Everything was perfect for a pleasant stay for a family reunion. Many spaces for 16 people we were not on top of each other; Well located to access the various tourist points of the basin.
Tout était parfait pour passer un agréable séjour pour un rassemblement familial.

Amazing villa, just like in the pictures. Very nice communication with Aude & Christelle. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it. Just one thing was not perfect: We were 13 people (4 couples and 5 singles) - the double rooms were very spacious and luxurious way to sleep as an adult. Another minor issue: There was a booklet with all the information about the house - but it was only in French. We do know some French but did not understand everything, so a booklet in English would be recommendable. All in all, a great stay! Thanks a lot!

Just one thing was not perfect: We were 13 people (4 couples and 5 singles) - the double rooms were very spacious and luxurious but the room that was announced with 4 single beds was a room with 6 bunk beds - which was not the greatest way to sleep as an adult.
Another minor issue: There was a booklet with all the information about the house - but it was only in French. We do know some French but didn't understand everything, so a booklet in English would be recommendable.

Very nice place, and very nice house, well equipped and very nice. Perfect for a group of up to 13 or 14 people with lots of bathrooms and toilets. TO RECOMMEND

I rented a surprise to my mother for 60 years, we were 13, and I was afraid we are a little cramped! Well arriving at home, everything was perfect !!!! The house is beautiful, the outside are superb! I have nothing negative to say, the location is just meters from the pool and just minutes from the ocean. I recommend and will return, one word kept saying as my mother during the stay: MAGIC!
J'ai loué pour faire une surprise à ma mère pour ses 60 ans, nous étions 13, et j'avais peur que nous soyons un peu à l'étroit !
Et bien en arrivant à la maison, tout était parfait !!!! La maison est magnifique, les extérieurs sont superbes !
Je n'ai rien à dire de négatif, l'emplacement est à quelques mètres du bassin et à quelques minutes de l'océan.
Je recommande et nous y retournerons, un seul mot comme n'a cessé de dire ma mère durant tout le séjour: MAGIQUE !

A house very functional in layout and well located on the peninsula of Cap Ferret. Close to all activities, pool, ocean and bike path. Nothing is missing. Charming house in nice decoration. We had a great stay enjoyable. Would recommend.
