Our stay in this apartment offering direct access to the beach and a panoramic view of the Bassin, the Pyla dune and the Cap Ferret lighthouse was truly exceptional. As soon as we arrived, we were dazzled by the beauty of the place and the privileged location of this vacation rental. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and perfectly appointed, it offers all the necessary comforts for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and make it possible to enjoy the magnificent view even from inside. The terrace is simply spectacular. Each morning, we were greeted by the twinkling of the sun on the waters of the Bassin, creating a magical atmosphere to start our days. Outdoor meals with a breathtaking view of the Cap Ferret lighthouse will remain etched in our memories. The direct access to the beach is a real asset. No need to drive or walk miles to enjoy the warm sand and refreshing ocean water. It allowed us to live with the rhythm of the tides, to take long walks on the shoreand bathe at our leisure. The owner was considerate and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return one day.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été éblouis par la beauté des lieux et l'emplacement privilégié de cette location de vacances.
L'appartement en lui-même est spacieux, propre et parfaitement aménagé, il offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des vacances relaxantes et mémorables. Les grandes baies vitrées inondent l'espace de lumière naturelle et permettent de profiter de la vue magnifique même depuis l'intérieur.
La terrasse est tout simplement spectaculaire. Chaque matin, nous avons été accueillis par le scintillement du soleil sur les eaux du Bassin, créant une ambiance magique pour commencer nos journées. Les repas en plein air avec une vue imprenable sur le phare du Cap Ferret resteront gravés dans nos mémoires.
L'accès direct à la plage est un véritable atout. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture ou de marcher des kilomètres pour profiter du sable chaud et de l'eau rafraîchissante de l'océan. Cela nous a permis de vivre au rythme des marées, de faire de longues promenades sur le rivage et de nous baigner à notre guise.
La propriétaire s'est montrée prévenante et a tout mis en œuvre pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables.
Nous espérons sincèrement avoir l'opportunité d'y retourner un jour.
Poisonous rental: first line so exceptional view of the beach, the apartment is very well equipped (good bedding). Rental close to all amenities. The residence is very good quality, quiet and the owners very respectful. It was a great holiday, to highly recommend.

The reception and the smile of Marie are very pleasant from the arrival, we also feel its professionalism from the general cleanliness. Apartment ideally located in a residence on a human scale (only 16 apartments) a few steps from the beach not frequented by private access. A very quiet and relaxing place in a green setting, perfectly maintained. The apartment is fully equipped, there is nothing missing, very good bedding, 2 bathrooms which facilitate the daily as well as plenty of storage. The proximity of the shops (baker, butcher, futures, fishmonger and mini market) as well as the center of Moulleau is a huge plus, everything is done on foot or by bicycle. We highly recommend it, a magical place.

Appartement idéalement situé dans une résidence à taille humaine (seulement 16 appartements) à quelques pas de la plage assez peu fréquentée par un accès privatif.
Un endroit très calme et reposant dans un écrin de verdure, parfaitement entretenu.
L'appartement est pleinement équipé, il ne manque rien, très bonne literie, 2 salles de bain qui facilitent le quotidien ainsi que beaucoup de rangements.
La proximité des commerces (boulanger, boucher, primeurs, poissonnier et supérette) ainsi que le centre du Moulleau est un énorme plus, tout se fait à pied ou à vélo.
Nous le recommandons vivement, un endroit juste magique.

The view on the basin is beautiful and the apartment is ideally located, a stone's throw from the center of Moulleau. The services are perfect, the management of the welcome and the departure of the rental go smoothly thanks to good management and a warm welcome. Appartement très agréable, décoré avec goût et fonctionnel, dans une résidence, en première ligne. La vue sur le bassin est magnifique et l'appartement est idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre du Moulleau.
Les prestations sont parfaites, la gestion de l'accueil et du départ de la location se passent en douceur grâce à une bonne gestion et un accueil chaleureux.

We spent a lovely fortnight in this comfortable and spacious home. The owners were very welcoming on arrival and were very helpful in resolving a couple of issues, without hesitation. The house is very well situated for exploring Arcachon Bay and Cap Ferret. There are plenty of beaches nearby, one of which has a supervised swimming pool which is perfect for children. We would be very happy to return to the area and would happily stay in this house again.
Delighted with our studio apartment and the owner who was very helpful. She even endured our awful attempt at speaking French! The apartment was in an excellent position and we would definitely go again.
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. he owner was extremely helpful on our arrival and was a pleasure to deal with. The property was within easy walking distance of the Bay and the Ocean, with lots of restaurants and a superb fishmongers. Ideal family holiday.

We had a great vacation in Arcachon. The apartment is very well located. Both quiet but close to the beach, entertainment and shops. Reserved parking in the residence is an added advantage.

Magnificent well renovated rental in which nothing was missing. Very pleasant terrace because in the shade with a beautiful view of the basin. It's even better in real life than in the photos.

The house is very well placed, we loved it. Dogs are accepted. Too bad the house is not fenced in front otherwise we would like to come back if some changes are made.
