Easily the best property we have rented in St Maxime. It has a very spacious terrace where the sun shone all day and made lunch a very pleasant experience. Cooking facilities were very good in a well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the town centre and the beach. We were pleased to have car park facility as this is has been a problem for us before in St Maxime. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any potential visitor and we hope to return to it next year

We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!

Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!

The apartment is very close to the beach(2 minutes) and have everything what a couple need(a fully equipped kitchen,bed for two and bathroom with cleaning supplies). My husband and I had a great time there,we can only recommend. The owner is very kind and helpful,she is great.

We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Christine was lovely and warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, everything we needed was in walking distance and we loved Antibes! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We will definitely be back soon.

The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high level of quality and is even better in real life than in the photos. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well laid out and has all the modern facilities you could wish for. Compared to the rest of Europe at Easter the weather was kind to us and we were able to sit in the garden and soak up the sun shine. Though the outdoor temperate didn't allow us to make use of the swimming pool. Indoors we were comfortably warm and the large windows gave the place a light and airy feel. Access to the coast is only about 15 minutes walk away and a climb down the cliff paths to a series of isolated beaches, where the stormy weather made for dramatic waves and surf. The apartment more than met our expectations and Franck and Sandrine were charming and very helpful.

Very nice and quiet location, clean apartment. We easily found everything we needed including kitchenware, TV, bathroom and an air conditioner of cause! All electrical equipment worked without any fault. The contact person responded promptly on the number provided, she was kind and efficient. Our family had a great time, thank you.

The appartement is located on a top location with a great view according the pictures in the advertisement. It is very well equipped and we spend hours on the balcony enjoying the Mediterranean. The centre of Cannes and the Croisette is in walking distance and there is a bakery around the corner. Communication, contract and handling is well-organized by thge owner and of course it is very convenient to have your own parking space in a town like Cannes. We will return!

Nice and clean (except for the balcony) and superb location in the center of Menton. View only towards backyard, but because of this it is very quiet despite the central location. Two vacuum cleaners. Sparks and smoke from one of them, problems with the button releasing the wire on the other. This was not a major problem, though. Nice and friendly owner(s).

We had a really nice time in this apartment, its main advantage to be close to the pedestrian street, the seaside and the beaches. The main shopping street is approximately 15 minutes walk. The old town is around 20-30 minutes walk. The neighbourhood is safe, with several cafes and shops around, including supermarkets and bakeries. The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. It is comfortable for 2 person, very cosy, consist a small balcony. The owner was very helpful and organised, indeed trustworthy. Considering all the above it is highly recommended.
