We really enjoyed staying in Bretignolle-Sur-Mer, the village is lovely and the beach is beautiful. The children especially enjoyed the rock pools!
The house was clean, large enough for our family of 4 and well equipped for our family meals and adventures out to the beach.
I would suggest that WIFI be the next investment as a lot of the messages I was sent by the owners whilst away I could not receive until I was at the local mall and signed on to their WIFI. This did cause some communication issues.
It would have also been nice to have the end of rental cleaning requirements be made clearer. I did not anticipate having to clean as much as I the concierge expected me to.

This is our 3rd stay in this apartment, this year we stayed for a month and had a great time. The studio is perfect for a couple it has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. Close to the beach and in between Royan and St George-de-Didonne two beautiful places to visit with many more in the surrounding area. The residence were the apartment is situated is quiet, well kept with very friendly people in the other apartments. We love staying here and look forward to next year.?
The property matched the description. It is in a quite area close to the beach and not far from the town.
I loved the veranda to sit in having breakfast and lunch.
We had a problem with smell from the cellar which caused us some breathing problems as the damp smell was coming into our apartment and we were not permitted to leave front door open to let air in. The renter has been advised and is sorting the problem. Comfortable and suitable for a couple looking for a quiet holiday in a perfect location like Royan which has entertainment most nights in the summer season
We spent a lovely fortnight in this comfortable and spacious home. The owners were very welcoming on arrival and were very helpful in resolving a couple of issues, without hesitation. The house is very well situated for exploring Arcachon Bay and Cap Ferret. There are plenty of beaches nearby, one of which has a supervised swimming pool which is perfect for children. We would be very happy to return to the area and would happily stay in this house again.
We loved this house, a traditional property, and it was really close to the beach. The owner was charming and the lady who looked after the property was very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the strong smell of stale tobacco smoke, impossible to get rid of. Of course that may have changed in the time since we stayed there, if so, it deserves rating 5. We'd like to go again someday.
Excellent accommodation, M.Erard has thought of everything. We had the best holiday that we have had in many years. We even enjoyed the short periods of poor weather, because the apartment is so nice.
M. Erard made his English guests very welcome and we do hope to return when we can.
Delighted with our studio apartment and the owner who was very helpful. She even endured our awful attempt at speaking French! The apartment was in an excellent position and we would definitely go again.
Friendly helpful owner. Property was small but comfortable and well provisioned. Very good central location within walking distance of the beach. Only one area of improvement needed. The front outside area which is advertised as a patio needs some attention!! Apart from that good property at a reasonable price.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. he owner was extremely helpful on our arrival and was a pleasure to deal with. The property was within easy walking distance of the Bay and the Ocean, with lots of restaurants and a superb fishmongers. Ideal family holiday.
We had a great stay in this house. It fully conforms to the announcement and better. A very responsive welcome and exchange with the owners and the person in contact on site. A haven of peace and zenitude. Close to all shops, leave your car and enjoy a nice walk or bike ride. I highly recommend and the price is well justified.

Second time we have rented this very pleasant studio due to its location in the center of Biarritz with a magnificent view of the ocean. This rental is well equipped and quiet. Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on the availability of the person responsible for reception. A municipal car park is located in the basement of the residence which is appreciable. To recommend !

Les heures d'arrivée et de départ sont modulables en fonction des disponibilités de la personne chargée de l'accueil. Un parking municipal est situé au sous-sol de la résidence ce qui est appréciable. A recommander !
