Very nice house and nice landlords! Beautiful, spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Nice beds and bed linen. We had a great time! The only downside is that the boiler is not designed for such a large group, despite a short shower. Something should be done about this, as is evident from previous reviews.
Hele fijne woning en aardige verhuurders! Mooie, ruime kamers met eigen sanitair. Fijne bedden en bedlinnen. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad!
Enige minpunt is dat de boiler niet is berekend op een dergelijke grote groep, ondanks kort douchen. Hier zou wat aan gedaan moeten worden, blijkt ook al uit eerdere recensies.
We had a very good stay in this very well equipped cottage, perhaps a little dark in winter! there is space in the living areas, but we would have preferred the television to be in the living room area. our hosts gave us several welcome gifts, thank you to them, and good luck! we will probably come back as a family with the grandchildren, and rather on sunny days to take advantage of the outdoor facilities!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite très bien équipé , peut-être un peu sombre en hiver ! il y a de l'espace dans les pièces à vivre, mais nous aurions préféré que la télévision soit dans la partie salon.
nos hôtes nous ont offert plusieurs cadeaux d'accueil merci à eux , et bonne continuation ! nous reviendrons probablement en famille avec les petits enfants, et plutôt aux beaux jours afin de profiter des aménagements extérieurs !
Very nice cottage, pleasant and quiet place. The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly to any information.
The cottage is very pleasant, 3 double beds, 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms with bath for a moment of relaxation, a washing machine. Household robots for the kitchen, board games. And even wifi access.
The town is close to the coast, 12 minutes from Honfleur with its Saturday morning market which is very pleasant to do. Deauville 15 minutes away. A bakery and pharmacy 3 minutes by car from the gîte. The land of the gîte is also a very good little place for outdoor games, badminton volleyball net, ping-pong table and pétanque court.
The children had a very good holiday and we appreciate the environment of the gîte. I highly recommend .
Très chouette gîte , lieu agréable et calme . Les propriétaires sont très conciliant et répondent rapidement en cas renseignement .
Le gîte est très agréable , 3 lits de deux pers , 4 lits d’une personne , 2salle de bain avec baignoire pour un moment détente , un machine à laver . Des robots ménagers pour la cuisine , des jeux de société . Et même un accès wifi.
La ville est proche de la côte , 12 minutes de Honfleur avec son marché le samedi matin qui est très agréable à faire . Deauville a 15 minutes . Une boulangerie et pharmacie à 3minute en voiture du gîte . Le terrain du gîte est aussi très bien petit lieu de jeux extérieur , filet volley badminton, table de ping-pong et terrain de pétanque .
Les enfants ont passé de très bonne vacances et on apprécie l’environnement du gîte . Je recommande fortement .

Very nice house with lots of charm. A place where it is good to meet up with family or friends. We loved the proximity to the beach and the family home atmosphere which allowed us to feel quickly at ease and without stress.. Weekend to redo without problem

Very nice house, were appreciated a bathroom adjoining each room. 7 very comfortable rooms. Large bright living room. Small negatives in the kitchen which should be resolved quickly. There were 14 of us. Excellent stay.

An original, old family villa with a beautiful location and lots of space. Do not expect luxury but atmosphere and cosiness. The ping pong table was a success (tip: bring your own bats and balls). The view from the terrace is never boring.
Een originele, oude familievilla met prachtige ligging en veel ruimte. Verwacht geen luxe maar sfeer en gezelligheid. De pingpongtafel was een succes (tip: breng zelf batjes en ballen mee). Het uitzicht vanaf het terras verveelt nooit.
Total change of scenery, my grandmother's house, no fancy, quiet place, and there is room, we appreciated the context except bling bling ... The exchanges with the owner are perfect, welcome on site very well ... We were 5 adult couples with a small dog; very good for all of us on a WE.
Dépaysement total, la maison de ma grand mère, pas de fantaisie, endroit calme, et il y a de la place, nous avons apprécier le contexte hors bling bling... Les échanges avec le propriétaire sont parfaits, accueil sur place très bien… Nous étions 5 couples d'adultes avec un petit chien ; très bien pour nous tous sur un WE.

The villa from the "Belle Epoque " is a godsend for friends of the French way of life and lovers of Normandy. The large house is located on a huge hillside plot about 60 meters above the sea. The view from the windows and from the terrace is breathtaking. The area is very suitable for hiking above the cliffs or through the unspoiled landscape. Our children enjoyed themselves in the large garden and could safely walk the stairs to the beach on their own. Bathing in the almost private bay with sand / pebble beach was very pleasant, if the cold English Channel is not frightening. The water was clean and clear. The official and guarded bathing beach of Yport is only a 25-minute walk away. Etretat can be hiked along the coast in a good hour. The house itself and the furnishings are showing their age. That didn't bother us. Anyone who needs everything perfect and new will have a problem. We enjoyed the charm of this special villa. Communication with the landlord was uncomplicated, quick and friendly.
Die Villa aus der "Belle Epoque" ist für Freunde der französischen Lebensart und Liebhaber der Normandie ein Glücksfall. Das große Haus liegt auf einem riesigen Hanggrundstück ca. 60 Meter oberhalb des Meeres. Der Blick aus den Fenstern und von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Die Umgebung eignet sich sehr zu Wanderungen oberhalb der Klippen oder durch die unberührte Landschaft.
Unsere Kinder haben sich in dem großen Garten vergnügt und konnten den Weg zum Strand über Treppen gefahrlos alleine gehen. Das Baden in der fast privaten Bucht mit Sand/Kiesstrand war, wenn der kalte Ärmelkanal nicht schreckt, sehr angenehm. Das Wasser war sauber und klar. Der offizielle und bewachte Badestrand von Yport ist nur einen Fußweg von ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. Etretat ist entlang der Küste in einer guten Stunde zu erwandern.
Das Haus selbst und die Ausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wer alles perfekt und neu braucht, wird ein Problem haben. Wir haben den Charme dieser besonderen Villa genossen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich.

We spent 4 days in this "timeless " villa The rental was in line with our expectations (an idyllic place, at the door of beautiful hikes, ideal for 6 couples because many rooms (the dormitory in addition did not serve us) and much appreciated the great confidence of the owner who allowed a relaxed and friendly stay. Some improvements to be made in this family home: a few missing light bulbs, refreshing some pillows and eiderdowns ... We ate our meals in the room on the terrace which was much more pleasant but which requires some handling ... We appreciated the calm and the magic of the place!

La location était conforme à nos attentes (un lieu idyllique, à la porte de belles randonnées, idéal pour 6 couples car beaucoup de chambres (le dortoir en plus ne nous a pas servi) et beaucoup apprécié la grande confiance du propriétaire qui a permis un séjour décontracté et convivial. Quelques améliorations à apporter dans cette maison familiale : quelques ampoules manquantes, rafraîchir certains oreillers et édredons... Nous avons pris nos repas dans la salle côté terrasse beaucoup plus agréable mais qui nécessite quelques manipulations...Nous avons apprécié le calme et la magie du lieu !
