DUPLEX APARTMENT IN A QUIET LUXURY CHALET
Luminous apartment with all confort, 110m2 (10/12 people) in an individual chalet of recent construction (2008) including three other apartments. It is calm at the edge of a forest with a superb view of the Vanoise national park about 150m from the runs and 300m from the center of the resort, close to shops and ski schools. A parking space is reserved for each apartment in the enclosure of the chalet. Other vehicles can park in the resort carparks, 100m from the apartment.
Dupelx apartment: a kitchen opens onto the dining room and the living room which is equipped with two settees including one bunk bed (2 beds ), 2 rooms with double beds of 140x190, 2 bathrooms with WC. On the first floor is a large ideal room for children and a mezzanine. The room has 2 single beds of 90x190, 1 bunk bed (2 beds of 90x190) and it it possible to lay out 2 chauffeuses (90x190). The mezzanine gives onto the living room and has 3 beds, 1 single bed of 90x190 and 1 multi-place settee (2 beds).
At the entrance to the chalet, the apartment has a vast heated ski rack equipped with a large shoe rack. Price does not include electricity (approximately 50€). animals are accepted (on prior agreement with the owner) at 50€ extra.
