My husband and I have visited this property two years in a row now and will definitely go back next year as well. This place is super inviting from the moment you walk in. The house is in a fantastic location, the view is breathtaking. The garden is lovely and the area around offers various lovely spots to sit and enjoy the views. The pool is perfect. The communication with the owners has worked well from the beginning, questions were always answered right away. Our host Ezia is wonderful and warm hearted and she gave us lots of useful tips and helped whenever we had questions and made us feel at home right away. This place offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We can only recommend it, you can not get enough of it. Great vacation, unfortunately much too short :-) Thank you!

Really nice holiday home with enough space for clothes and baggage. Everything we needed was available, even toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. The beach is right across the road and there was a big playground 100 m away. For us very handy was the gate for the whole property so that our toddlers couldn't run onto the road. The owner was also very nice and her mother, who lives there, even brought us fresh lemons and eggs and lots of toys for our kids.

The facilities at property were excellent. The apartment is in a quite area on a hill overlooking La Sepzia. We had hired a car so getting into town was no problem. We visited many places in the surrounding area - very easy by boat, train or car. Fantastic Holiday and will certainly book this apartment again.

Very comfortable accommodation offering everything needed during your stay. Out of town location but very easy to navigate after owner showed us key points of interest during short tour on first morning. Beautiful views of city from deck area and laundry room on site if required but change of towels provided. Garage provided for car was a bonus. Would certainly recommend and dealing with owner was very positive. Good base to experience the beautiful surrounding coastline.

Hello A very nice, clean and quiet appartment near the center of San Remo. The Owner, Mister Paolo is really great ! Miss Anna is available and reactive if needeed I'll be back to this rental for sure !!! A big thanks to you for your kindness and home ! I really enjoyed my confortable stay ! Lovely concerned owner. Excellent apartment. Amenities excellent. More like being in someone's home than rented accommodation. Near town centre, two bars close to the building, but the best was the new bar cafe in piazza Cavour. Good negronis and excellent stuts. 50 metres away. Although garage is nearby, I parked almost every day outside the house. Watch out for street sweeping signs on Mondays. Recommend to all families and elderly, as it has a lift.
