Great house, everything was available what we could wish for. Just a few minutes walking to the lifts, apres ski, supermarkets and restaurants. Super friendly staff who can recommend a great amount of apres ski places and restaurants, which were really good.
Communication was slow from time to time, however as I have understood this was because of personal circumstances, which is very understandable.
In short, we had a great time and can greatly recommend this house!
Perfect...Great apartment, great view, great terrace...Plenty of space, and cosy luxurious interiors that provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We will be back next year.
Superb chalet, everything is very good and the owner Mr. B. who has a ski equipment rental store in the town center is very commercial, very friendly and gives good advice!

We stayed in the chalet with 8 adults and 6 children. The chalet was comfortably furnished. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The location close to the Chattrix lift is perfect. The contact with the landlord was impeccable. Thank you for the lovely time in this chalet.
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Chalet. Das Chalet war gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die nahe Lage zum Lift Chattrix ist perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war tadellos.

We rented both holiday homes for 2 weeks for a group of 17 adults and 4 children. The house was spacious and fully furnished. The reception and support by the landlord excellent. We enjoyed the many possibilities (cycling, walking and relaxing in the large garden) that the house and the area have offered us. Actually, we can only be positive about these houses and recommend them for a large group.
Wij huureden voor 2 weken beide vakantiehuizen voor een groep van 17 volwassenen en 4 kinderen. Het huis was ruim en compleet ingericht. De ontvangst en ondersteuning door de verhuurder uitstekend. We hebben genoten van de vele mogelijkheden (wielrennen, wandelen en luieren in de grote tuin) die het huis en de omgeving ons hebben geboden. Eigenlijk kunnen we alleen maar positief zijn over deze huizen en bevelen die voor een grote groep aan.
Very nice apartment, even more than in the photos! There were 16 of us and we didn't mind given the space available. The living room is very pleasant. The apartment is close to the slopes and ESF lessons as indicated which makes it extremely practical for a family ski holiday.

Nous étions 16 et nous ne nous sommes pas gênés étant donné l'espace disponible. La pièce de vie est très agréable.

-Arrival time is from 15.00. We expect to be able to enter at 3 pm. We couldn't get in until an hour later. It would be nice if clearer agreements could be made about this. Actually, I think you should be able to enter the house at 1:00 PM. If you have to leave the house at 10.00 (under the conditions without the possibility of delay), then 13.00 must be feasible. -We were a group of 13 people. There are not enough (tea) glasses and (coffee) cups for a group of 12 to 18 people. -On your site it says there are 4 bathrooms but there are 2. -The hot tub isn't working. -A neighbor (permanent resident?) was very unfriendly and not very helpful in finding a place to unload and load our luggage and to park our cars. He commented three times. Although I tried to inquire what the problem was (on arrival we turned out to be standing in front of the underground garage door) and where we could park, the neighbor soon started talking about disrespect and that we should park our cars at the ski lifts a few 100 meters away. By the landlord of the apartment mayIt is best to provide clarity about the parking facilities so that the tenant is prevented from having to deal with angry residents.
-Aankomsttijd is vanaf 15.00. Wij verwachten dat we om 15.00 naar binnen konden. We konden pas een uur later naar binnen. Het zou prettig zijn indien hierover duidelijkere afspraken gemaakt kunnen worden. Eigenlijk vind ik dat je om 13.00 het huis binnen zou moeten kunnen. Als je om 10.00 het huis uit moet (volgens de voorwaarden zonder mogelijkheid tot vertraging), dan moet 13.00 haalbaar zijn.
-We waren met een groep van 13 personen. Er zijn niet voldoende (thee)glazen en (koffie)kopjes voor een groep van 12 tot 18 personen.
-Op jullie site staat dat er 4 badkamers zijn maar er zijn er 2.
-Het bubbelbad werkt niet.
-Een buurman (vaste bewoner?) was zeer onvriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam bij het vinden van een los en laadplek voor onze bagage en voor het parkeren van onze auto's. Tot driemaal toe had hij commentaar. Hoewel ik probeerde te informeren wat het probleem was (bij aankomst bleken wij te staan voor de deur van de ondergrondse garage) en waar we wel konden parkeren begon de buurman al snel over gebrek aan respect te praten en dat we onze auto's maar moesten parkeren bij de skiliften een paar 100 meter verderop. Door de verhuurder van het appartement mag best duidelijkheid worden gegeven over de parkeerfaciliteiten zodat voorkomen wordt dat de huurder te maken krijgt met boze bewoners.
Spacious and very functional rental in very good condition. Well placed 100m from the first slopes and the tele headquarters. Very warm welcome from Camille and Malik who give their all to satisfy the desires of the tenants. I recommend.??
Location spacieuse et très fonctionnelle en très bon état. Bien placée à 100m des premières pistes et du télé siège. Accueil très chaleureux de Camille et Malik qui se donnent à fond pour satisfaire les envies des locataires.

Very spacious apartment, very pleasant living room. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen, crockery, and everything you need to cook adapted to the capacity of the accommodation. No heated ski room, too bad... No direct access to the slopes, you have to go up with the equipment to get to the slopes but courses and lifts in the center of the resort. Skating rink at the bottom of the apartment, great!!! The jacuzzi was broken, too bad Household almost non-existent despite the 150 euros fixed price imposed !!! we could claim a better quality service...
Apart from these few inconveniences, we had a great week with 11 people, I recommend.
Appartement très spacieux, pièce de vie très agréable.
Cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée, vaisselle, et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner adaptés à la capacité du logement.
Pas de local à skis chauffé, dommage...
Pas d'accès direct sur les pistes, il faut monter avec le matériel pour se rendre sur les pistes mais cours et remontées au centre de la station.
Patinoire en bas de l'appartement, super !!!
Le jacuzzi était en panne, dommage
Ménage quasi inexistant malgré les 150 euros de forfait imposé !!! on pourrait prétendre à une prestation de meilleure qualité ...
Mis à part ces quelques petits désagréments, nous avons passé 1 super semaine à 11 personnes , je recommande.
2nd stay in this very comfortable chalet, very well equipped and well located. Shuttle stop 2 steps away, slopes nearby and center 10 minutes on foot. Very friendly and considerate owners. We have always had a great family holiday.
2ème séjour dans ce chalet très confortable, très bien équipé et bien situé. Arrêt navette à 2 pas, pistes à proximité et centre à 10 petites minutes à pieds. Propriétaires très sympathiques et prévenants. Nous avons à chaque fois passé un excellent séjour en famille.
The house is beautifully situated close to the ski lift. The kitchen has been renovated and is fine. The rest of the house is almost entirely made of wood, so very noisy, but the beds were generally just fine. House is cozy for a large group, we were 3 families.
Het huis is mooi gelegen dichtbij de skilift. De keuken is gerenoveerd en voldoet prima. De rest van het huis is nagenoeg geheel van hout, dus wel heel gehorig, maar de bedden waren over het algemeen gewoon goed. Huis is gezellig voor een grote groep, wij waren met 3 families.
We had a very good family holiday. The chalet is very well equipped and is well located. Geographically, close to the center of gets and the ski slopes. We will come back with pleasure.
