I would first like to thank the owner for his magnificent chalet, there were 13 of us including 4 children with enough space for all these little people and I haven't forgotten Erwin who gave very good advice. Oz en Oisans deserves to be known, a family resort, a welcoming ESF, a friendly ski rental company, and an area linked to the fabulous Alpes d'Huez. I will definitely return. Thanks to Eric and Erwin, we really enjoyed it.
Je tiens d'abord à remercier le propriétaire pour son chalet magnifique , nous étions 13 dont 4 enfants avec assez d'espace pour tout ce petit monde et je n'oublie pas Erwin qui a été de très bons conseils. Oz en Oisans mérite d'être connu, station familiale , ESF accueillant, loueur de ski sympa, et un domaine relié à l'Alpes d'Huez fabuleux. J'y retournerai certainement. Merci à Eric et Erwin, on a bien profité.
Spacious and very comfortable chalet in terms of sleeping arrangements. This chalet located on the edge of the forest is quiet. Unfortunately, work to extend the chalet located next door every morning from 8 a.m. disrupted our peace of mind when the work had to be suspended during the summer holidays. I hope the tenants in August were luckier than us. This rental is very good value for money and would be almost perfect if the very small television was changed to a much larger screen.
Chalet spacieux et très confortable au niveau du couchage. Ce chalet situé en bordure de forêt est au calme. Malheureusement, des travaux d'extension du chalet situé à côté chaque matin à compter de 08h00 ont un peu perturbé notre tranquillité alors que les travaux devaient être suspendus durant les congés d'été. J'espère que les locataires du mois d'août ont eu plus de chance que nous.
Cette location est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix et serait presque parfaite si le téléviseur, très petit, était changé pour un écran beaucoup plus grand.
Beautiful cottage, well decorated, warm, spacious (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room very nice), and the proximity to the edge of the forest brings all its charm. Very competitive price. The return ski resorts are 150m away with buttocks that take us to the nearest gondola. Very satisfied with this rental
Très beau chalet, bien décoré, chaleureux, spacieux (6 chambres, 3 salles de bains, pièce à vivre très sympa), et la proximité en bordure de forêt apporte tout son charme. Prix très compétitif. Les pistes retour stations sont à 150 m avec tire-fesses qui nous emmène sur la télécabine la plus proche.

Very few outlets and here there is little light. For example, in the bathroom no outlet for a hairdryer. Great chalet. Everything neat and clean
Erg weinig stopcontacten en hier een daar weinig licht. Bijvoorbeeld in de badkamer geen stopcontact voor een fohn.

Great house, everything was available what we could wish for. Just a few minutes walking to the lifts, apres ski, supermarkets and restaurants. Super friendly staff who can recommend a great amount of apres ski places and restaurants, which were really good.
Communication was slow from time to time, however as I have understood this was because of personal circumstances, which is very understandable.
In short, we had a great time and can greatly recommend this house!

Bedroom accomodation was excellent although there was no mention in advert of reduced headroom upstairs particularly in the Bathroom. Living accomodation and kitchen was a bit small to cook for 11 but ok (We are probably unusual in not eating out very much). A few problems with electrics but nothing to spoil the holiday. Position wise it was brilliant, right by ski lift and only a 2 minute walk to the man part of town. All in all a good apartment.
I recommend this rental, it is not far from a slope which takes you to the gondolas inside we were 14 people, we were comfortable and the spa was very pleasant

Very nice apartment, even more than in the photos! There were 16 of us and we didn't mind given the space available. The living room is very pleasant. The apartment is close to the slopes and ESF lessons as indicated which makes it extremely practical for a family ski holiday.

-Arrival time is from 15.00. We expect to be able to enter at 3 pm. We couldn't get in until an hour later. It would be nice if clearer agreements could be made about this. Actually, I think you should be able to enter the house at 1:00 PM. If you have to leave the house at 10.00 (under the conditions without the possibility of delay), then 13.00 must be feasible. -We were a group of 13 people. There are not enough (tea) glasses and (coffee) cups for a group of 12 to 18 people. -On your site it says there are 4 bathrooms but there are 2. -The hot tub isn't working. -A neighbor (permanent resident?) was very unfriendly and not very helpful in finding a place to unload and load our luggage and to park our cars. He commented three times. Although I tried to inquire what the problem was (on arrival we turned out to be standing in front of the underground garage door) and where we could park, the neighbor soon started talking about disrespect and that we should park our cars at the ski lifts a few 100 meters away. By the landlord of the apartment mayIt is best to provide clarity about the parking facilities so that the tenant is prevented from having to deal with angry residents.
-Aankomsttijd is vanaf 15.00. Wij verwachten dat we om 15.00 naar binnen konden. We konden pas een uur later naar binnen. Het zou prettig zijn indien hierover duidelijkere afspraken gemaakt kunnen worden. Eigenlijk vind ik dat je om 13.00 het huis binnen zou moeten kunnen. Als je om 10.00 het huis uit moet (volgens de voorwaarden zonder mogelijkheid tot vertraging), dan moet 13.00 haalbaar zijn.
-We waren met een groep van 13 personen. Er zijn niet voldoende (thee)glazen en (koffie)kopjes voor een groep van 12 tot 18 personen.
-Op jullie site staat dat er 4 badkamers zijn maar er zijn er 2.
-Het bubbelbad werkt niet.
-Een buurman (vaste bewoner?) was zeer onvriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam bij het vinden van een los en laadplek voor onze bagage en voor het parkeren van onze auto's. Tot driemaal toe had hij commentaar. Hoewel ik probeerde te informeren wat het probleem was (bij aankomst bleken wij te staan voor de deur van de ondergrondse garage) en waar we wel konden parkeren begon de buurman al snel over gebrek aan respect te praten en dat we onze auto's maar moesten parkeren bij de skiliften een paar 100 meter verderop. Door de verhuurder van het appartement mag best duidelijkheid worden gegeven over de parkeerfaciliteiten zodat voorkomen wordt dat de huurder te maken krijgt met boze bewoners.
Spacious and very functional rental in very good condition. Well placed 100m from the first slopes and the tele headquarters. Very warm welcome from Camille and Malik who give their all to satisfy the desires of the tenants. I recommend.??
