Charming apartment of 57m2 in Gérardmer
"THE WORKSHOP OF ARTISTS"

In a cozy atmosphere, under the attic, enjoy this bright and well equipped apartment. You will appreciate its colorful and warm decoration as well as the paintings and sculptures of different artists from here and elsewhere.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, for 4 to 6 people. It is on the third floor and has locked premises for skis or bicycles on the ground floor.

Between town and forest, not far from the lakes of Gérardmer and Longemer by car, close to the forest, marked paths, Mauselaine ski resort, all shops and services, and ski rentals. The apartment is 12 minutes walk from the city center.

The rental is fully equipped, and bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. Snow clearing and access are guaranteed in the winter. A large private, free and secure parking is available.

The double bedroom is equipped with two beds which can be assembled into one, or separated. The second bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: electric hob, microwave, washing machine, many accessories for household appliances, all cooking equipment, and a nice seating and living area with large screen TV and sofa bed.

Some groceries and breakfast are provided free of charge.
Some toiletries and cleaning products are also provided.
Cleaning is included.
Tourist tax is included.

The balcony, where it is possible to smoke, is equipped with a folding table and two chairs.
