The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. he owner was extremely helpful on our arrival and was a pleasure to deal with. The property was within easy walking distance of the Bay and the Ocean, with lots of restaurants and a superb fishmongers. Ideal family holiday.
This is the second time that we have rented this pretty little villa to Madame Casala: quiet area, close to all shops and the sea, very well equipped house and very pleasant to live in, very good bedding, close to the city center in foot, ideal rental for a successful vacation in the beautiful city of Arcachon!

Excellent family stay Very welcoming and caring hosts. Ideal and well-equipped house for a quiet holiday close to all amenities. House located a few minutes walk from the Bassin and the temporary covered market. Bike path at the end of the street. Very nice area to visit.

We had a very good stay with my family. For 6 adults and 2 young children, the house was perfect with its 2 bathrooms and toilets and 4 bedrooms. Sleeping area well separated from the day area. The proximity of the beach on foot, close to the cycle path. Great vacation I recommend this rental.
Nous avons passé avec ma famille un très bon séjour. Pour 6 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants, la maison était parfaite avec ses 2 salles de bain et toilettes et 4 chambres. Coin nuit bien séparé du coin jour.
La proximité de la plage à pieds, proche de la piste cyclable.

The house is very beautiful. Everything was as described in the ad. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped. Shops and the beach are nearby. The contact with the landlords worked well. However, knowledge of French is an advantage. We can highly recommend the house.
Das Haus ist sehr schön. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind direkt in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern hat gut geklappt. Französisch Kenntnisse sind aber von Vorteil.
Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

The house lived up to the descriptions and we really enjoyed our vacation here with 6 people and 2 dogs. The highlight was the very modern kitchen. Room to the fullest satisfaction. Das Haus entsprach den Beschreibungen und wir haben unsere Ferien mit 6 Personen und 2 Hunden hier sehr genossen. Highlight war die sehr moderne Küche. Zimmer zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Great vacation! The location is ideally located: 8 minutes walk from the beach, 20 minutes from downtown, quiet and wooded area. The house is clean, bright, equipped as it should (washing machine, dishwasher ...) No real garden but several terraces (one north) that allow you to choose between nap in the shade or sunbathing. The land is well fenced, reassuring with young children. The owners are very nice and can be reached if needed. I recommend and I even think to rent again for next holidays! Thanks again.

La location est idealement située : 8 min a pied de la plage, 20 min du centre ville, coin calme et arboré. La maison est propre, lumineuse, équipée comme il faut (lave linge, lave vaisselle...)
Pas de réel jardin mais plusieurs terrasse (dont une au nord) qui permettent de choisir entre sieste à l'ombre ou bain de soleil. Le terrain est bien clôturé, rassurant avec des enfants en bas âge.
Les propriétaires sont très gentils et restent joignable en cas de besoin.
Je recommande et Je pense même relouer pour de prochaines vacances !
