!
Appartement très cosy et chaleureux, parfaitement équipé, au calme des bruits de la rue, extrêmement bien desservi : bus et métro vous conduisent dans les zones touristiques en 20 minutes, bus direct pour Belem.

The accommodation was more than what was advertised.
If there was more than 100% satisfaction, I would attribute it. in terms of cleaning hygiene. Cozy place with access to transport and stores around the corner. The landlords are incredibly attentive, the house has everything and more than we need. It really is a peaceful holiday. I needed a book to describe everything. Our stay went extremely well. We were very well received, tastefully advised on things to do and see. Adelina left us all the instructions so that we could be independent. Notre séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli·e·s, conseillé·e·s avec goût sur les choses à faire et voir. Adelina nous a laissé toutes les indications pour que nous puissions être autonomes. Very nice apartment located close to beaches and shops. Good welcome from Ms. Elodie who guided us perfectly about the swimming pool, the beaches, the shops and the features and was also very punctual. Thierry was very understanding following our health concerns which caused us to move our stay several times, thanks again to him. We spent a wonderful week in this magnificent region. Très bel appartement situé à proximité des plages et commerces.
Bon accueil de Mme Elodie qui nous a parfaitement guidé pour la piscine ,les plages ,les commerces et les fonctionnalités et a été aussi très ponctuelle . Thierry a été très compréhensif suite à nos soucis de santé qui nous ont fait déplacer plusieurs fois notre séjour encore merci à lui.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette magnifique région.

Apartment very well located right next to the beach, less than 1 minute walk, and very well equipped. The owner (Mr. Filipe) was always very efficient in responding to questions asked, as well as throughout the entire rental process. D. Fernanda, who welcomed us in São Martinho to hand over the keys, was also always very helpful and friendly, always available for any support we needed. The only less positive point is Saturday nights in high season, when you can hear the sound of live music at night, coming from the cafe next door, but as it is only on Saturday night it is tolerated well, and we ended up going to watch the band that was playing perform, which ended up not being a problem. Very quiet beach and location with calm sea and good food, I recommend it!
Apartamento muito bem localizado mesmo junto à praia, menos de 1 minuto a caminhar, e muito bem equipado.
O proprietário (Sr. Filipe) foi sempre muito eficaz na resposta às questões colocadas, bem como em todo o processo de arrendamento. A D. Fernanda que nos recebeu em São Martinho para entrega das chaves, também foi sempre muito prestável e simpática, estando sempre disponível para qualquer apoio que necessitássemos.
O único ponto menos positivo são as noites de sábado na época alta, em que se ouve o som de música ao vivo à noite, vinda do café situado ao lado, mas como é apenas na noite de sábado até se tolera bem, e acabámos por ir assistir à atuação da banda que estava a tocar, acabando por não se revelar um problema.
Praia e localidade muito tranquilas com mar calmo e boa comida, recomendo!

A really very friendly and courteous landlady who gave us a warm welcome and was always obliging. The apartment is centrally located and is equipped with everything you need. There are roller shutters and insect screens. There are some sloping ceilings, meaning tall people have a few obstacles. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, then there are a few more steps to the attic. Great location, small but nice accommodation, top landlord.
Eine wirklich sehr sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die uns herzlichen Willkommen geheißen hat und immer verbindlich war. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es gibt Rolläden und Insektenschutzgitter. Es gibt einige Dachschrägen, d.h. große Menschen haben ein paar Hindernisse. Der Fahrstuhl fährt bis zum 5. Stock, dann sind es noch ein paar Stufen bis zum Dachgeschoss.
Tolle Lage, kleine aber feine Unterkunft, Top-Vermieterin.
