We had a good stay in this villa. Cleaning was good. Good space, good pool, well-kept garden, 2 refrigerators, well-equipped kitchen, owner quickly resolved 2 small problems. I would recommend installing air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room, it was very hot at night, and if you opened the windows you could hear the noise of a nightclub in the area. Apart from that we spent a good week of vacation in this house.
Tivemos uma boa estadia nesta vivenda. Limpeza era boa. Bom espaço, boa piscina, jardim bem cuidado, 2 frigoríficos, cozinha bem apetrechada, proprietário resolveu rapidamente 2 pequenos problemas.
Recomendaria que se instalasse ar condicionado em todos os quartos e na sala, fazia muito calor de noite, e se abríamos as janelas ouvia-se ruído de uma discoteca da zona. Tirando isso passamos uma boa semana de férias nesta casa.

Mr. Antonio L., we received very well, he responds quickly to the messages and the phone. We stayed at 12 (6 adults - 2 pre-adults, 3 teenagers, 1 child) in this beautiful old house and authentic but very well equipped, nothing is missing. Small flat for the pool, small for our taste, but very well maintained.

Two swimming pools for adults and children what optimum. Owners super friendly and always available to solve any problem. I advise you to use Praia da Rocha Baixinha. An accommodation to re-rent. Spectacular accommodation and all what it takes for a large group as was the case. There was nothing that had been missing from the house cleaning mid-week, cleaning the pool. Recommend, it has a great location and very good areas!

We like a lot of the site, being very quiet and demure. Gave all to have fun in the pools and made the delights of older they did some hiking at rest orangery and existing green space. To be perfect, was to provide a security system in the pool, because of the small as well as access to TV channels for the little ones in Portuguese of Portugal.
Gostamos imenso do local, sendo muito sossegado e recatado. Deu para todos se divertirem nas piscinas e fez a delicia dos mais velhos que fizeram algumas caminhadas pelo laranjal e restante espaço verde existente.
Para ser perfeito, era disponibilizar um sistema de segurança na piscina, por causa dos pequenos, assim como acesso a canais TV para os mais pequenos em português de Portugal.
