The process of MediaVacances being finished, I allow myself to answer you ... with a certain delay of the blow.
For the delivery of the keys, I am sorry for this dysfunction that we have never had otherwise.
Regarding the cleanliness of the apartment, again, I'm sorry. We have only very rarely had negative feedback on this. I agree that the raclette is a bit used. It is not old, but the few cases that the tenants make that we have not changed yet.
As for blankets and mattresses, if they are old, we take care to wash them regularly and to put houses (washed them too) to ensure more cleanliness. And if some of the covers are old (but very hot!), Others were changed only a few years ago.
Finally, as for the sofa bed, in fact, the drawer bed can be put at the height of the seat of the sofa and then does not move. Just lift your head and the feet of the mattress so that higher feet fold out and give two twin mattresses that wecan assemble to form a single large bed. Too bad you did not warn us, we could have explained how it works.

La procédure de MediaVacances étant terminée, je me permets de vous répondre... avec un certain retard du coup.
Pour la remise des clés, je suis désolé de ce dysfonctionnement que nous n'avons jamais eu sinon.
Concernant la propreté de l'appartement, là encore, j'en suis désolé. Nous n'avons que très très rarement eu des retours négatifs à ce sujet. Je suis d'accord que l'appareil à raclette est un peu usagé. Il n'est pourtant pas ancien, mais le peu de cas qu'en font les locataires fait que nous ne l'avons pas encore changé.
En ce qui concerne les couvertures et les matelas, si ils sont anciens, nous faisons attention à les laver régulièrement et à mettre des houses (lavées elles-aussi) afin d'assurer justement une plus grande propreté. Et si parmi les couvertures certaines sont vieilles (mais très chaudes!), d'autres ont été changées il y a quelques années seulement.
Enfin, pour ce qui est du lit canapé, en fait, le lit tiroir peut être mis à la hauteur de l'assise du canapé et alors ne bouge plus. Il suffit de lever la tête puis les pieds du sommier pour que des pieds plus hauts se déplient et donnent ainsi deux matelas jumeaux que l'on peut assembler pour former un seul grand lit. Dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas prévenus, nous aurions pu vous expliquer son fonctionnement.
Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas trouvé satisfaction... J'espère tout de même que cela ne vous a pas trop gâché le séjour.
