The features of the apartment correspond to those specified in the ad.
The apartment is furnished in a simple, but with everything you need.
The space inside is sufficient and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, pantries, stove, oven, cooking utensils and cutlery. The best of the apartment itself from the outside.
Beautiful and enjoyable space porch adjacent to the kitchen. The porch area is equipped with table, chairs, loungers, parasols and barbecue. Outside, a tap and a washing machine to be shared with neighbors.
Pleasant breakfasts, lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation lived outdoors.
Lovely view on the promenade that stretches from the port of Castellammare until Puntaraisi.
The apartment is part of a complex. However, the provision of the various solutions ensures privacy and tranquility.
The whole complex is in a quiet and isolated from the center of the country.
Access is reserved for vacationers and secured by an electric gate. Reserved parking a stone's throw from theveranda.
The owner is always reachable on his cell phone and available for every need.
The location is great for getting to many interesting destinations. We visited Mozia, the Saline, Segesta, Selinunte, Scopello, San Vito. Only note is that we must move from the apartment by car.
Difficult to walk down to the beach. Away from the historical center of Castellammare and the port.
In short, impossible to walk into the bakery or fish.
The house was situated in a beautiful spot and quiet.
The only drawback were the weather conditions, which however did not affect the holiday being a strategic point to reach many surrounding areas.
I would recommend this location.
The owner very helpful, friendly, warm welcome.
Absolutely recommended.
