IDEALLY LOCATED + VERY PEACEFUL + NEAR THE SANDY BEACH (200 METERS) with 5 BEDROOMS (each bedroom with air conditioning)
ROSITA VILLA has all mod cons and a secure swimming pool.
The beach is 200 meters away. It faces east-south-east. Satellite cable,
5 bedrooms + 2 kitchens + 2 bathrooms.
On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom with a large 160 cm bed and a 90 cm single bed +
1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed + a bedroom with 2 single beds + a sofa-bed of 130 cm. A bathroom with bath, handbasin, bidet and toilet. Dining room and equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crockery.
On the ground floor; you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower, handbasin and toilet, garage and second equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, crockery.
There is a private and secure swimming pool of 8 x 4 m with sunbeds and garden chairs, a barbecue with light for night-time BBQs next to the pool and a table for 12 people on the terrace facing the pool. The close vicinity of the sea (150 m away as the crow flies) offers fresh air for people staying on the covered terrace of the first floor.
It is a lovely and spacious house for large families. Despite the warmth, thanks to the terrace you can eat outside at lunch or in the evening as there is always a gentle fresh breeze on the terrace. The house is well equipped with space for everyone.
