We couldn't dream of a better place than such a grandiose place with a real swimming pool, a patio restaurant where we had an aperitif and the large patio where we dined and we could dance without any problem. We stayed 4 days but the trip was intense and unforgettable. We had the Riad of course exclusively with the great team of the welcoming and warm riad. The restaurant is spacious, we ate delicious meals prepared by the cook. The breakfasts under the sun on the terrace are pleasant, with a view of the snow-capped mountains of the Atlas. We also took advantage of the spa and hammam, then the solarium on the terrace, the authentic dream. It was a memorable stay. The Riad is really well designed for group reception, which we had been looking for for a long time, unfortunately beyond 30 people there is no riad as large and even below, it is not at all refinement like the riad dar bounouar.
On ne pouvait rêver mieux qu'un lieu aussi grandiose avec une vraie piscine, un patio restaurant où l'on prenait l'apéritif et le grand patio où nous dinions et nous pouvions danser sans problème.
Nous sommes restés 4 jours mais le voyage était intense et inoubliable. Nous avions le Riad bien sur en exclusivité avec la super équipe du riad accueillante et chaleureuse. Le restaurant est spacieux, nous y avons mangé de délicieux repas préparés par la cuisinière.
Les petits déjeuners sous le soleil de la terrasse sont agréables, avec une vue sur les montagnes enneigées de l'Atlas.
Nous avons aussi profité du spa et hammam ,puis du solarium sur la terrasse , le rêve authentique.
Ce fût un séjour mémorable. Le Riad est vraiment bien conçu pour l'accueil de groupe, ce que nous avions cherché pendant un long moment , malheureusement au delà de 30 personnes il n'y a aucun riad aussi grand et même en dessous, ce n'est pas du tout le raffinement comme le riad dar bounouar.
My husband and I had wished to make our wedding an unforgettable memory. As we love Eastern culture, we decided to organize the celebration of this wedding in Marrakech. We wanted to accommodate our 48 guests and we even stayed in one Riad to make the most of this spirit one thousand and one nights. The Riad Dar Bounouar has filled us up: it is composed of 3 riads offering 3 different atmospheres that can accommodate up to 50 people. The authenticity and the serenity of this place of relaxation and change of scenery amazed us! What a haven of peace, between cut of some songs of birds. The Riad Dar Bounouar is such an oasis in the tumult of the Medina, which nevertheless offers a most tempting local craftwork. We enjoyed refreshing ourselves in its large and real pool in which we could bathe several. We then went on the panoramic terrace to admire the view of all Marrakech, sip our orange juice and enjoy the Moroccan sun. What happiness! The Riad also offers the possibility thanks to its SPA to enjoy the large hammam in black marble, as well as massages which made our happiness. The staffMade for our wedding to be truly the most beautiful day of our lives! They were attentive and attentive to the arrangement of the furniture, the choice of the meal, as well as the service and their valuable advice. Last but not least, this large Oasis is less than 10 minutes walk from the Jema El Fna and 5 minutes walk from the Museum of Marrakech. Mon mari et moi-même avions souhaité faire de notre mariage un souvenir inoubliable. Comme nous adorons la culture orientale, nous avons décidé d'organiser la célébration de ce mariage à Marrakech. Nous voulions loger nos 48 invités et nous même dans un même Riad pour profiter au maximum de cet esprit Mille et une Nuits. Le Riad Dar Bounouar nous a comblé: il est composé de 3 Riads offrant 3 ambiances différentes qui permettent d'accueillir jusqu'à 50 personnes. L'authenticité et la sérénité de ce lieu de délassement et de dépaysement nous a émerveillé! Quel havre de paix, entre coupé de quelques chants d'oiseaux. Le Riad Dar Bounouar est tel un oasis dans le tumulte de la Médina, qui offre cependant un artisanat local des plus tentant. Nous aimions beaucoup nous rafraîchir dans sa grande et vraie piscine dans laquelle nous pouvions nous baigner à plusieurs. Nous allions ensuite sur la terrasse panoramique pour admirer la vue de tout Marrakech, siroter notre jus d'orange et profiter du soleil marocain. Quel bonheur! Le Riad offre aussi la possibilité grâce à son SPA de profiter du grand hammam en marbre noir, ainsi que de massages qui ont fait notre bonheur. Le personnel a tout fait pour que notre mariage soit vraiment le plus beau jour de notre vie! Ils ont été à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour la disposition du mobilier, le choix du repas, ainsi que le service et leurs précieux conseils. Dernier point, et non des moindres, ce grand Oasis se situe à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la place Jema El Fna et 5 minutes à pied du Musée de Marrakech. Vous passerez rapidement du fourmillement des échoppes locales au calme du Riad. Je vous remercie encore et encore d'avoir fait de ce mariage un souvenir inoubliable. Merci à toute l'équipe! Hello, we came on June 22 it was to give a gift to the woman of my life Catherine, on the occasion of our wedding party, the riad is a haven of peace and tenderness. I did have a dream holiday, quiet, full of hope, and most importantly, romantic. Not to mention very, very clean, a paradise where you can live moments of love with big beds, we were on top. With a Dutch family of 16 people, consisting of eight granddaughters aged 5 to 12 years and 8 adults, we have a week from 9 to May 16, 2015 stayed in villa Tycoz. By the benevolent caretaker Mr. Hamid from the airport met, where the owner Annemarie Mehat at our request 3 cars had rented. The house met all expectations that we had received in advance from the many photos and descriptions. On arrival there was an extensive delicious lunch ready for us, which was prepared by the cook Touria, her younger sister and the wife of Hamid. The three of them made us breakfast, lunch and dinner, at times we wished. Even when we came home later than planned was still served an excellent lunch or dinner. The house,bedrooms, bathrooms, the spacious garden, the sun loungers around the pool lovely, everything was super clean. There were plenty of towels and bath towels provided which were changed regularly. The first day along with Hamid ? .40,00 for fruit and vegetable shopping done for the week, the market 800 meters back. Later bought from a wholesaler with Hamid and Touria for other food and alcoholic drinks. After we left daily Hamid doing some shopping for any meat we wanted. The temperature was exceptionally high for the time of year, but the pool gave a lot of coolness. A few large umbrellas plus standers places were missed. Hamid solved this problem by a large parasol to tie up one of the benches. Of course we have our cars drove several times to the city of Marrakech (25 minutes) and have us there marveled at the Moroccan culture. We are also the Atlas Mountains and drove there have hiked up to 3000 m. Altitude. The beautiful fertile green valleys were a feast for the eyes. Granddaughters have at a nearby riding school horse riding. Conclusion: BeautifulVilla, spacious bedroom bathroom, friendly manager, clean and hygienic (occasional cockroach, but you have in tropical countries), excellent cook Touria very friendly, helpful manager Hamid. Met een Hollandse familie van 16 personen, bestaande uit 8 kleindochters van 5 tot 12 jaar en 8 volwassen, hebben we een week, van 9 tot 16 mei 2015 in villa Tycoz gelogeerd.
Door de hulpvaardige huisbewaarder Mr. Hamid van het vliegveld gehaald, waar de eigenaresse mevrouw Annemarie Mehat op ons verzoek 3 auto's had gehuurd.
Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen die we van tevoren van de vele foto's en beschrijving hadden gekregen.
Bij aankomst stond er een uitgebreide heerlijke lunch voor ons klaar, welke door de kokkin Touria, haar jongere zus en de vrouw van Hamid was klaar gemaakt . Gedrieën zorgden zij voor ons ontbijt, lunch en diner, op tijden die wij wensten. Zelfs als we later dan gepland thuiskwamen werd er nog een voortreffelijke lunch of diner opgediend.
Het huis, de slaapkamers, de badkamers, de royale tuin, de ligstoelen rondom het heerlijke zwembad, alles was super schoon. Er waren voldoende handdoeken en badlakens aanwezig, welke regelmatig werden verschoond.
De eerste dag samen met Hamid voor €.40,00 groente en fruit inkopen gedaan, voor de hele week, op de markt 800 meter terug. Later bij een groothandel samen met Hamid en Touria voor overige voedsel en alcohol houdende dranken gekocht. Waarna we dagelijks Hamid nog inkopen lieten doen voor het eventuele vlees wat we wensten.
De temperatuur was uitzonderlijk hoog voor de tijd van het jaar, maar het zwembad gaf veel verkoeling. Een paar grote parasols plus standers werden wel gemist. Hamid loste dit op door één grote parasol aan een van de zitbanken vast te binden.
Natuurlijk zijn we met onze auto's een aantal malen naar de binnenstad van Marrakech gereden (25 minuten) en hebben ons daar verwonderd over de Marokkaanse cultuur. Ook zijn we het Atlas gebergte in gereden en hebben daar tot 3000 m. hoogte gewandeld. De prachtige vruchtbare groene valleien waren een lust voor het oog. Kleindochters hebben nog bij een nabij gelegen manege paardgereden.
Conclusie: Prachtige villa, royale slaap- badkamers, vriendelijke beheerder, schoon en hygienisch (af en toe een kakkerlak, maar die heb je in tropische landen), voortreffelijke zeer vriendelijke kokkin Touria, hulpvaardige beheerder Hamid. Zeker aan te bevelen.

This is a true riad, contrary to what you hear, or what you see on the site !!! They are often douirias or houses, but not riads, because there are few. Depuis maintenant près de 10 ans, nous connaissons bien le riad dar bounouar, et pour cause,nous y amenons des clients toute l'année.
Nous sommes une petite équipe, qui organisons des circuits sur le Maroc, et nous allons avec nos voyageurs à Dar Bounouar à l'arrivée et surtout à la fin de notre périple.
C'est un vrai riad, contrairement à ce que l'on entend, ou ce que l'on voit sur les sites!!!Ce sont souvent des douirias ou des maisons,mais pas des riads, car il y en a peu.
Dar bounouar a une architecture de qualité et d'origine.
Nos voyageurs s'y plaisent énormément parce qu'il y a une vraie piscine ( la aussi introuvable dans la médina )
C'est un endroit très calme, bien entretenu, avec un personnel fort sympathique.
Vous y serez bien reçu et vous ne pourrez que l'apprécier.

RIAD A COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS AND WELL LOCATED IN THE MEDINA
We just arrived at Dar Bounouar where we spent our holiday with our children 4 couples stay in Marrakech and Oualidia. We chose this riad for important reasons - That this guest house is listed by the Ministry of Tourism declared therefore, it is far from many other riads! - The situation with children must be done easily access by car and also that we can visit the attractions on foot -The second important element is to have space in the patio and terrace, comfortable and spacious rooms, Dar Bounouar matched those of us wonder, we do not hide the fact that the bathrooms are also very good quality. We booked 4 rooms on the 1st floor, they are communicating with private balconies overlooking the garden patio is an Olympian calm and birds nestled in bougainvilleas make us think the Garden of Eden. We dined every night at the riad, because after our escapades, we no longer want to go out and we saw dinerspreparing Fouzia was royal. Really Riad Dar Bounouar with its superb swimming pool is an architectural gem or it feels good because unlike other riads there is simply space. Our stay was completed in Oualidia to the sea, a beautiful villa overlooking the lagoon, Oualidia is copy and paste the Arcachon basin (sandbars, oyster park, bird sanctuary. UN RIAD CONFORTABLE , SPACIEUX , ET BIEN SITUE DANS LA MEDINA
Nous venons d'arriver du riad Dar Bounouar ou nous avons passé nos vacances, 4 couples avec nos enfants
un séjour à Marrakech et à Oualidia. Nous avons choisi ce riad pour des raisons majeures
- Que cette maison d'hôtes soit classée par le ministère du tourisme donc déclarée, c'est loin de beaucoup d'autres riads !
- La situation, avec des enfants il faut que l'accès se fasse facilement en voiture et aussi que l'on puisse visiter les centres d'intérêt à pied
-Le deuxième élément important c'est d'avoir de l'espace dans le patio et en terrasse, des chambres confortables et spacieuses,
Celles de dar bounouar nous correspondaient à merveille, nous ne vous cachons pas que les salles de bains sont aussi de très belle qualité.
Nous avons réservé les 4 chambres au 1er étage, celles ci sont communicantes avec des balcons privés donnant sur le jardin patio, c'est d'un calme olympien et ses oiseaux nichés dans les bougainvilliers nous font penser au jardin d'eden.
Nous dinions tous les soirs au riad, car après nos escapades, nous n'avions plus envie de sortir et vu les diners que nous préparaient Fouzia c'était royal.
Vraiment le riad dar bounouar avec sa superbe piscine est un joyau architectural ou l'on s'y sent bien parce que contrairement aux autres riads il y a tout simplement de l'espace.
Notre séjour s'est achevé à Oualidia au bord de la mer, une superbe villa donnant sur la lagune, Oualidia est le copier coller du bassin d'Arcachon (bancs de sable, parc à huitres, réserve d'oiseaux.( Nous avons organisé ce petit circuit directement par le riad dar bounouar, c'était super )

Hello, What to say about the house? She just made us want to retire and not return to France. Spacious, quiet and nice, not very far from the center of Marrakech, the only problem is the access to the floor from the outside. The keeper Hamid has Morocco in his pocket. The staff is helpful and smiling, cook regaled us. We had a lovely time, the kids were in heaven, they will remember the great advantage of that pool of Marrakech.

Quoi dire sur la maison? Tout simplement qu'elle nous a donné envie de prendre notre retraite et de ne plus rentrer en France. Spacieuse, calme et agréable, pas tres loin du centre de Marrakech, le seul hic est l'accès à l'étage par l'exterieur. Le gardien Hamid détient le Maroc au fond de sa poche. Le personnel est serviable et souriant, la cuisinière nous a règalé. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances, les enfants étaient au paradis, ils se souviendront d'avantage de la superbe piscine que de Marrakech.

We just returned from Marrakech where we, my husband and children, past stay was very nice. The city is always welcoming, we made a trip to Oualidia, a small seaside resort on the Atlantic, where we went to eat oysters Oualidia really is magic!
Back to Marrakech or after busy days, the children were happy to find the pool Dar Bounouar. The riad is very quiet, within walking distance of all the attractions, and especially more charm to this place, it is not each other, we were well looked riads for the month of September 2010 we were very disappointed, the riad where we were, was pretty but too small, we heard from one room to another. The Riad Dar Bounouar is really comfortable, it was awesome! Claire Dekerouar
Nous revenons de Marrakech où nous avons, avec mon mari et les enfants, passés un séjour très sympathique.
La ville est toujours aussi accueillante, nous avons fait une escapade à Oualidia, petite station balnéaire sur l'Atlantique où nous sommes allés manger des huîtres ; vraiment Oualidia c'est magique!!!
Revenons à Marrakech, ou après des journées bien remplies, les enfants étaient contents de retrouver la piscine du riad Dar Bounouar. Le riad est très calme, accessible à pied de tous les sites à visiter, et surtout en plus du charme pour cet endroit, on est pas les uns sur les autres, nous avions bien regardés les riads car au mois de Septembre 2010 nous avions été très déçus, le riad où nous étions, était coquet mais trop petit, on entendait d'une chambre à l'autre.
Le riad DAR BOUNOUAR est vraiment confortable, c'etait génial!

IT WAS PERFECT GREAT --- ----- We get the riad in the medina Bounouar, we spent a week with my wife. Riad Dar Bounouar us was highly recommended by one of our mutual relations, the consul of Marrakech Guillerme Jean Pierre, who knows well the riad. Riad Dar Bounouar is two minutes walk from the Museum of Marrakech and it's childish to find, it is on is not at home but it is very easy. Back to the riad, birds birds, the birds, the only noise you can hear as the riad is down the street. Malika, the cook, made us dinner one night two, we did not always leave because after our walks in all sites of the medina we were pretty tired, but after a hammam and delights of the stove, c ' was royal. You can also dine at the restaurant Foundoukwhich is in the next street to Dar Bounouar and that is certainly the best restaurant in the Medina. In conclusion, our stay was more than perfect. Le riad Dar Bounouar nous a été vivement recommandé par une de nos relations communes, le consul de Marrakech M. Jean Pierre Guillerme, qui connait très bien le riad .
Nous avons eu la chance d'inaugurer la "douiria" qui permet l'agrandissement de ce lieu que l'on pourrait qualifié d'exception.
Nous avions réservés, donc on s'est dit ; nous verrons bien d'autant plus qu'en majorité les avis étaient favorables.
Le riad Dar Bounouar est, à deux minutes à pied du musée de Marrakech et c'est enfantin de se retrouver, c'est sur ce n'est pas comme chez nous mais c'est très facile.
Revenons au riad, des oiseaux des oiseaux ;des oiseaux ;le seul bruit que l'on peut entendre car le riad est très en retrait de la rue.
Malika, la cuisinière, nous à fait à dîner un soir sur deux , nous ne voulions pas toujours sortir car après nos balades dans tous les sites de la médina nous étions assez fatigués, mais après un hammam et les délices de la cuisinière, c'était royal. Vous pouvez aussi aller dîner au restaurant le
Foundouk qui se trouve dans la rue voisine au riad Dar Bounouar et qui est certainement la meilleure table de la Médina.
En conclusion notre séjour à été plus que parfait.
